Not happy at all.
I know it was a budget hotel but to find the shower next to our bed was a surprise. When we used the shower it leaked water all over the room. So some of our possesions were damaged. We reported to reception but nothing was done.
The breakfast was good value.

Chambre propre et calme, et personnel sympathique. Ça fait plusieurs fois que nous faisons escale dans cet hôtel, et nous n'avons jamais été déçus. Pour les propriétaires de véhicule électrique, la borne de charge sur le parking de l'hôtel est un vrai plus, facturée seulement 7€ pour charger toute la nuit !

Bien que le nom de l’hôtel soit clair, je trouve dommage qu'une photo du restaurant de l’hôtel Ibis Style voisin soit utilisée comme image d’accueil. Cela peut prêter à confusion pour les clients. En revanche, je tiens à souligner que l’accueil est très chaleureux et que le personnel est vraiment accueillant. Cela compense en partie cette petite incohérence (ou manipulation).

Hotel très basic, propreté moyenne. Chambre mal insonorisée. L'alarme à incendie de l'hôtel s'est déclenchée à 1h du matin, ça a sonné pendant 10 min, au final pas de feu, certainement un idiot qui a dû fumer dans sa chambre et a donc réveillé tout l'hôtel! Au moins l'alarme fonctionne!

Il y avait des traces sur la vitre de la douche. La chambre a été rangé et fait correctement 1 seule fois sur 2 nuits. au 2éme jour reste une seule serviette et 1 seul gobelet pour 2 personnes. Les oreillers sont plat et pas d'autres oreillers à disposition, ni de couvertures.....

un gros problème il neigeait dehors et le chauffage, même après réglage revenait systématiquement à 15 degrés (des mesures d'économie étaient affichées à l'hôtel mais de là à faire geler les clients) ils ont fait une autre économie tellement il faisait froid que nous n'avons pas pris de douche. La salle de petit déjeuner était aussi très fraîche, en résumé nous étions contents de partir.

Si le personnel de la réception était très gentil, j’ai dû patienter plus de 30 minutes à mon arrivée à cause d’un bug informatique. Une fois arrivée dans la chambre, il n’y avait ni poubelle ni serviette de bain et une odeur désagréable provenait des toilettes. Ensuite, pendant la nuit, les portes des chambres adjacentes à la mienne grinçaient à chaque fois que quelqu’un entrait ou sortait. Enfin, dans ma chambre, la climatisation que je m’étais à 19° revenait systématiquement à 25° comme si elle avait été programmée pour cela . Bref, j’ai passé une nuit très pénible. Je ne pense donc pas revenir dans cet établissement.

Pour une nuit d'hôtel cela suffit j'ai pour l'habitude d'utiliser cet hôtel mais là pour le coup je suis déçu de la propreté de la chambre mais aussi le lendemain au petit déjeuner.
La machine à café ne marchait pas le jeune homme qui s'occupait du petit-déjeuner ne savait pas comment elle fonctionnait du coup impossible de boire du café.

A notre arrivée la personne m'informe (et difficile de discuter avec) que je n'ai pas de pdj pour mes enfants, problème avec la plateforme de réservation donc pour HOTELS.COM même si pdj cochés, les enfants nous regardent manger !! Bravo. Je l'ai contacté le lendemain matin et ils confirment le problème. J'ATTENDS TOUJOURS QUE L'ON ME RECONTACTE !

L'accueil n'a pas été top. L'employé n'a repondu à mon \"Bonsoir\", j'ai du insister plusieurs fois et affirme l'avoir dit....Bref. De plus je devais payer 4,5 euros sur place, j'ai payer plus de 100 euros ! Il doivent me rembourser mais pour l'instant personne n'a prix contacte avec moi.

J’aime bien cette hôtel habituellement, mais cette fois, je n’ai pas aimer le blocage de la climatisation à 19, il faisait froid dans la chambre vraiment.
Puis pas de serviette de sol dans la douche, et une seul serviette… pas de goblet carton non plus. économiser dans cette période compliquer je comprend et ça semble normal pour la planète, mais la trop c’est trop, un minimum de service svp. Du coup je suis parti loger ailleurs. C’est bien dommage.

L accueil à notre arrivée à été très décevant. Une réceptionniste qu on dérange car elle est au téléphone ( personnel). Besoin d une troisième serviette car il en manquait une. Obligé de la re déranger car toujours sur son téléphone. Sa réponse « vous êtes sur d en avoir besoin ?!?! »

Nous arrivons dans la chambre 3 et 4. Nous sommes une famille avec 4 enfants. Donc deux chambres communiquantes. Au matin, ma fille se retouve avec plein de piqure sur le corps et me dit avoir tres mal dormie, je le signal.
Nous montons d'un etage (pas pratique, mais nous acceptons pour rendre notre sejour le plus agreable possible)
Et la, grosse déception:
Les lavabos bouchés, les telecommandes tv cassés, et le comble, la clim qui est sensé nous rechauffer, ne fonctionnait pas...donc nous avons passés notre sejour a dormir tous ensemble dans une meme chambre avec cette fois çi, une clim bruyante mais qui nous permet de se rechauffer au minimum.
Sans compter que pendant notre sejour (nous y restions que tres peu car nous sortions vers la activites telles que vulcania, paleopolis, et ba malgre ca, nous pouvions pas nous reposer a plusieurs reprise dans nos chambres a cause de l'alarme incendie qui se declanchait pour un minimum d' une demi heure avec des pauses de 2mn.
Bref, etant deja parti dans d autre etablissement de cette filière, celle ci est juste la plus mauvaise.
