Paula
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The hotel room was clean and comfortable! Everything that I needed was there. The casino was VERY good to me!
Leigh
I hope they can’t change the name of the hotel
Randy
Super friendly staff! Amazing water pressure in the shower.
Christopher
Front desk staff was very welcoming, and answered any questions I had. Room was clean upon arrival. Food at both restaurants on the property was very good!
Blanca
We enjoyed our stay!
Jamie
Was clean room casino underconstruction easy to check in friendly workers ill stay again and recommend to others plus I won ajack pot at the big one that nite
Elsa
Stayed 3 nights. Room was clean and good size. I would be staying here again.
Robert
Great location but access from freeway needs help!
Jeremy
For a casino that has been around since 2004 there are no amenities! But they do keep on adding more gaming areas! The casino is like a maze! The non-smoking rooms still smell of smoke! Of course that could be because the smoking game area is below and it filters throughout the entire casino!
Sheryl
Love the little garden in the center of casino, relaxing place to take a break , have morning coffee.
Elizabeth
Not for people traveling with adult children under 21.
Kearney
The faded out hospitality banners on the exterior says it all- this staff is burned out, the property in massive needs of renovations, and in general like this property hasn’t been cared for or managed properly in 20 years.
Staff interactions were short/ bordering on bizarre. My husband was chastised for smoking on the casino floor AND for using the main entrance ( staff assumed he was a maintenance worker) and the cleaning crew left their supplies in our room after we didn’t request stay over service.
The amenities were bare boned and lacking. The worst part though was the security and metal detectors at each entry point- doesn’t exactly scream welcome or relax.

Going to the bar(which we never found) should NOT be the only place to get your bottle of water! And the bathtub really needs some kind of bar to help senior citizens how to safely take a shower!
Victor
This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve had. The biggest issue is that the hotel is extremely difficult to find. It’s located inside a casino with a hidden entrance, and there is little to no clear signage to guide you. After walking around for quite a while, it still wasn’t obvious where to go.
What made things worse is that the staff did not provide clear or helpful directions when asked. For a place that’s this hard to locate, you would expect employees to give precise instructions—but that wasn’t the case.
On top of that, security requires you to show your ID every single time you return to the hotel area, which quickly becomes inconvenient and repetitive, especially during a short stay.
Overall, the lack of clear access, poor guidance from staff, and constant security checks made the experience unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are improved.

Great customer service, always a pleasure to stay at
Christopher
It was disgusting. We were playing at darts tournament down the road. We will be staying in the casino next time
jose
No microwaves in the room and none available anywhere else in the hotel.
Not good.
Not good.
Kenneth
I find it hard to believe that EQC Sponsors the Seattle Mariners, and yet you can't get Mariners game on TV in the rooms. The hotel doesn't subscribe to get the games even though they sponsor them. I had to watch on my phone. RIDICULOUS!!!
Curtis
Still love this place! It is our \"go to\" place everytime we head over to the left coast (Sea Tac) area.

So smoky everything is closed off for an on going remolding the walk to the parking lot took 10 minutes you have to go all the way around. Never again

Alisa
Stayed while waiting to pick a relative up from the airport. Clean. Plenty of parking. Would have liked it if the casino was nicer to me but that’s on me lol
cynthia
Enjoyed our stay. liked the parking and the restaurant
Tara
The rooms were clean and spacious. The guy at the front desk was super helpful and fun - sorry we didn’t catch his name. There was lots of free parking. Only downsides were that you had to walk through the smoky casino to get to the hotel lobby and that the room did smell a little like smoke, likely off the clothing of people who had previously stayed. The food at the deli in the hotel was very nice.
Kelseigh
The room wasn't what I wanted
Beatrice
The rooms are spacious and clean. My only complaint is the pervasive odor of smoke, less in the non-smoking areas, but still noticeable.
Mildred Joana
This hotel was so amazing and the staff was so friendly. The suite we had was much bigger than expected and we enjoyed it so much.
Chera
It was really annoying pulling your ID out every time to go in and out to our car to get back into the hotel to pass security. I understand it’s a casino but we are guests of the hotel.
The room smelled so bad, we had to have the window open the entire time we stayed, which didn’t help. I had an asthma attack because of how Smokey the room smell was.
On the positive side, The staff were very nice!

Room was just ok, the problem is that the entire place is overwhelming smokey, even in the rooms. Was on the fourth floor (top) and way down the hall and room still was choking me out with smoke from casino. Clothes then smelled like smoke rest of trip. Other than that it was just ok. Lots of slots, no table games. Like the free soda.

