One of the best

One of the better Campanile, Clean, staff helpful and actually read the requests you make on the booking form. We need a ground floor room and this was affirmed by email prior to our stay. Not the case with other Campanile. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, a cinema and adequate EV charging stations. I have stayed in a lot of Campanile and this is one of the few that I can recommend.

Conforme aux standards Campanile.

Séjour étape de vacances. Nous avons réussi à obtenir une chambre au rez de chaussée côté parking pour nous permettre de décharger facilement nos valises sans monter les escaliers. C'est le côté pratique des Campaniles historiques. Par contre nous avons fréquenté des hôtels dit ”next generation” mieux rénovés. Satisfaisant dans l’ensemble.

Our bathroom didnt lock or even latch. The exterior door was not flush to the ground, so cold air was coming in. They did have something to block the bottom of the door, but it was falling apart and didnt stay on when we were closing the door. The room smelled like someone had smoked in there. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Our first room had a plumbing problem and the carpet was wet. We told the staff in the morning and they seemed to know about this but we still had given us the room. Our second room for the following night smelled really bad from cigarettes even though it’s non smoking. Also we could hear music into the night from the nearby bar. Overall not a nice place to stay.

Great stay at the Hôtel Campanile Clermont-Ferrand

I stay here every year along with others from my business, the rooms were refurbished in 2016 and are even better than before. They are very clean and the bathrooms are perfect, the rooms have Tea and Coffee making facilities and the beds are great. The staff are very nice and helpful and the food is also good. Their is nothing bad to say about the hotel, like I said, I have been staying there for 5 years so they must be doing something right.

Good hotel much better value than our previous cheaper hotel BUT it was extremely difficult to find
a large sign at the end of the road would have been helpful.It was very difficult driving to this place in the rush hour and one slip meant a detour of miles to get back close again.

Chambre avec une télé qui ne fonctionnait pas, bouilloire hs, seche cheveux hs, prise de courant hs et pour cause pas d'alimentation électrique. Il a fallu batailler pour obtenir un changement de chambre à 23h car on nous avait dit plus de chambre de libre alors que sur le site il en restait encore 4. A noter que l'aspirateur pour le menage ne devait pas fonctionner donc menage du sol non effectué. Je trouve un peu leger le fait de louer des chambres sans aucune verification de fonctionnement au prealable.

On n’a pas pu entrer. Portail fermé et personne pour répondre. On a du repartir et faire 1h30 de route en pleine nuit. Les arrivées se font maxi jusqu’à 19h! Pas de code sur les infos et mails. Grosse arnaque et c’est la première fois que ça m’arrive.

Petit déjeuner excellent, propreté impeccable, confort conforme au descriptif.
Tout était parfait, à une exception près concernant l’accueil à mon arrivée en fin de journée.

La personne de l’accueil m’a bien saluée avec amabilité, mais elle était occupée avec un couple avec lequel elle plaisantait en passant en revue des chaînes de télévision. L’ambiance était sympathique pour eux, mais la situation a duré vraiment longtemps. Ils passaient d'une télé à l'autre dans les 2 salles. Tout le monde passait devant moi et j'étais littéralement ignorée. J’étais très fatiguée par la route et j’aurais apprécié que l’on me remette mes clés rapidement, plutôt que d’attendre de côté. Finalement, j’ai dû intervenir pour obtenir mes clés.

Cet accueil m’a surprise et un peu refroidie, car ce n’est pas ce que l’on rencontre habituellement.

Je vois que tous les campaniles de France sont très vieillissant, on entend tous les bruits de l'extérieur, TV sans connexion. Le Lit fait a l'arrache, vite fait bien fait, cheveux dans la salle de bain, et j'en passe ......

Hôtel bien situé avec une belle offre loisirs et restauration à proximité.
Nous avions demandé une chambre au rdc côté parking pour nous facilité la manutention des bagages et ça a été pris en compte.
Beau buffets entrées, desserts et excellent petit-déjeuner.

Séjour affaire. le personnel est souriant et poli. je regrette toutefois qu'il n'y ai pas de rideau à la douche, on éviterai d'éclabousser partout dans la salle d'eau. l'insonorisation également n'est pas top quand les gens passent devant votre porte de chambre. la proximité des restaurants autours est un plus non négligeable.

Hébergement bien localisé pour nous qui avons la route à faire. La propreté est à revoir quand même. Les emballages de gâteau des gens qui étaient là avant nous n’était même pas jeté. Les toilettes propreté moyen pensez peut-être à enlever les toiles d’araignées aussi.
Le petit lit fait à l’arrache.
En revanche le lieu est bien placé c’est calme et l’endroit vaut le prix. Merci

Nuit étape

Nous avons craint que cet hôtel soit bruyant. Situé juste à côté d'une brasserie, la voie d'accès passait juste devant notre chambre au rez-de-chaussée. On a eu du bruit jusque vers minuit. Heureusement après ça s'est arrêté.
Lit confortable et salle de bain fonctionnelle.
