The first room they assigned me nor the attending staff could access it. The second room we were assigned had towels in the shower the tv didn’t work no phone there was also it looked a makes clothing in there. The last room they gave us was a jacuzzi suit it was terrible as well.! The jacuzzi was dirty as if someone had just stepped out of it. There was ashes around towels a cup sitting on top of the tall brown closet inside that closet there was a balled up comforter just the comforter. The bathroom had tissue stuck to the bottom of the toilet. The walk in shower was disgusting as well trash on the floor and looked unwashed. We ultimately left! I was highly disappointed.

Room was less desirable than advertised. Front desk attendant was friendly and apologetic. The room was not clean, smelled like smoke, fridge not working, no trash cans, the bed looked slept-in, the toilet had been used and not flushed, plastic bowl under the ac to catch water. I checked out and booked across the street at the Best Western. Stay there instead

Gentleman that checked me in was as sweet, helpful and polite as any front desk attendant could be.
But the room is dirty and but im too tired to complain and dont want to bother the attendant. I have pictures of bathroom and towel i used to wash off my feet. I will email upon request.

No microwave, not even a trash can! The door to the vending machines was locked all day and night and the front desk lady who was so nice looked everywhere but the keys were not there. No ice bucket, no shampoo, no conditioner, regular vinyl chair looked like it came from 1968. Horrible condition. The lady at the front desk when I checked in was awesome.

This place needs to be shut down. I should have cut my losses and went elsewhere once I entered the room. Actually getting into the room was a pain because I had to turn the door handle the wrong way (up) to get in. I couldn’t properly lock the door deadbolt because the hole wasn’t big enough. So I had to use the door latch, along with a torn up, desecrated leather chair that should really be in a dumpster to block the door. If you want proof, there was a grouo of dead flies in the corner after I moved the chair.

The room may smell clean but it’s not enough to cloud your judgment when you see that there are a couple flies near the sink and in the bathroom. Don’t bother with taking a shower in there; you’ll feel dirty just doing that.

Stupidly, I was content with the room because I was only going to be using the room for sleep. Unfortunately, that’s near impossible when you have the absolute dredges of society staying there. I think they are actually tenants. There was some couple arguing and smashing the doors and I guess they got into a fight with someone else. After two hours of trying to get to sleep, I was ready to just grab my stuff and check out early. Unfortunately, I couldn’t because their fighting was occurring either outside my room or near my room. God knows if I walk out during their conflict, I may have been collateral damage.

I’ve stayed in some bad hotels. This is the absolute worst place I’ve every stayed at, and I blame myself for being content with it.

My daughter was tore up by bed bugs to which they just gave us a 50% discount, and then moved us to another room which had old maggot infest food left behind and maggot larvae everywhere…

When we talk to front desk about the maggot problem they refused to even come clean it up until the following day .

Staff was helpful and attentive. Facility was clean. My room definitely needed to be finished painting as none of the edges were done. The bed cover had a cigarette burn on it, and the chair was is absolutely horrible condition, as a form hotel sales person, I was pretty surprised and appalled by that. Just remove it.
As a solo female traveler though, I felt safe in the location and for the price, I was pleased enough with it. The heart shaped jacuzzi tub was fun and was clean, but the plug didn't work right, so the water had to stay running to keep it full. But, never ran out of hot water. The 2 shower heads in the shower and the surround sound speaker system were all pretty cool too.

Toilet was broken and overflowed from the tank when flushed. Blankets had stains on them. Curtains had been burned and melted. Air conditioner barely worked and sounded like a train about to come off the tracks. Front desk employee was useless. Stated he had only been working for three days and was left on his own without help. They were unable to even print a reciept. Checked in at 5 and tried to leave at 9. They would bot provide a refund and just offered a different room. The whole property was in shambles.

The attendant that checked us in was very nice and helpful. Aside from being cheap, the savings were not worth how filthy the property and rooms were. There was fresh and old animal/human feces all around the common areas outside on the rocks. There were several fowl smelling trash cans around the 1st floor of the elevator/stair landing. The ice machine was out of service. In the rooms there were no waste baskets, no hand soap for the sinks, no body soap for the showers. There were brown liquid stains running down the walls above the beds. Lots of highway noise. Very dissatisfied.

This was by far the filthiest, bug infested most disgusting hotel I've ever seen. Walked inside the room and roaches all over the wall and floor. Bedding was filthy and stained, walls had remains of paper signs taped to them. Outside the hotel was sketchy as well. Odor of marijuana permeating the property and dry users walking through the property, unsure if there were guests or just neighborhood overflow. Went back to the front desk, turned in the key and said there was no way I would start there.

Long story, don't consider staying here.

the picture of the room shows 3 pillows per bed. ours had 2. we asked for 2 more and received them. there was no telephone or wastebasket in the room and the chair was an old rolling desk chair that we could not use. the staff rummaged thru other rooms to supply a wastebasket and chair. the second bed did not have a sheet over the mattress cover. we requested that one be placed on the bed, but it never happened.

The beds was very comfortable and the front desks people was very friendly. There was no soap, coffee maker or fridge and microwave in the room. You couldn't get coffee until 9 am, it was the bare necessity. I've stay at serval Red Roof Inn when I travel and this was the worst. Talk to the front desk about the condition of the place and he said he would try to make the property more better. I then inform him if I was in the area I would try staying, if things wasn't any better I find anothe hotel.

My wife and I stayed the night here while moving across the country. During our one night stay, wife got locked inside our hotel bathroom. We had to get maintenance in our room to help her out and they ended up kicking the door down. Our room keys quit working several times during our stay. There was no wifi, the TV stopped working, the phone was unplugged and just sitting on our side table, and the hotel charged us twice for our room (we are currently disputing with our bank as we tried to call the front desk but we are unable to reach anybody). The employees were nothing but nice and helpful but the facilites definitely need an upgrade and the automated phone system needs to be REDONE. When you are instructed to dial 5 to reach the front desk, it loops you back to the beginning of the automated message. Many flaws.

We were unable to take showers due to a dirty tub. Plus, not enough linens. It was obvious there had been flooding in the restroom because the baseboards were gone and stains were going up the wall. There were no cups to drink out of; therefore, it was difficult to take our meds. No iron and ironing board. Surfaces felt dirty. Pillows were horrible!! Light in the dressing area didn’t work. No soap. No toilet tissue. When I asked the lady at the front desk for more linens, she acknowledged me but continued cutting up with her friends. Thus, we never got linens.

Queen Instead of a King

After fumbling with the card keys that took several trips to the front desk to get a functioning set, we entered our “king room”and found a queen bed and not much else. The room appeared as run down as the property, and after twelve hours of traveling, my wife and I decided it would be better to drive the remaining two hours to our home than to stay in a room that I wouldn’t put my worst enemy in. I will never book a room with Red Roof In again!

We did not stay. We ended up leaving and booking a different hotel. The first room we were given at this hotel both beds were broken and tv did not work. We let manager know and he gave us a different room. The door on that room looked as if it had been kicked in and did not close properly. Also the rooms were not very clean. We felt dirty just walking in to them. Will not book with this hotel line again.
