Not being a regular traveler i found that was very easy to get to. Once there and settled in there is a KFC and a Whitespot restaurant within a very short walk away. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and there was plenty of parking. It was easy enough to navigate back to main highways to continue with our travels.

It was a nice surprise when the hotel notified us that we were going to be upgraded. The room was spacious and worked perfectly for our 4 nights stay. All rooms were pet friendly and they have a promotion where after paying 4 nights for the pet fees (I believe it was $20/night) their next night would be free). Again, a nice unexpected perk. The location is great for being located with walkabilty to restaurants, stores, groceries, banks. Worked perfectly for our sports group needs. Would recommend this hotel to others for sure. The rooms are a bit dated but clean and comfy beds so no complaints and worth the value. Also included a small kitchen for cooking purposes. All in all worked excellent for our needs.

Not that the neighbors were excessively loud, I'm just very sensitive to sound. we'll make sure not to get either of those rooms next time. We've been staying here every year for almost 20 years and the only other issue we've ever had was the road noise from the highway on the other side of the building. Fortunately I travel with earplugs.
The convenience of parking right outside the room, the location, very close to amenities, restaurants, anything you could need, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms makes Accent Inn my only choice when staying in Kamloops to visit our grown children.

So we stayed two nights in one room then moved to another room. Keep in mind we stayed for ten days. So that was a bit annoying. Coffee was not provided in the rooms and we were told to get it from front desk, yet all cleaning carts the chambermaids have are filled with coffee. Left a note asking for some, was told only front desk, then two days later coffee was left in our room. Why the screw around? The elevator wasn’t working, renovating going on. Checking out took way longer than normal because something came up declined, yet I had paid in advance.
Room was not cleaned properly, coffee mugs couldn’t even be washed. So needless to say we won’t be staying anymore.

Bed was comfortable and showed had good pressure with well stocked wall shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Room was new with a contemporary look. Pool was outdoor but no hot tub or breakfast offered. Only one elevator to go to second floor otherwise have to use stairs and all rooms are accessed from the outside. Overall this was a very good hotel to stay at
