Good: the staff was friendly and professional, the wi-fi was fast enough to stream, and the room cost is low

Bad:
- the room floor was some kind of vinyl planking, and it was all loose...the ends of the planks were raised and you could catch your shoe on them if you weren't careful.
- the room was generally clean, but when I moved the comfy chair closer to the TV, it was obvious that the chair wasn't moved when vacuuming.
- the rooms are very noisy, from the guy in the room next to me coughing to the lady above me on her phone...you could nearly make out her end of the conversation. The second night, they had rented the conference room for some kind of party...my room was 2 doors down from it, and there was noise well into the night.
- the 'breakfast' they claim is included consists of toast and cold cereal...that's all.
- I have no idea whose idea it was to put the coffee maker in the bathroom, but...ewww.

they gave us the connecting room, and we cannot sleep because you can hear the noise even their wild *** every hour! We ask if we can move to other room but the hotel its not helpful. They even want us to pay extra even it’s not our fault.

After staying for two nights, my room had not been serviced by housekeeping, and basic items had not been replenished. When I requested clean towels, I was initially told that staff did not have access to provide them, which was later contradicted. I was then informed that in order to receive clean towels, I would need to bring all used towels to the front desk for an exchange.

I was uncomfortable carrying used household towels through the lobby and placing them on the front desk in front of other guests. Despite this, the towels were then handled individually and counted one by one at the desk, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional.

I was charged a 100 dollar deposit upon check in that I was not made aware of that I would have to pay and I was told that I would receive my deposit back within 4-5 business days I never received it back when I called to inquire about my deposit I was told that I was not going to be receiving my deposit because there was poop on the bed I left that room spot less I took the bedding off the bed the only spot that was on the sheets was from my leg I had itched it and it bleed a very very little bit but the sheets have to washed anyway so why was I not give my deposit back?

The room was dark, needed more lighting, and although the room was large, it was quite barren. The floors had recently been redone, but they were unfinished with large open cracks where the new floor met the old one. The toilet wobbled, not secure. The shower leaked all the hot water out of the on/off tap, so only tepid water came out of the actual shower head. The bed and pillows were quite comfortable, so at least there was that.

This property was nowhere near the condition that I expected a Days Inn would be. I didn’t expect a 4 star hotel, but this was well below what a standard chain hotel should be. The carpet was such that we would not walk on it without shoes on. The overall condition of the room and hallways was poor and showed many poor attempts at repair/renovations. There was non stop activity in the parking lot outside the room window till early in the morning, making it impossible to have the window open for fresh air. On the plus side, the woman at the desk was courteous and offered me the option to park my motorcycle close to the front door, under cover of the entrance way and in sight of the security cameras.

The minute I drove up the place looked run down. And it was inside and out. Rough edge on the tile from the bathroom to the room, a patio-style table in the room that was low and I'm short, touch-up paint all over the place in different shades, the chairs look like it's time to replace them, lamp by the bed was plugged in on the side wall with the cord hanging, the beverage machine was sold out and needed to be refilled. Also, the dog fee was higher than most places. If I'd known that I would have stayed somewhere else that was nicer.

I don’t think I’ve stayed in a dirtier hotel. I found hair throughout the room, the floor had not been cleaned, there were dead bugs, and a faint smell of smoke in a nonsmoking room plus just poorly maintained in general. The website photos are inaccurate.

The people at the desk where not friendly..I had to pay another 200$ when i got there..The pool was closed..The room had fleis and it was dirty..We had to ask them to clean, when we did they didnt clean everything. The microwave didnt have legs so it was wobanly. The phone cord didnt stay in the phone so you could use the phone.

Tried to cancel our remaining days but was told that since we reserved through Expedia, we could not. So too bad, your just put your money. The pictures are false advertisement for inside of the hotel and the outside property. I had to ask for a different room because of the smoke smell, I had to air out the second room for a couple hours before going in. The pool is out of service.
Stains on the sheet. Dirty floors. Soda cap in under desk. Dirt in corners of bathroom floors. Fridge was broken. No gym facility. The activity outside the hotel is questionable and unsafe. I never would’ve booked this knowing the real condition. I am expecting a full refund.

