Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet hôtel, accompagnés de notre chat, et tout a été parfait !
L’accueil a été chaleureux et attentionné dès notre arrivée, avec même quelques petites attentions pour notre compagnon à quatre pattes.
La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée, offrant tout le confort nécessaire après nos journées bien remplies.
Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’établissement, la qualité de la literie et le restaurant qui proposait des produits locaux et de qualité.
Le personnel est toujours souriant et disponible, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable.
Un grand merci à toute l’équipe.

Pas le niveau de service d’un quatre étoiles

Pas d’aide de la réception lorsque nous arrivons et que le contact permettant l’allumage de la chambre ne fonctionne pas. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était très pauvre à 9h30, nous n’y sommes plus retournés. L’aspirateur n’a pas été passé tous les jours dans la chambre et les poubelles n’ont pas été vidées une fois sur deux, ni les tables de nuit nettoyées: nous avons gardé notre tache de café 3 jours. Enfin, lors du checkout, on me dit que je ne dois rien: vous êtes sûre? Oui, tout a fait . 15mn après on m’appelle dans la voiture pour me faire payer les taxes de séjour et le parking. Pas au niveau d’un quatre étoiles.

L'hotel très confortable, mais sur le site internet, il n'était pas bien mentionné que le spa n'était pas compris avec le forfait de l'hotel
Les sommelières étaient très agréables et serviables, mais ne servait pas les boissons au bon moment, soit les apéritifs avant le repas et le vin en mangeant, car nous recevions les apéritifs pendant les plats et le vin à la fin du repas..

Impossible de dormir : insonorisation inexistante, chambre au 1er étage, au dessus du restaurant et des cuisines = bruits de chaises et hurlements d'enfant jusqu'à minuit ; réveillés à 4h30 par l'équipe du matin... Ne mettez pas a disposition les chambres au dessus des pièces de vie, c'est scandaleux. L'hôtel correspond plutôt a un 3 étoiles mais pas a un 4 étoiles.
Couverture de notre enfant tachée, odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain, petit déjeuner non approvisionné...
Nous étions de passage avant un trajet de 8hre en voiture, absolument pas reposant au contraire

Room was not properly cleaned as we could see someone had spilled a beverage and left there until we arrived.
Towels were missing from the room and we had to request them.
Staff was nice and we felt welcomed.
Some amenities are not added to the room and instead we have to ask them. I was expecting more when I made the booking.

Clearly this property didn't require proof of payment as they charged my credit card almost $900 for someone to stay there after booking online with someone else's number. In the US they require confirmation of the card on record to check in which clearly they did not have.

Comfortable stay.

A very comfortable room and a great shower! The hairdryer in my room didn’t work but they sent someone up with another which was fine. And they asked me to move my car from the outside parking to the underground garage. No big deal and I actually preferred that option. Very friendly and helpful staff. Recommended.

Hôtel was lovely, but I do think I was over charged for breakfast. We were charged 18 euros each this seemed excessive?
Also we were told restaurant fully booked but at 9 pm the restaurant was quiet and two tables were still ordering food. Which was disappointing to be told restaurant full when clearly it wasn’t .

Parking is always a problem

Parking reserved outside but on arrival we were told the parking is inside, it’s impossible to get a car into the garage without scratching it, so big argument before we’ve even got into the hotel. We parked outside.
No food in hotel restaurant for vegans.

Reserved parking when I made the booking a couple of months ago but we arrived it was full. Had to park our car on the street full of stuff in a not so nice area! No vegan options in the restaurant. Waited 10 minutes to be served in an empty bar. Poor customer service & staff like to argue back. Will not be returning!

We booked a family room for one night and they gave us 2 amazing connected rooms which made the kids (and the dog!) very happy. Tidy, neat, big rooms. Buffet breakfast was excellent (make your own pancakes machine!!!), dinner was so-so but convenient, just beware early last orders. Good on-site parking behind a barrier but not underground (tight spaces!). Convenient for a quick walk into the town centre and half an hour drive to the Puy de Dome train. Also good space for dog walking close by, in front of the conference centre.

