By far the nicest hotel we’ve stayed in lately. Everything was clean, tasteful, and the room was very nicely appointed with a kitchenette, living room, and accessible bathroom. The pools was sparkling clean and the gym was brand new. Breakfast blew us away with the variety and freshness of everything. We have added this to our preferred hotels going forward anytime we are in the south sound area!
Andrew
Loved the breakfast burrito bar!! Kind and helpful staff. A first floor room for ease with a wheelchair. Beautiful property!

We stayed one night , the bed was comfortable , loved the suite with the kitchenette, everything was very clean…will be staying again
Robert
Continental breakfast is good, indoor pool is great for kids and the location is central for Tacoma and Puyallup, right near the highway entrance.
Raelani
The front desk staff were wonderful! Unfortunately I don’t remember the man’s name but he was so friendly and personable. He offered me water bottles for my room and even complimented my nails. The room was spacious, clean and updated, what more could you ask for?
I will say - I was initially a bit uneasy because when had to park my car at the back of the building as the lot in the front was full but I saw security vehicles driving around constantly and so then I felt very safe!
Would absolutely recommend and will definitely be staying here the next time I have a work event in the area. :)

Great hotel experience! Welcoming, clean, quiet, delicious breakfast, nice pool, great location by mall and restaurants. Our only regret was not booking more nights. They were fully booked. Will definitely look into staying here again.

Location is just steps from a shopping mall
Lisa
The hotel is located right next to the South Hill mall which makes it super convenient for shopping and dining options without having to drive anywhere. It is also a newer construction building so the entire hotel feels like a luxury hotel. I booked a 1-bedroom suite and to my surprise it was very large. It also has a true kitchenette for families and a full breakfast each morning. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Very affordable hotel and beautifully decorated. Very quiet location and plenty of parking unlike other hotels or maybe not a lot of people know about this place yet. 5 stars all the way.
Henri
Clean and wonderful staff
Richard
This is a new property, so the disgusting public haven’t destroyed the newness by scaring up the walls or kicking in the bathroom doors yet.
A real treat to stay here, breakfast was far better than most, south hill mall entrance is a 30 yard walk out the back exit and plenty of restaurants on the edge of the mall parking lot.

Room and property were on the newer side. Very comfortable and breakfast was impeccably maintained and stocked with what can only be described as homemade breakfast meats. Would highly recommend this property.
Ritch
The hotel was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful.
Jameela
I honestly loved this it had a cute little kitchenette in our room as we got a suite. It had a full fridge and the dishwasher was running when we entered so we knew the dishes were clean. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel served a continental breakfast and overall was really good. Their were a lot of options, fresh coffee, oatmeal, four different types of cereal, eggs, sausage, a waffle maker for fresh waffles, toast/bagels and multiple jams, and a taco bar. I appreciated the options. The eggs are powdered eggs but they had hard boiled eggs to. The pool was a very nice amenity. I did a birthday for my 12 yr old daughter and her friends and they had so much fun. I would absolutely stay here again.
Angela
Really lovely room - much bigger than we anticipated! Best free hotel breakfast I've experienced. We were at an event at Puyallup fairgrounds and this was an excellent place to stay!
Samantha
Our room that was paid for was given away. We had no place to stay. Staff were flippant. Still haven't received refund.
Kristin

Kaitlyn
Room is awesome, clean, smells great. Pool is nice.
Staff are not great. I had several issues during the stay that ruined it for me. Probably will not stay here ever again.

Chris the front desk agent was so good at his job. I work for a hotel as a guest service manager and he did amazing job. He answered all of questions with a smile. He helped us figure out what pizza place to order food. The beds were comfy. The breakfast was ok.
Chelsea
Fabulous location, hospitable staff, very comfortable clean accommodations, super comfy beds.
Bertrand
The room was homey and made me want to stay longer. I enjoyed the quietness, and the convenience of having a little kitchen all to myself. I’m definitely coming back.

Patricia
New hotel, really nice breakfast lots of options. I thought the gym was really nice as well they have water and towels available and have a nice cable machine and lots of weights and kettlebells. The rooms are large and very clean. The kitchens have the basics but everything I needed. The people right above me were stomping around a bit a couple times but besides that it was nice and quiet. I would stay here again for sure. When I checked in the gave me a couple bottles of water and some cookies which was a nice touch.

Room was nice and breakfast was very good with a large variety of choices. Convenient location for shopping and restaurant choices. Hotel staff friendly. Beware though, the hotel will allow you to choose to upgrade your room for a higher price for a mountain view room. We paid the extra and were not given a view room. Our view was of the top of the surrounding buildings, no mountain... When I complained to the hotel staff on checkout, I was told to get ahold of Expedia since we paid through them and a staff member told me that, honestly, unless you are on the top floor in room 529 or higher, there is no mountain view. We were placed on floor 3. How dishonest of a money grab is that??? I got ahold of Expedia & they did credit me the extra $$$ toward another stay which was nice they tried to take care of us. Thanks Expedia! The hotel not so much. I would stay there again but would not pay the upcharge for the mountain view room. I think it's a way to rake in extra money, very dishonest!!!!

The employee at the front desk went out of her way to accommodate our needs and get us transferred to a room that was wheelchair accessible. We appreciated her so much. That might seem like it’s not a big deal, but to us it was everything!

The room was huge with a beautiful Mountain View. The breakfast was well stocked and many options. Housekeeping was efficient and did a great job. The location is perfect close to everything but tucked away from any noise you’d expect. Thanks to the amazing staff, we will be back!

The guy working the front desk was amazing. He made me feel welcomed when I walked through those doors. I love how clean and spacious the room was. I’ve paid way more and received a lot less from many places. This will be my place to stay every time I’m in the Tacoma area.

Everything was amazing except there is no hot tub/spa like the websites say. Its great location for walking around the mall area and restaurants. Room was spacious and super clean. The staff is the sweetest. I definitely recommend it here and will be back soon.