Terrible Hotel. Rip Off. False Advertising.

I have stayed in hotels all the world. This place was terrible. The motel advertised a pool. It was closed. Main reason we chose hotel was pool for family fun.
Also, breakfast consisted of cereal and or toasted items. We expected eggs and sausages or similar as is normal for this type of lodging.
The television options were bare minimum. Not even local news.
All around terrible experience. False advertising.

The coffee maker was in the bathroom, the plug for the sink was missing and there was food down in the drain. Almost all the power outlets were taken up by the lights or appliances. There was some kind of fight in the hallway and the police had to come. Only positive was that the bed was comfortable.

I made the reservation on-line. No mention of an additional fee for our yorkie, $30.00, on top of a $100.00 cash deposit. We had room 146, atvthevend of the hallway to the back of the hitel. The exit door was to be closed at all times. It was being proppedvopen with a rock that was marked with green paint. People came in and out all jight, noisily.
The room, I wish I could show you the pictures! There were ants in the bathroom, yellow stains (?) around bottom of toilet. The vent to the fan was clogged with ????, the ironing board had a burn hole through it. There were multiple areas on the walls where repairs were made, poorly. Honestly, I would be embarrassed to ask $50.00 a night! We will never be back, and if you are considering this location, THINK TWICE!

I have stayed here several times in the past. It's convenient to the bowling alley where I bowl tournaments. Every stay the place seems to be a little bit worse. The room is nice but the armchair had a white substance on it that I couldn't tell what it was. The bath mat had mold on it. Each time I approached the front desk I had to wait and call for someone to help me.

The front desk lady was polite, but when we went to our room upstairs the place was dirty, the stuff was out of order, the pool was completely all green, it smelled of mold and recreationals. When we entered our room it was dark, the air smelled stagnant, the TV on the wall wasn't bigger than 15 in, it looked like they mounted a tablet on the wall. It just wasn't what was expected. The sad thing is is it's in a good location next to the bowling alley, the restaurant out front looked nice. It definitely just needs an upgrade.

DO NOT COME HERE. First impression- disgusting. $106 my ass- not including the $100 security deposit for a crack house. I woke up to droplets of water dripping on my leg while my husband showered. The pipe is broken and I saw another review 2 MONTHS AGO in the same room as us and same complaint.
The leaking in our room went on for 2 hours and they didn’t come up to check it out. He offered us a new room even though we were leaving in 2 hours. They told us to use a trash to catch the leak. Imagine how long it’s been like that? It literally could’ve collapsed on us in our sleep.
There was MOLD on my pillow taking up half of it. I slept on that. View the picture below. Pawar from front desk said he will “wash it”- more like go burn it.
There’s supposedly droplets of blood on the lamp shades? (Not sure I don’t think it would be bbq sauce). It’s not safe here. Only good thing about it is that there’s a bowling alley right next door.
We let them know about these complaints and they only offered us 20% off.
Not clean- horrible breakfast. Ice machine doesn’t work and the swimming pool is closed.

Wifi was TERRIBLE!!!! I could not watch the TV either, without losing signal. I could not watch shows on my iPad at all - they simply would not load. Neither would websites for browsing. (Reason for 1 star rating).

Breakfast was bare bones, and I mean bare bones. Milk, cereal, packaged oatmeal and apples. Juice was good. Tea was good.

Pool wasn’t operational. Staff were average. Phone in my room did not work, but I didn’t care too much.

Caulking on my floor in bathroom was broken and there were ants as a result.

If you’re looking for something functional, this is it. If you’re looking for something more, suggest elsewhere.

Someone tried to up grade the facility, but had no idea what they were doing. Literally everything they did is coming apart. Examples: toilets are loose on the floor, laminate flooring is lifting up enough that it can trip someone who is not steady on their feet (such as elderly like we are). Both of the rooms we had (we were there with friends) were infested with ants. Furniture consisted of one office chair (very worn) and a well used wooden desk, so only one person could sit at a time. They did get us a second chair when we requested it. There were no extra blankets or pillows. The breakfast that was advertised was limited to cold cereal and toast.
Overall, not very good advertising for your company. Sorry, but respectfully, Harvey Schroeder.
