Everything was ok But about 2am woke up with feet & leg cramps. Half the room power went out: Tv shut off, lights went out and Heat shut off, got up at 7am, was only 60° in the room, why I got cramping, got cold.
Called the front desk, Maintenance came turned on the power, lights came back on, Tv as well, but said No service. Usually like/watch the morning news.
My view was pretty much just I-5 freeway, morning traffic.

Room and staff are amazing, food was just ok. You have to check into the casino every time you want to go in. We didn’t realize it was a smoking casino and came out feeling like a heavy smoker. They do have a non smoking section but you really have to look for it. It was definitely not what I was hoping for but we made it work.

The room was very clean and well laid out. The facility was very clean and comfortable. Staff was not attentive and I had to wait each time I had a question. There was no free coffee available in the lobby. A bottle of Coke was $6. Could use some customer service improvement.

Be aware if you travel with kids or teens, they can't go into casino at ALL, not even to restaurants. Which if there were options in the hotel it would be okay, but only restaurant is a high end steak house. Adults had to walk into casino to get pizza, chicken strips etc, and walk it back to hotel, then return to gamble/eat. Worked out, but not as easy as I'd expected.

The room was very small for the price we paid. They only gave us 2 towels and when we requested another towel they told me I would have to go to get it. The food service at the deli was chaotic and unprofessional they placed my cole slaw under the heat lamp and was not happy when I requested another that had not been sitting there under the heat lamp getting warm. Never was offered a drink in the casino once. called down and requested water for the coffee and was told I would have to go to the bar to get water. Not a good experience all the way around,

Heavy smoke throughout the casino. Had to walk through smoking area to get to non smoking. Room was fine but no soap to wash hands, only body wash inside shower in a pump but no small bars to wash at the sink. Front desk guy annoyed at our questions even though we said we’d never been there before. Our weekend get away are special and we won’t return here again due to the overall quality.

I was pleasantly surprised that the rooms were nice however the people that were staying next-door continue to play their music loud. I called the front desk and they claim that someone went over there and talk to him but then again it was thumping through the wall all night that was difficult because I had an early flight to catch. I didn't get any breakfast. I wasn't sure that I was supposed to get a free breakfast but they did not offer that to me.

Different levels/prices of restaurants as part of casino/hotel (though 3 of them are in casino so need to work through casino area which has smoking smell and obviously not for kids to access. Close to Tacoma downtown and easy access to freeway. Overall a pleasant stay.
