The only thing I wanted to mention is that my floor turned into Camp Teen Spirit overnight. A full charter bus of high-schoolers moved in, and between the door-slamming Olympics and the late-night giggles, I got about as much sleep as a parent on Christmas Eve.

For future stays, it would be amazing if business travelers could be placed a little farther away from the field-trip fun squads. I love youthful energy… just preferably not at 2:00 AM. 😄

The front desk staff was rude, I went to check in a little after 3 pm and was told I have to wait another hour. Then I was placed in a room that has a sewage smell and asked for another room. I am being charged and I paid for both nights in advanced. The hotel is trying to charge me and they are not being helpful. They keep telling me to call Expedia and the charge is not through them. I had stayed here a few times before and this time the customer service has made me unhappy. They made me feel uncomfortable.

Nice staff, very clean and modern like it was when I stayed here 5 years ago. Typical breakfast; okay food but a good variety and a very roomy dining area with lots of seating options. A bit noisy in my room as far as hearing doors closing & toilets flushing. The shower pressure was a bit weak and the tv didn't have a connection (so I read my book instead), but no big deal to me on those issues.

This is a very convenient location, nearby the mall and several dining options. Ample parking, excellent breakfast offerings, and friendly staff. We had particularly loud people on our floor but our room we near the elevator. Maybe to avoid that, request a room further from the elevator.

We arrived at the hotel early, as we were attending a junior bowling tournament. We were told by the front desk a room wasn't ready as it was very early around 9am. Somehow the front desk and housekeeping found a room that was ready and we were able to check it. This was so helpful and much appreciated. Staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, modern and spacious and all amenities were great. The breakfast had a variety of items and the seating area was open and clean. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others who want to stay in the Burlington area. Very happy with my stay there. Thank you! =)

I was worried when we got a first floor unit as I know the dogs are on that level, but the room was very clean !!
Everything was shiny and no smells.
Only complaint was the bed was to soft and lumpy so if you lay in the middle of the mattress you didn’t worry about sliding out lol. The breakfast was nice, coffee not so good but to be able to have it ready for us in the morning and again the staff kept it clean and table wiped down as soon as a visitor left. I would definitely think of staying at this property again,

Pool was warm and hot tub was hot! There is easy access to hotel and rooms via elevators. While somewhat busy, the hotel was not noisy as some newer facilities sometimes are. The only noise issue was that the doors slam shut and there is the occasional train that can be heard blowing its horn. Breakfast was ok and had all the things a typical midrange hotel would have; it's nothing fancy and did the job. We had to ask for items to be restocked-hot cocoa, yogurt, forks, coffee.

Just okay

It is a newer hotel that looks great from the surface but there was a lot of corners cut that made our family overnight stay not as comfortable as it should’ve been. Starting from check in with unprofessionally dressed young lady who did not make eye contact or speak clearly. Then the lack of rugs to soak up water from the pool users caused our son to slip and fall in the puddles on the tile floor as we tried to get to the elevators. Bathroom has no fan, a stark lack of towel bars and the bathroom door is angled strangely that two people cannot pass. There was a light post in the parking lot that shone very bright and directly into our 3rd story window despite the blackout curtains. Pool was small and cold. Hot tub was a decent size and perfect temperature.

The hotel itself is nice, and everything is maintained good for the most part. However, the air conditioner in our room didn't work properly which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable for the 3 nights we stayed. When I called the front desk to report the issue finally the gal who helped at that time did not care nor provide any options to remedy the situation. Having a baby in the room with us having to endure the uncomfortable conditions was not ideal. Along with having extremely noisy neighbors our last night who slammed doors till midnight. It wasn't the most pleasant stay for the price.
When checking out the front desk gal - Jessica was very nice and apologetic of the situation. But sadly, the stay had already been ruined at that point.
