The staff was great. I arrived earlier than expected and was camping out in the parking lot before check-in. One of the staff saw me and asked and gave me a few suggestions for the area. I took his advice and fell in love with Whatcom Falls.
At first I was apprehensive since the motel is right next to the freeway but it was so quiet inside the room. Warm shower, great AC, and bed was comfortable.

The night staff gentleman that checked us in was so nice and so helpful. We were in a smoking room. The rooms themselves were clean but there were cigarette burns on the blankets and toilet seat.
Kristine
Clean room and very accessible.
Larry
Good location, easy parking. Showing it's age.
Murat
Great Location. Comfortable beds.
JENNIFER
I really like this hotel or motel. But it’s very noisy because of the road next to it and people walking around upstairs. I still got a good night sleep. I just bring air plugs. It’s clean and safe and the people are nice. I plan to come again.
Victor
This was one of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced. The room was absolutely filthy—stains on the sheets, grime in the bathroom, and a general smell that made it clear nothing had been properly cleaned in a long time. I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower, turn on AC, let alone unpacking my belongings.
Everything felt neglected and unsanitary, from the floors to the surfaces. It honestly made me question how this place is allowed to operate. I ended up keeping my shoes on the entire time and counting down the hours until I could leave.
I would not recommend this location to anyone. Save yourself the discomfort and find somewhere that takes basic cleanliness seriously.

Manager who checked us in was excellent
Derrick kyle
everything esle was sorta just easy and fast. Checking in was friendly
Arty
We were delighted with our room: spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet. There was a large - very large - grassy area for our dogs to do their business. The man who checked us in was very helptul.
Verified traveler
Great place for a one night stop and go. However, the corners of the railings are completely covered in spiderwebs. I’ve never seen so many spiders in the one small area.
According to a gas station tenant is the entire area that’s like that? I wouldn’t know I don’t live there. Manager was super nice.

Decent room for the price. No frills and a good basic room for one night stay.
Dont expect breakfast except coffee.

Parking was easy, dog friendly, and WiFi was great! Great access to everything you need, walking distance!
Ramon
Room was good and bed as well. Faucet in sink did not flow well. Restroom vent was really noisy and my amazon package was open in the lobby. Not saying they opened it but something to look out for.
Aaron
The property is fine, just some of the guests were a little rough, because it is the least expensive motel around. I had cops show up to the rooms on either side of me on two different nights. Sometimes there are cigarette burns in the linen and blankets. I don't mind because it keeps the cost down if they don't replace them right away and the rooms are clean. The managers always treat us with a smile and respect.
Aaron
The price is right for a place to have a roof over your head. This is strictly for lodging. Everything worked and the room was clean. There were some small cosmetic things like a small burn hole in the blanket. I would rather have that than higher costs for them replacing blankets. The managers were each polite and accommodating on simple requests. We appreciated them. My family has had multiple stays there in the last 2 months as we navigate homelessness. We will be going back soon. WiFi is slow, but we have we

Bed was cheap and uncomfortable. The attendant was not on duty when I arrived and was away from the front desk.
When he arrived he gave me a key that didn’t work. I went back to the front desk and he wasn’t there. Finally he showed up and re-keyed the card. The door still wouldn’t open. The attendant said the battery for the door lock was dead. He installed a new battery and the key worked.

Nice staff, clean room.

Room was dirty and you did not get basic amenities and the hotel staff did not respond to my messages about cleaning the room or helping with some amenities.

The rooms had spiders, cob webs and flies. I had to switch rooms due to uncleanliness only to find more issues in my new room. I ended up checking out early and booking a new hotel. The night attendant was nice but that’s not enough for me to ever rebook here.
Karen
I was glad to be able to park in front of my room for ease of loading. I found grass accross the street for the dog, I did not see any on the property, it was dark when we came and left. The room was spotless.
Ronald
No frills motel within walking distance of restaurants (try the Four Seasons buffet) Quiet area.
Eliseo
Excellent customer service
Jeff
Like I said before some kinda halfway house being run there and a very nosy manger all up in your business made threats towards us because we were living our lives
Cynthia
It is modern, clean and safe. The gentleman who checked me in was professional and courteous.
Jeff
Manager is about job and nosy
Anne
Parking safe & easy. Convenient to places I wanted to go. Staff very helpful. Room & bath very clean. Will stay here again!
Lori
Lovely staff but thin walls.
Fred
Did bot seem clean at all and flies
Martha
The floor was not mopped
GARY
Staff was a bit of a jerk. Not very friendly at all. He must live in one of the rooms because we had to ring a bell at 6:30 pm to get him to come out and unlock the door for check in. After we were done he locked back up and went to his room. Felt like we were an inconvenience for him. Room was clean and comfortable in good shape.
Tim
Friendly staff make all the difference. Thank you

