Really clean and nice for a Motel 6. Good experience overall.
Cammie
The only problems we had was the cleaner they use is to perfuming for us. We had some allergy issues and could not get it air out enough. Also next time I'm going to make sure we are not in a room by the pool.
Joseph
Excellent staff and very helpful
Joseph
It's a wonderful hotel
Patty
Nice area to walk your dog. Property lit well. Starbucks across the driveway. Clean pool. Quiet.
Todd
Always wear shoes. Floor super dirty. Complex is undergoing some renovations- 30% closed.
Sylvia
Not really clean and not in a safe area.
MARK
A lot of drugs and users here , no frig or microwave in the room. Room was clean property maintained well just not family friendly and didn't feel very safe.
doug
Property needs some refreshing. Door sweeps are missing and broken in many doors. Property needs exterior cleaning and refreshing, looks run down and unkept. Lots of characters walking around the property asking to buy cigarettes for a dollar, clearly some long term residence have made this hotel their home. After 12 nights of travel, this was the least desirable place that we stayed.

This place is in the ghetto! The first day one of our rooms smelled strongly of animal urine. The other room smelled of weed. I had someone knock on my door to try and get money from me, trying to sell me cheap chains.
They then moved us to second floor rooms. The rooms were cleaner but the tenants around us had their own issues. One was clearly harboring a prostitute and my husband caught him masturbating in his jeep in broad daylight in the parking lot! Another neighbor ended up with a threat of weapons which had the place surrounded by cops and swat and snipers. The madness never ended. We didn’t have much choice in places as we are a family of five with animals and military would only pay so much per day for reimbursement and other actual hotels were full. The staff were okay but it couldn’t excuse for the area. They only had one working washer to use for the whole motel.

Plenty of parking available. Many places to eat around.

Constantly have police at this location, multiple shootings. SWAT was called in, motel tried everything they could to try and not give us a refund. Garbage place and people.
Jasmyne
Ive been staying here almost 2 weeks, paying good money to, because they have not been cheap due to comedians and people coming to perform, no ice in the ice machine, which is the basic amenities ha, rooms have been dirty (being cleaned by the same person) found spiders in lamps, was able to let one back outside. Had a police standoff yesterday had to wait 2 hours for a room to which the staff didn't care or offer any kind of substitutes or accommodations. I turned their towels black and green from cleaning before I could lay down and rest, so youre welcome to whomever gets those rooms, community is cool, some staff is okay, rooms are cool and basic.
Jasmyne
Yemarely helped a lot, would stay again

Just staying for the night on our way thru, it was nice for that reason and affordable. No pet fee is a huge bonus when having 2 dogs. Room was fine. It’s old and used but it was clean.

Sheila
I really liked how nice and helpful the front desk staff were but the thing i disliked are how you have to pay extra to get a room with a microwave and a fridge in them. For the prices.of the rooms already they should all have at least those included.
Sheila
I like how nice the front desk people are and how decently priced the rooms are. What I didn't like tho is rhat for the prices of the rooms all.rooms should come with a microwave and a small.fridge but they don't. I don't feel that you should have to pay extra for them to be in the room.
Phillip
Everything Great
Corey
Nice staff.
Lee roy
The front desk was helpful our room stinks bad smells coming out of the AC when we up the heat. We were both getting light headed from the smell we wanted to change our room but the front office said he will return our call back he never did. So the service overall is bad.

Thank you

Ovation is fine. My room only had a bed. Nothing else. No table, small fridge or microwave. Literally just a bed. 😡 For $82 a night?
taylor
Its really just the area, you. An hear the freeway, lots of other people up at all different hours and cigarette smoke would get filtered through the vents
Brandon
Terrible experience. Walking into the room it smelt like a casino. All towels and bedding had the stench of cigarettes on them. IN A NON SMOKING ROOM! The shower head would spray water over the door all over the floor. No shampoo, conditioner, or lotion was provided, not a big deal to me honestly since I bring my own. The door into the room wouldn’t close all the way, so you would have light coming in from the sidewalk, had wind and water coming into the room. Spoke with the receptionists to see if it was possible to get a different room, and they told me that ALL OF THE ROOMS are just as bad.
Yes, it is a Motel 6, so you can’t expect glamour and pristine amenities, but this is by far the worst one that I have stayed at. Overall I highly recommend NOT staying here until these issues are fixed. If I knew how to go about a refund, I would’ve started it while there on the property.

Great location!
Mary
Extremely polite, friendly and helpful staff! Extremely pet friendly!! No charge whatsoever for your fur-babies!! I've been in housekeeping, so I'm very picky, and notice things. The room was very clean, just not excellent. A couple spots of dried soap on the wall of shower. Other than that, definitely stay again, definitely recommend! Side note, bring back the shampoo, lotion and hair dryer. Serve coffee all day in the office. 😊
Bernadette
Staff were super friendly and helpful. Location isn’t bad either with Starbucks in the same walking distance.
William
Room had everything at needed. Fridge and microwave. Good parking and close to where we need to be

Cindy
The internet was fast not once it went off, the FD to HK they were all nice and very polite and respectful and the laundry room was clean and safe. I will definitely stay here again and I will recommend all my friends/family to this specific Motel 6. Keep up the good work and God Bless you all.
Joy
The room I booked on this site wasn't the room I was given at the hotel. I booked a double room with a queen bed fridge and microwave. Unfortunately I was given a room with one single bed no fridge and no microwave. Then go upgrade it to have 2 beds I was asked to pay another $6.50 . I payed a total of $127.
valerie
Staff is very helpful and accommodating, rooms are well maintained and clean although a bit outdated.wifi works 99% of the time unless it's raining too hard, and the laundry room is open 24 hrs and has snacks , and is so close to several gas stations and. Starbucks so it's the. Easiest place if you are wanting to be close to the industrial park and the casino!
katrina
Nice front desk staff. I liked being called before our arrival to confirm.
Douglaa
TV local channels all out. Riff Raff going on all over outside. Overhang from roof was trashed. Water everywhere.
This place is an absolute disgrace

There was a bullet hole in the floor… There was people coming in and out all hours of the night to other people’s rooms causing head lights in the windows all night The was a table dining chair one night stand.. and a TV that was it the room looked nothing like the pictures as well as the lobby ….
Jerry
As expected
Terri
Only good thing was it had a soft bed and there was heat. I’m being serious too. There really isn’t any amenities here except a couple small bars of soap. Coffee is at the office. Tv had no signal until you called the office and they tell you to change the channel and see if it works. Vending machines are locked up until you go to the office to ask to get it unlocked at 8am. The staff were nice. That’s the only reason I gave 2 stars, the bed and nice staff. That’s being generous. The hotel is pretty LOW budget.
Daniel
The place needs to be remodeled. The rooms are nasty no refrigerator no microwave because of it was in a standard room. Come on man. I’m never staying there again or any other Motel 6.

Room wasn’t great, sink drain seemed to close and could not open it, room keys keep demagnetizing, floor trim is peeling off of the walls. Not great but hey balling on a budget? It’s a bed to sleep on and a somewhat hot shower.

The manager decided I damaged a room and would never stay at Motel 6 again. They expelled me and mentioned a manager would call me. That never happened. The alleged refund hasn't happened yet.
Subsequent calls to then have reinstated my ability to go there, but still no refund. Allegedly, it's in Expedia's hands now, but Expedia only has useless AI and no ability to talk to anyone. The number Google gave to talk to someone is for purchases only, not actual help.
Where's my refund, Motel 6?!?
