They had nothing on their computer showing a reservation. Good on them still acknowledging the booking but I had to put up another $100 extra as an extra fee to cover any room damage. So I booked the room for $108 and with tax $125. So okay cool.

This glorified motel room is a $70 room at best. We were charged $310.
Very dated. Sheets were very worn. The counters had glass toppers that just trapped a bunch of gunk under them which was pretty gross. And there was an old weird stof fridge combo, where the freezer was completely iced and I wasn't able to refreeze my ice packs for the next day.

I thought he was yelling at a person in his room but later realised it was probably at a sport game on TV. We were on level 1 and there is a large gap under the room front doors to a shared hallway and noise carries between them. There was also a man speaking quietly on the phone in the hallway, and when we got into our room we could still hear him.
The room we got had been smoked in, not recently, but the leftover smoke in the air conditioning and soft furnishings was overpowering. Even though the rooms have non-smoking signs on each door, I could smell fresh cigarette smoke coming from under the door of one of the rooms as I walked to reception to check out the next day.
There was a cigarette burn on our bathtub too. I felt like I was in the 90s.
The room carpet had dirty tracks in traffic areas, like people came in with dirty boots on and trekked it through the room. It could be an area problem because we stayed in another place that had signs about replacing the carpet, cleaning boots before entering the hotel and a tray for boots inside the room.
On check out I mentioned the carpet to the lady on reception who seemed disinterested.
I can’t recommend this other than as an extreme budget hotel. Not worth the ~$100 we paid.

Sheets had a large (Like 12 inchs large) blood stain on it, impossible that it wasnt seen. Bedding in general had multiple stains and bodily fluids on it (so glad I brought my own, as it was exceptionally bad). Soap dish in the shower hadnt been wiped out etc. Probably would avoid staying here again purely due to the condition of the bedding alone (Ick!)

The employees are nice and willing to help, but lack good communication. I stayed for 4 nights and they never cleaned my room even though I didn’t have DND. No complimentary water in the rooms, and they can’t charge the water to your room, so they expect you to pay $2 with your card everytime you want water. The toilet has to be flushed severally to get a desired result.