J'ai réservé une chambre à 2 lits simple. Ils ont collé les 2 lits et mis un seul drap et un seul édredon... La chambre donnait sur la terrasse où tous les fumeurs sortaient fumer, donc nous avions l'odeur de cigarette sitôt que la fenetre était ouverte. Le petit déjeuner est très basique, seul 2 options de pain (baguette blanche ou pain toast), de la vaisselle sale, des bancs et tables sales. Le repas du soir au restaurant est correct à un prix raisonnable. Le parking sousterrain est pratique. Le quartier est mal famé. J'ai réservé un massage avec Alice, très bien, mais il faut payer EUR 15 pour accéder au spa malgré les EUR 90 payé pour le massage. Cet établissement n'est pas digne de la chaine Best Western, je n'y retournerai pas.

J’ai dormi 2 nuits d’affilées et la femme de ménage n’a pas changé les draps sachant qu’il y’avait déjà une tache de café dans le lit quand j’ai pris l’occupation de la chambre.
Mis à part cela, l’hôtel est bien ( à l’accueil ils sont serviables et sympas) et le service est au top (fitness pratique dans l’hotel).

Accueil chaleureux, chambre impeccable et literie très confortable. Merci au réceptionniste pour la recommandation du restaurant La Madeleine face à la Cathédrale : excellent et service bienveillant.
Tram à proximité, gratuit le week-end jusqu’à minuit, très pratique pour se déplacer.

Très déçu suite à mon séjour écourté

J’ai été obligé d’écouter mon séjour ( 1 nuit à 130 euros) j’ai demandé à l’hôtel de faire un petit effort de leur part au niveau du repas ils ont refusé ils ont dit que cela dépendait de vous.

Je n’ai pas voulu vous appeler ( hôtel.com) pour régler cela je sais que je n’aurais rien obtenu de votre côtés ( cela m’est déjà arrivé de rentrer dans une interminable discussion dans votre tchat …comme résultat aucun geste financier de votre côtés )
J’ai juste eu le cadeau de l’hôtel pour la place de parking ( 10 euros).super

Donc très déçus à ce niveau là sachant que la nuit réservée et perdue à probablement été réservé pour un autre client le lendemain.

Tres bel hotel bien situé, un personnel tres acceuillant et des espaces commun spacieux.
Les chambres sont vraiment confortables, il y a une baignoire ce qui est un plus pour moi et la decoration est tel que sur les photos(on aime ou pas).
Le gros plus est le restaurant avec room service (compris dans le prix), qui est a un prix tout a fait raisonnable et bon!
Attention cependant au joints de la baignoire qui etait noir a plusieurs endroits (dommage dans un hotel spa).
Hormis cela tout etait tres bien.

Un séjour parfait à l'hôtel Aiden Aiden Best Western de Clermont-Ferrand : une équipe entièrement dédiée à la satisfaction du client, avec une gentillesse et une attention remarquables, de l'arrivée (parking avec place électrique réservée) au départ (check-out fluide). L'emplacement est idéal pour travailler près du stade Michelin, la chambre est confortable et d'une propreté irréprochable, et l'espace de coworking très agréable. Je recommande vivement !

Hôtel de grande qualité, avec des prestations complètes au top (parkings, recharge électrique, spa, massages, restaurant). Un hôtel propre, joli, agréable et pratique. La chambre où j'ai passé le séjour était reposante et spacieuse.
Quand je reviens sur Clermont, c'est là que je descendrai.
Petite remarque sur le fait que le Spa est payant. Même si les clients bénéficient de 50% de remise, je pense qu'il serait opportun d'avoir un accès d'une heure offert.