Lovely time visiting Vegas
Tanya
It was fun
Ronald
Venting could be improved
Anne
We didn't use the casino, but I can say the pool was lovely. The staff were amazing. They were accommodating to our needs and made our stay smooth.
Kenneth
Emerald Queen is a Seattle Mariners sponsor, but they don't have the Mariners channel available on the TV in the rooms. Seems ridiculous.
Tracy
There needs to be a better choice for dinning. The restaurant closed at 10pm way to early especially on the weekends!!
David
They advertise non smoking rooms far from that I had 2 rooms on the second floor and both rooms had a strong odor of smoke . False advertising.
Patty
It was very nice but renovations going on so it was hard to get it from one place to another. The staff was semi nice and the place wasn’t that clean, but it was manageable.
Lindsey
We left. We didn’t even stay. Smelled awful. Sketchy people. Don’t waste your money like me.
Dieselflask
This place was amazing
Karen
The place is a very safe place to stay.
Richard
Only 2 places to eat
Shaun
Very rude staff. I booked for two nights, stayed to the first, but then made other arrangements and checked out early.
Steven
the room was spacious and clean very nice. security at times was a bit rough.
Jennifer
A great place to stay
Ben
Nice room tight slots though
Shelley
The only issue was that my minor granddaughter had to walk through a Smoky Casino to get to the Hotel Lobby and no amenities for a teenager other than swimming if the weather is good.
Douglas
TO SMOKEY
Mike
The rooms were very clean, staff was amazing all around.
Jonathan
Had lots of parking and looked secure. Was a little confusing to find the hotel lobby. Room was nice and clean.
Tyler
Room smelled like smoke. Shower water temp was scalding hot and then cold continuously. No daily turnover for restocking coffee, etc. Staff were super grumpy.
Lorimae
No microwaves!!!???????
Lorimae
Amenities would've gotten 5 stars, but the rooms don't have microwaves!!!! What the..?
Elisabeth
They didn’t have microwave in rooms anymore that’s the only thing that sucks!
Lindsey
Smoking smell
Kenneth
Room was nice, but a lamp next to bed didn't work.
Opal
Nice clean rooms, and the staff were really nice. I would definately recommend this motel/casino.
Anthony
Parking was very easy and staff went above and beyond to accommodate all requests
Krista
Staff was helpful, room was clean upon appearance, but my mom and I were both bit by bedbugs on 3/29/26. We stayed in room 408 and didn’t notice bites until we had checked out and left. Unfortunate this is the first time this has ever happened to us, and we have been staying at this property for over 25 years, even before it was a casino.
Lorimae
Secure parking. Good drinks. Great night!
Catreece
Staff was nice, room was clean and food was good.
Timmy
I had 3 rooms, 2 of which were standard, 1 a suite. I stayed in the suite and had a hard time sleeping first 2 nights...Loud banging of pipes, and leaking water from shower. Went to have lunch day 2 at EQC down the road a bit and immediately made plans to check out the following day. Was not my idea of a\"good stay\"!
Juan
The room we had the heater was not working
Troy
Really enjoyed it but still it was to smoky for us 😔
lyn
Easy and convenient.
Teresa
Thank you for your hospitality
Andrea
Amazing stay
Jordan
We were treated absolutely so rude. Website isn’t user friendly. We knew there were 2 locations but nothing specifies which restaurant is at which. The hotel signs are inconspicuous so not easily seen. But honestly it was the patronizing and condescending staff. We were there for an event outside of the hotel but the amount of crackheads and suspicious activity in and around the hotel was alarming.

The rooms were nice, simple, and clean. The staff was nice and amenities were great.
Romaine
Just like any other hotel. Bed was okay, room clean. The smell of smoke was really bad although room is nonsmoking. Had to buy air freshener to mask the smell a bit.
Tim
Everything

Room was large and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the Tatoosh Grill was delicious! The only downfall was the casino allows smoking with carried into the hotel lobby and was very strong.
For the non-smoking side there were tons of options and it was a very nice casino.

Again as stated in my previous review, this was a very inconvenient stay. All the casinos that I have stayed in, have always had a separate entrance for hotel guests. It’s best inconvenient to drag your luggage through security and the casino. You can tell that hotel guests are not their top priority
Stephanie
Will not stay there again. I have stayed at many casino hotels and have never dealt with the fact that they don’t have a specific entrance for hotel guests. We had to drag all of our luggage through security and through the casino. The smoke was so bad, that it drifted up into our room. I’m a smoker, and it was still annoying. The staff was mediocre and you can tell that the hotel guests are not their top priority. We couldn’t get coffee Saturday morning because the deli didn’t open until 11am. Sorry that we didn’t want the coffee that sat out all night at the beverage station. They don’t offer much for food, and what they do offer is overpriced.
Briseida
Amenties. We have stayed here (past 3 years) before and at first the smoke smell coming into the hotel was an issue, but we could get past that because we loved the pool. This stay, we were looking forward to the pool but weren't informed that it was not working at check in, so that was a huge disappointment!
John
Good Staff , clean room, awesome pool .
Devon
Hotel lobby is in the middle of the casino. We had to go through security, then through the smokers area every time we needed to get to our room.
Adam
Room was clean. Bed was horrible. Pretty smokey since it's attached to a casino
Ron
Is good yes
Lany
Was great until the hot tub wasn’t working.
Adam

Jason
Beds were not very good, and there was vomit in the elevator. Staff were nice but hotel portion is run down
Du
Hot tube is listed on the site but not working. That was the main reason that we chose this hotel. The casino smell so bad. I had to hold my breath when I walked in and out. Horrible experience. No more casino hotel for me next time.
Boutasaba
All is good.

It was very clean. There was a nice small refrigerator but no microwave that I thought was in every room per my research before booking this hotel. I couldn’t warm up my left overs & was saddened that I had to discard them.
The room was in a casino so the only problem I had was walking through the entrance & smelling the smoke until I got in the elevator to go up to my room. I have asthma & the smoke irritates my lungs causing bronchospasms (wheezing). Because of this, I will not book @ room @ a casino in the future.

Bath tub had pubic hair
Robin
Clean. Large room. Good working AC. We stay here after enjoying a Seahawk's game in Seattle.
Rachael
Found eaten, stale chicken wings on floor in suite …
Cathryn
The room was fine. The staff was great!
We got wiff of smoke smell after we had been in the room. In the middle of the night we could smell smoke. We smelled our clothes thinking it was them. No smoke smell. We think their ventilation system or filters is the issue. We even moved from 2nd floor to 4th floor, made no difference. Not wanting to stay there again.

It was fine. They didn’t give me the one bed that I paid for and requested, but that’s fine
Nathaniel
I’m going back in a little while. After the weather changes. I liked my stay.

Needed a room for a night with our dogs due to plumbing issues. Clean and friendly.
Katharina
Front desk (Terry) was extremely helpful and courteous. The entire hotel smells like smoke, even on the 4th floor rooms, so just be prepared.
