Let's be fair, the hotel is old and some of the carpets are a little tired; but it's very clean, the staff are excellent, the location is good and the pricing very reasonable. Breakfast was first class.

This hotel is very conveniently located. It is clean and comfortable except for the heavy duvets on the beds and no top sheet. Even with the windows open we sweat most of the night, but it was too chilly to remain uncovered.

Nice reasonably priced hotel very close to the Place Jaude (in effect the centre of Clermont-Ferrand), but in a fairly quiet street. Lots of restaurants nearby. Nice breakfast.

Property was centrally located in walking distance of the shopping area and sites. As a result throughout the night lots of young people returning from a night on the town made sleeping a bit of a challenge. Our balcony thank goodness on the second floor he no lock on it. Parkade was very interesting, made only for smaller vehicles it was a very tight squeeze to get through the gate and then up a very steep slope to the parking stalls (with our rental we ended up having to take two stalls).

Property was good BUT after a couple of days of hot rooms while on our travels we specifically booked this hotel/room which said it had a/c. It didn't, just hot air as it was supposedly still winter!

The hotel is very old. Parking site is horrible; dark and you won’t feel safe. Very narrow for car to go through. 15 euros for one night. I booked there for the EV car charging but all charging station were full. The hotel elevator is old. You can see through the door when it goes up. The building is old. I don’t understand how can they charge so high price for this kind condition

The standard double room was very small, not even able to open our luggage properly. We have to crossover the luggage once we opened it fully if we wanted to get to the other side of the bed. The heater was not working during our two-night stay. Even the towel rack has no heat too. This hotel is most likely 2.5 stars, not even reached a 3-star hotel standard yet. The price tells it matched the standard.

Affectation d'une chambre non faite : obligé de changer de chambre ; Parking complet : Ma voiture a du passer une nuit mal garée dehors alors que l'hôtel m'avait demandé de règler le parking à l'arrivée. Sur ma demande j'ai été remboursé pour cette nuit de parking (on ne l'a même pas proposé) . À part cela tout a été parfait...

Points négatifs: évacuation de l'eau de la douche qui se fait mal ,faire attention pour le débordement,assez peu insonorisé sur l'intérieur de l'hôtel... On entend le grincement des portes de l'ascenseur à chaque fois.
Mon fils qui avait sa propre chambre fut réveillé à 8h30 par la femme de chambre alors que nous devions quitter la chambre pour midi...

Le problème c’est qu’on avait expressement sélectionné une chambre à deux lits jumeaux sur Hôtels.comnet qu’à l’arrivée on avait un grand lit une place …Sur ce , la fille du comptoir nous explique que c’est de notre faute, qu’on aurait duuû écrire dans notre msg que l’on voulait deux lits : bref elle nous a changé pour une chambre à deux lits mais le discours tenu était du grand n’importe quoi !

J’avais demandé à bénéficier d’une place de parking. Aucune réponse reçue. A l’arrivée en pleine nuit, on m’annonce qu'il n’y a pas de parking disponible. J’ai dû decharger la voiture pendant qu’un autre client démontait ses vélos de son porte vélo. Les alentours de l’hôtel ne permettent pas de trouver des places de stationnement facilement. D’autres etablissements à Clermont Ferrand offrent davantage de services pour un rapport qualité prix identique. L’accueil à la réception de qualité tres variable. A déconseiller.

Prima basic kamer net buiten het centrum, maar alles is op loopafstand. Het personeel achter de receptie is ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het inchecken ging bijzonder snel. Pluspunt was ook de aparte wc-ruimte.
Wij hebben zelf de auto geparkeerd in de openbare parkeergarage. Deze bevind zich op een paar meter van het hotel. We bepaalde hier 9,50 voor een nacht en is mooi ruim.
