Deserves 0 stars. Booked through Expedia and paid beforehand. At check-in, we made it clear we booked through Expedia and showed him our reservation. A man asked for my ID and a card. I handed him my credit card because I assumed it was for a deposit, as typically most hotels require a credit card for a deposit, which will eventually be refunded in the full amount. The hotel stay was okay. Roaches; the bed was uncomfortable, but we didn’t complain. At check-in, he charged my credit card for $52.37, and it had still not been refunded for a week, so I called and explained the situation, looking for answers. He claimed they didn’t charge deposits and they wouldn’t charge extra like that. I offered to send proof, and that didn’t matter to him. Did not offer to make the situation right and refund us our money. He was very unprofessional. I would stay away.

The bathtub was cracked and broken.The water was going into the bedroom underneath the sink.. I thought me and my husband was gonna fall through the floor. And in the morning, the breakfast was over by nine o'clock.And we did not get out of bed until nine o'clock. It was new year's eve when we checked in. Should have at least stayed open till 10. She was packing it up when I was there. And would not let me get a Waffle or cereal..

Soon as I turned the light on in the room, 5-10 cockarochs went scrambling. Mostly under the bed, also found baby roachs in the bathroom.

When I arrived at the hotel, check-in was terrible. The lady at the desk then went to the room to rest. It was the worst nightmare I've ever seen. The bed was stained with stains and the mattress had animals in it. The floor was dirty. The air conditioning didn't work. When I noticed all of this, I went to the desk and asked if she could give me a credit for another Dayinn hotel and the lady said she couldn't, meaning I lost all that money and had to book another hotel. Honestly, I don't recommend this hotel to anyone. I don't even know how it's listed on the Hotel app because it has no ranking. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE.

Everything about this Days Inn was really good. The price was very economical. The staff were all friendly and ready to help with any needs or questions I had. Every time I saw a staff member they asked if everything was to my satisfaction, and if there was anything they could do for me.

The parking lot felt safe & secure. The room was very clean and had everything I expected. Even the towels were a medium quality - which is unusual for a moderately price motel.

Minor downside - the "breakfast". Coffee, granola bars, waffles (?) that was all ... no yogurt, eggs, or even milk with cereal. No protein for me means no breakfast.

But, like I said it's a minor issue for the price I paid and how good everything else was.

I will stay here in my future travels.

So me and my man spend a night in a motel about once a month for reasons. This was our first time here. On check in i was informed there was a $50 deposit, cash only. I told him we don't have cash, so he just double charged the room. As long as it goes back on my card, no problem other than being kinda shady. Bed was comfortable, but not enough pillows even though I requested extra on booking. The room is pretty small, not even a chair. But we did appreciate that the towels were decent and the bathroom light is separate from the vanity light so you didn't wake the other person up in the middle of the night. Breakfast consisted of a waffle maker (no butter), granola bars, sunny D, and coffee that looked like dirty water. Oh, and the room next door kept slamming their door hard enough to make the wall shake. Oh, and I really wanted to take a bath but the bathtub didn't look clean enough for that

Just seems like nothing but the indian people own the motel hotels. They let people stay in those places that are sketchy and or on drugs. They tear the property up in some way, so then in turn you have to pay a deposit along with the regular hotel rate even so you do get your deposit back to you card.

Was arriving after midnight and let the hotel know I would be in late, the front desk did understand, but not the most friendly folk- something to note if that bothers you. The room i stayed reaked of marijuana! Very off putting, but i was so tired i didn't notify front desk. The bed was comfy and the shower had good pressure with hot water. The furnishings looked scuffed up, so I'm thinking some shady folks stay here. The property was fairly noisy, so not the best place for light sleepers

The bottom of the bath tub was cracked… really cracked where water just leaked through underneath of the tub. There were homeless tenants who resided in a few units. They didn’t bother. But their broken down cars where parked next to mine; one unit were decorated with all of the items that came out of a homeless shopping cart. We were just weary every time our dogged barked as people weee walking around this hotel all night and early morning.

The manager of the hotel has horrible customer service skills. He gave me attitude cuz i had a female friend come over and she took a shower so how he even knew she took a shower is beyond me, but he gave me even more attitude because i had a friend come over and he hung out with his lady for 3 to 4 hours. He says that he doesnt want anyone hanging out for more than 20 minutes like noone has friends that they actually like being around, i feel bad thinking about how lonely his life must be. Why would a manager watch his tenants so closely that it feels like your being violated and then harass them about having a couple friends hang out and 1 girl that happened to take a shower in a room that i was paying for? He even had the audacity to ask me if i paid his water bill cuz she used water during her shower that maybe took 20-30 minutes. I pay for the room so yes i pay his water bill, as a matter of fact if it wasnt for customers he wouldnt be able to pay his bills. I have never felt so disrespected by anyone in my life. I am a rly happy person that is goofy as hell so i make it a goal to put as many smiles as i can on peoples faces. Even trying to crack jokes about the situation didnt change anything about this mans attitude. Please avoid this place if u really want to be able to have a good time and have a relaxing and nice environment to escape to.

Cheap, right off interstate. Front desk was not quick to help you upon check in. Stood there for awhile , while they were in the office I guess not noticing a customer. Beds were hard, and sag to middle. We stopped after late night of driving for a quick few hours of sleep till we would leave very early again the next morning. Checked in around 9pm, went to be to only be woke up at 11:30-4am with drunk loud several people . Several different parties not Curtious of others in rooms,yelling, swearing, beeping car horns etc. if you are looking for restful sleep this was not the place to stop

Good hotel for the money and I’ll be back

Very nice and comfortable considering the other hotels charging $150 plus per night and this one was one third that cost and was actually cleaner, better bed and staff were very nice. I stay in hotels frequently and was worried taking a chance here but I was very happy everything was better than the other hotels I’ve stayed in Wichita Falls before. Obviously there is a second floor and if you cannot do stairs I recommend you call in advance to reserve downstairs if it’s a busy time. Luckily I was downstairs and I parked directly in front of my door.

I knew what type of hotel I was visiting so didn’t expect much. But the pictures from Expedia look MUCH nicer than the actual place. The property definitely needs some upgrades, the toilet had no seat cover, the phone was not working and had half its buttons missing, the remote for out tv was missing.
There were some live-in residents that were there all the time, and always looking to see who was going inside the rooms, so I’m glad I traveled with a family member and shared a room, if I was there alone I would have felt somewhat uneasy or unsafe.

They were overwhelmed and full that weekend, due to an event going on in Wichita Falls but tried to be helpful and accommodating.

The staff was very nice and helpful, provided information about the event, places near by and wanted to make sure we were comfortable.

Very disappointing! The only thing good was the hot water because everything else was poor condition! The outside of property was nothing like it was advertised as. The room was the same- bedding n mattresses appeared thrown together and poor quality n keep. Room does have a fridge which seemed in need of a good wipe down, and a microwave. Conjoined rooms which we didn’t know anything about at rental. We put a chair to the door for extra security to sleep. Next morning one of the cleaning employees and a renter got into an very heated argumentative in the area of our room. Stay at your own risk!

The air conditioner in the room was loud and rattled all night. The room had a musky dirty odor.
First entered the room and found roaches and bed bugs. The chairs in the room were broken and we found another persons financial documents under the bed.
The room was dirty and not taken care of and infested with bugs. Rampant and obvious drug sales and use in the parking lot all night.
Cheap room. Cheap price. Never will stay in a OYO again after this roach motel experience
