Other than a middle of the night banging on our or a neighbors door, we enjoyed our stay. Although the room was snug, it had everything we needed including a comfortable bed and good shower.
Of note was the morning receptionist: she spoke good English, was super friendly-

Nice family room for 2 adults & child, with single bed in adjoining space & separate WC & bathrooms. Much better than usual hotel family rooms. 24 hr reception and good car parking area. Quiet location. We paid £120 for room & £10 each for breakfast, booked on day on road 2 hrs before arriving via Trivago & then Expedia. Breakfast continental style good range. Star of the show was the pancake machine! Cons: yellow theme in room, but that’s a French hotel thing always a bit wacky. AC was a little noisy as usual, but worked OK on low speed @18C.

Easy check in. I’d emailed ahead requesting adjoining rooms and this was quickly confirmed. Plenty of parking. The room was very clean and the mini fridge perfect.

Great hotel

We used this hotel as a stop off on our way back up north. It had friendly staff who gave us good service, Great room with everything you need, including air conditioning, kettle and free WiFi. It also had a good clean swimming pool to enjoy on a hot day. I would recommend a stay at this hotel.

Good hotel for stop over enroute. Easy parking, late opening partner restaurant on site. Helpful, friendly staff. Caught some sun by side of pool which was reasonable size.

Quite a tidy place with a handy restaurant next door. It was a bit further form the centre of town than I thought but that was my fault for not checking. Only there for one night but good friendly service all the same.

The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff helpful, the double beds are very uncomfortable, the rooms are small and the bathroom not enough room to change your mind in let alone anything else. Cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired all depended on who was actually cleaning your room each day as they all have different standards. I would recommend this hotel for a one stay only, any longer than one night look at other hotels.

A bit past it

It took the receptionist about 10 seconds to stop telling one of her colleagues something funny before she spoke to us, in very good English by the way. Ground floor, this hotel was clean, if pretty basic. First floor, the corridor smelled of nicotine. Our room smelled of smokers too, just a bit. Plus points, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was fine, it was easy to find and only about 10 minutes drive from the city centre, where parking was easy peasy. The hotel, overall though, was just a bit basic and a bit past it. It's not one we will go to again.

good for stopover

the hotel does not have an on site restaurant and you need to go next door, or at least you are suggested to go to this fast food restaurant. If you have been travelling and you do not care about the quality of food then it is ok but if you do it is not great. And it is not cheap. You should get in a car and go elsewhere. The television in the room does not show any English language shows maybe this is expected whilst in France but with not much to do around the area it does get a bit boring. Service, room , and breakfast was good.

Good quality hotel.

This hotel was booked as a stop over for a night but turned out to be unexpectedly good. Large room, onsite parking, free wi-fi. It's a short drive from the town centre but easy to find with sat nav.

Great overnight stop when driving through France

Kind staff (non English speaking for the most part)with helpful intent. Clean, rather worn, a true 2-3 star. Yummy,reasonable restaurant for dinner next door, ok breakfast.

La nuit que nous avons réservée a été satisfaisante. Le point négatif est que, lors de ma réservation par HOTELS.COM, il nous a été attribué des chambres pour personnes à mobilité réduite alors que je n'en avais pas fait la demande. La salle de bains ne nous a pas du tout convenue car aménagée pour personnes en situation de handicap. J'étais vraiment contrariée par ce point d'autant plus que l'hôtel ne disposait plus de chambres classiques.
Petit bémol également pour le bruit de la climatisation. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil, le confort de la chambre et le buffet du petit déjeuner très agréable.

C’est un bon Hôtel qui donne sur une rue très passante. j.ai pu faire changer de chambre afin de ne pas donner sur celle ci. Aujourd’hui ou il faut tout noter, il est fatigant de donner un avis sur un hôtel. Oui j’ai bien dormi mais c’est la moindre des choses et maintenant il faut donner un avis sur le parking, la Clim….je rêve

We had a very pleasant stay at Hôtel Le Kennedy. We were a family of four and stayed in the family room. It was a nice surprise to find that the two single beds were in a small separate room. Everything was new and very clean. The breakfast was generous and of good quality (with freshly pressed orange juice). The staff were helpful and welcoming. We have great memories of our overnight stay at this hotel.

Un accueil exceptionnel aussi bien pour le check in que le check out, c'est malheureusement tellement rare et tellement appréciable. Les chambres sont refaites à neuf et très fonctionnelles. Le petit déjeuner est de très bonne qualité et très bon.
Il est très bien placé pour visiter le centre de Clermont ou le Puy-de-Dôme.