Je n apprecie jamais l empreinte de la carte a mon arrivee lorsque la chambre est deja payée. Et le canapé lit et1it vraiment inconfortable, dommage a ce prix pour la nuit sur cette localisation. Pour autant la chambre etait superbe, domage dommage

Hôtel moderne mais service à améliorer

Bel hôtel confortable et bien placé (arrêt tram à 200m - 14 minutes du centre) mais assez bruyant : entre deux grandes artères fréquentées. Parking disponible mais payant (12 euros/jour). Le SPA est accessible sur réservation ainsi que le restaurant souvent vite complet. Personnel accueillant et agréable mais les services sont un peu lents à obtenir (réception au téléphone, serviettes de bain en supplément, etc.). Pour un 4 étoiles cela manque un peu de professionnalisme malgré les efforts pour satisfaire le client. Hôtel propre et confortable.

Hotel pas a la hauteur de ses 4 étoiles. Absence d'explications pour le spa a l'arrivée. SPA payant avec fournitures uniquement de peignoirs pour les 2 jours et donc mouillés. Pas de chausson pour s'y rendre. Le coffre etait bloqué donc inaccessible. Le gel douche de l'hotel etait insuffisant pour les 2 jours et non rechargé. De plus les femmes de menages bloquent les 2 ascenseurs le matin pour monter leur chariots lors de l'heure de pointe pour le petit-déjeuner et heure de départ. Seul points positifs le confort de la literrie et la personne de l'acceuil à la fin du séjour qui s'est excusée de ces désagréments.

Quelques petits désagrément durant le séjour mais l'équipe a été hyper réactive et a solutionné nos petit couac. Ça fait plaisir d'avoir une bonne prise en charge je recommande à fond cet hôtel.

avant mon arrivé, un appel pour me prévenir qu'il n'y aura pas de restauration et si j'avais besoin d'un stationnement.une belle attention! sur place je prend possession de ma clé ( sans détail...).
Le lendemain je reviens de ma journée de travail et surprise pas de place de stationnement couvert pour rechagé ma voiture, on me dit c'est bizarre, il n'y a qu'une réservation et ? pas de solution.
concerant la chambre, plutôt classique, bruillante et la salle de bain avec WC ne sent pas très bon ( des éclaboussures sur les murs, de quoi ?).
lors de mon départ matinal, ( annoncé la veille ou l'on me dit qu'il y a tjs quelqu'un), j'arrive à l'accueil et la dame part en me disant que son collègue arrive; au bout de 5 mn tjs rien ( oui 5 mn montre en main c'est long).je laisse la carte sur le comptoir et ne prend pas mon petit déjeuner express réglé car personne au p'tit dej ! dommage. Parlons parking souterrain : sous l'eau, des travaux à la sorties, attention si grosse berline ( comme moi et j'avais demandé au telephone avant de m'y rendre \"accès facile\").Dans le cadre de mon travail j'essaie toujours un nouvel hôtel, et là malheureusement , je n'y retournerai pas ! Une chose de positive : le diner ; très bon et serveur avenant !

1ere fois mais dernière

A premiere vu l'hôtel semble assez classe d'extérieur et au niveau de la réception.
Arrive dans la chambre plusieurs point negatif :
- pas mal de trace de calcaire sur la tablette de reglage temperature et debit de la douche. Juste en mouillant un coin de serviette et en frottant 3 secondes jai rattrape un angle...
- en bougeant la poubelle de la sallle de bain une belle tache indéfinissable et du papier sont sorti de dessous. Laspirateur n'a du passer qu'autour d'elle
- odeur nauseabonde (type remontee d'egout) au debut que jai fait coule de leau dans la douche
- même clim reglee a 17 degres tres peu d'air frais dans la chambre, a se demandé si elle fonctionne. Heureusement on est pas en canicule
- déçu du restaurant niveau rapport qualité prix, je le trouve relativement cher pour ma part 19h un burger bien gras)
- petit dejeuner pas a la hauteur de ses 18€ annoncés (je concede quil y ai du monde mais quand même)

Bref en resume, un hotel facture quasi 170€ + 12€ de parking.... très cher pour ce que l'on a. Je n'y retournerai pas

L hôtel et superbe et le service de qualité mais un point spécialement négatif pour la literie qui est médiocre : des matelas et coussins comme du béton ! C est insupportable
De nombreux investissements ont été faits mais ne pas pas oublier l essentiel, permettre à ses clients de dormir confortablement