Remodeled and lovely. Very pet friendly.
Gary
Room could have some better chairs to lounge in,,this room had 2 very uncomfortable chairs. Shower/bath tub had a crack in the bottom. Had the worst pillows of any place we have stayed
christopher
Ok hotel for the price.
My stay was decent. Good price and service. Door kept not working so I would have to get them to let me in repeatedly. Microwave was small and didn't rotate so it didn't cook well at all. Lots of homeless walking around.
Garrett
Was pretty clean, just smelled like cigarettes. Staff friendly and accommodating. We were able to park our boat and truck easily and walk to get coffee and food.
Mary Jane
Room very clean. Comfy beds and little area near motel to play retrieve with dogs. Nice staff.
Mirissa
I liked that it was clean and convenient. The staff member who checked us in was very friendly. I didnt like that the matress was wrapped in plastic. It was akward. We could feel and hear the plastic through the sheets.
Eric
Quick and Fast place to drop and roll to sleep
Kristi
At first from outside was worried, but good value for cost for this town and overall was acceptable.
Deisy
They take care of you here!
The desk clerk checked for understanding and asked if I had intentionally signed up for a smoke room and once I said it was a mistake-they quickly fixed it and it felt like an upgrade bc the room smelled so clean and was spacious.
Juan Sonny
easy parking
Yesica
Room was not what I expected. Sheets were dirty and stained which was disgusting. Sink had hair, seems like the person that was there before shaved and wasn’t cleaned properly same with shower. Curtains were so dirty it seemed like they haven’t been washed for months or years. Couldn’t even sleep all night due to next door people were loud and had a dog that would bark none stop. Never coming back.
Yuening
Renovated and clean
Karla
Its alright
Grace
Great room and beds!
Chad
The room above me was very loud at late hours & you could hear every footstep! The bed had plastic cover beneath the bottom sheet and the pillows were terrible! Hard & small
Jamie
Clean, friendly staff, good location
Ernest
Smells like dog and city
Jo
It was inexpensive and convenient to the Ultimate fields, but we had a very loud noise whenever the rooms around us used water. When we arrived at 8pm the office was locked because the only employee was helping fix something in a room. He was very courteous when he got back though.
Jeff
There was some yelling and a party in a nearby parking lot for a time, but over all it was OK. The staff was pleasant and the rooms clean.
Randy
Hotel stay
The motel is old but clean. The fellow at the front desk was very accommodating.
Jeff
Very impressed. Towels were actually thick! Room was basic. No shampoo etc only soap.
Vitalik
Nice!
Melissa
My rooms lights wouldn't work, and the other motel 6 i was at the plugs wouldn't work for my charger, must just be how the run business
Robert
We enjoyed our short stay. Manuel was friendly and helpful at check in.
Room was spacious and organized.
Floor needed sweeping. Sand and grit present.
Shower/Bath Tub absent shower curtain which was problematic.
Towells were thick and plush.

I liked the guy at check in. I thought it was pretty cool they allow marijuana in the smoking rooms. I know a smiling room is going to smell, but it was a different kind of smell. Almost sour. The floor was grittu getting the dirt.
DEAN
Updated surfaces, fixtures, and linens. Nice firm bed, basic room but clean and well maintained.
James
Check in Washington ok, and the rooms are clean and comfortable at night our room was by the main entrance and office so it was a little noisy other than that it was decent.
David
Staff, helpful and accommodating. They make it easy and enjoyable place to stay. Been here before and will definitely be back
David
Seems they have been doing some updates here and the room was much cleaner cleaners I've seen it since I've been staying here which isn't a lot but quite often so I don't know if they got a new house maid or what but there doing a topnotch job room is excellent
James
Not too shabby
Cas
In general, this is a pretty average place to stay. The beds are hard, there are very limited amenities, you WILL hear the train and a lot of police activity and the walls are thin enough to hear your neighbors too. The location isn't bad, it's pretty central to Burlington, so there's plenty to do. The pet policy is amazing, and I like that there's hard wood floors.
If I were grading on a curve though taking into consideration the price? Then this place is a 9/10. The beds are still hard so bring your own pillow and maybe some ear plugs, and there's no coffee or shampoo/conditioner, but otherwise? I'd absolutely stay here again. Just don't expect the Ritz for less than $100 a night. It's just okay.

Simple and sufficient.

Wow!
This place is off the chain... Any visitor has to check in with the office and show identification BEFORE they enter your room. And no visitors after 9pm PERIOD! Trust me when I say they are always WATCHING. I felt like a junior high schooler that was doing something wrong. Lol
Samuel
Office staff was great
Desirae
Property itself was good, but got a noise complaint for taking a shower at 12:30 at night.. I just had the water going (not talking or being loud at all) and some complained, keep it mind the walls are thin.
Mr
Staff was very friendly.
Tenley
The rooms are HUGE! Even the smoking rooms smell good. Staff go above and beyond to accommodate guests and is more attentive and NICE than any other motel 6.
Tenley
THE LIGHTS ON FOR ME
Jerry
Had to take the only \"smoking\" room available. Toilet had to be plunged twice. Gangland outside in the dark
Jesse
Great for what it is. Cheaper hotel
Verified traveler
Just ok place to stay
The staff was very nice, but the room, although remodeled, was still not very nice. The beds were not comfortable.
Michael
Very average motel, lacking essentials like kettle/coffe machine, shampoo.
Otherwise OK.
Otherwise OK.

Poor can service in the area
Bryan
Perfect for our sporting event that was just up the street. Clean room, comfortable bed, friendly staff.
Norma
We stayed for 4 day and the clean my room only 1 day we never met the cleaning staff or had service only first day we got there and that’s it.
Grieg
Friendly staff. Convenient location. No shampoo in the room.
Shira
The property was clean but had a very strong disinfectant scent. There was a plastic sheet under the fitted sheet on the uncomfortable bed, felt like a hospital bed and was very hot and crinkly. Also very noisy.

The cigarette smell was horrible! Staff was absolutely excellent nice and helpful
Don
It was ok and has a friendly understanding staff. The complex is run down, the room i had the tub would not fill for a bath. After a new seal installed the cold water would still flow out of the shower head. While i filled the tub. At check in the cost of my stay was higher than the registration was set for.

Good location, plenty of parking, but a bit too noisy. Overall, good value for the money.

Smoking room? Have not heard of that since the 70's. Even had an ashtray. No coffee maker...no shampoo...no kleenex. The first time this has happened to us.

20 minutes after check in the front desk clerk gives our room to someone else and we and they got an unpleasant surprise when they opened our door!
