The room smelled very bad. The desk surfaces were peeling off. Everything was pretty run-down. It was super noisy; you can hear people talking in the neighboring rooms, and people upstairs sound like elephants. Definitely easy access to the freeway, but not a location we will ever use again. On the plus side, it was very clean.

Let’s just say it was one of those places you enter the parking lot and start questioning the hotel you picked for your stay. The front desk smelled like air fresheners trying to cover up the smell of cigarettes. The pictures displayed looked like nothing in person. We were getting a strange vibe from the parking lot and ended up paying the fee to cancel and found another hotel somewhere else.

All the furniture was old and dectrpeit. It looked like they had gone to a trasih dump and scrounged almost-usable furniture. The laminate covered floors were delaminafing, the shower head was hanging loose on the shower wall Every piece of the amenities should have been sent to the dump, the walls were scarred and dirty, the bed was totally unusable because the mattress was too soft, never saw any staff and no one anserwed the phone so no chance of setting a wake up call. All of the room structures were in advanced stages of decline with missing paint and no attempts to rejuvenate were visible.

I have stayed in 3rd world motels and the were poorly surppoted but way better better than this property.

So bottom line this property is close to to level of a declining third world country. I am guessing the owners are pull the maximum cash flow out of the property and not reinvesting in it.

Room vinyl floor had pieces missing, sink very difficult to turn on, missing screws from switch plates, telephone didn't work, shower had loose screws, no kleenex, furniture old and damaged. Tv very difficult to use.
They lost my reservation. The desk lady was very nice.

For over 20 years, my family and I have stayed at this property multiple times per year, primarily to visit Wild Waves. We viewed it as a reliable, family-friendly option.
Following the recent ownership change, several issues arose. The complimentary breakfast and coffee service were eliminated (despite Days Inn branding requirements), and no water dispenser is available for guests.

Room conditions were poor: curtains were torn with holes, letting in daylight all night and disrupting sleep. The mattress sagged severely with its bottom support on the floor. The property felt unclean and unsafe, with visible drug activity in the parking lot.

Due to a family emergency, we had to depart after the second night of a three-night Hotels.com reservation. Despite asking immediately upon check in and the 24-hour cancellation policy, the motel refused to cancel the final night and charged us. When I politely raised the issue at checkout, referencing our 40+ stays and future plans, multiple staff members yelled at me, creating an uncomfortable scene. Hotels.com deferred to the motel and ignored further requests.

Given these experiences, we will not be returning and can no longer recommend this property or using Hotels.com for bookings here. As a travel agent assisting well over 100,000 people across social media groups, I will advise clients to consider alternative accommodations.

The plugs were hanging out the blow dryer didn’t work the microwave was as plugged into the wall but you had to shimmy the cord for it to stay on before it could work properly if not it went off! The walls are very thin that you can hear the party going on next door and the people upstairs sounded like they were moving at 1-230 in the morning!! But you get what you pay for and I just tried it out but it is so old and run down will never stay at the days in ever again!! Only best part for the representative at check in was very nice and upgraded me to stay downstairs where my truck was right out the door!! Thank you for that!!

Wasn't expecting high-end furnishings but they shouldn't be dangerous to use. Broken chair, bathroom tiles, and ironing board were obvious and dangerous. The iron face was damaged and needed to be replaced before using. All of the electrical outlets were less accept one. The lamp wire was covered in electrical tape. Molded grout, dirty floors, and flaking popcorn ceiling over the stained tub were terrible. The tiny refrigerator sat on the floor with the rusted microwave directly sitting on top without anything preventing it from sliding dangerously around when the slightest pressure was applied. You had to hold it from the back just to push the door open button. NO: towel racks in the shower or at the sink, clock, or weather stripping around the door leading to the outside as you can see a ring of light from the outside when the interior lights were off. The handrail on the outside stairs was sticky at every contact and the stairs themselves were dangerous. Not unstable, but the nonslip matting was screwed on with the excess hanging over the edges were rough, jagged and sharp edges and dripping in rust.There was a sign stating they no longer offer their lite breakfast which contradicts my reservation of which they blamed the website. They did give us bags, but no drinks. Nothing you'd want to eat as a adult!
The bedding and towels we're clean but not much of anything else. The were very nice. At checkout, I spoke with the front desk about our experience. They said, \"sorry.\"

No breakfast menu, clean bed but the rest of the room was pretty warn down, room door was gapped from top to bottom, very noisy inside do too the door being gapped. Door did not seal properly, bathroom faucet was extremely stiff and loose at the base. Rude people talking extremely loud outside late night plus someone had a dog barking in the next room. Hard to sleep. Personally I won't be back.

This was the worst place that i have ever stayed and i travel a far amount. This was a saftey issue for sure. We closed the door and there was a 2 inch gap, between the wall and the door. Yes, i was seeing the parking lot with the door closed. The dirt was just years of grime, the bathroom was disgusting. Again years of grime and mold on the shower. Carpet was rotten and side tables were barely hanging on. THE parking lot was bad, potholes and trashed cars. We stayed 10 minutes amd immediately checked out. We were told by management a full refund was made, but our credit card was changed anyway. Now FIGHTING for a refund because no one should stay tthere, its a public health issue.

I was horrified that as I pulled back the cover and found a large amount of bugs scurring all over the sheet, I went to the office and was giving a new room we packed up and were moved to a new room that was pest free after packing up and moving rooms it was after 2am when we went to bed but not a good night sleep I wondering if the bugs would show up. We checked in, Made it to our room after having to shimmy by a homeless person to get up the stairs. We opened the door and before we even locked in, you could smell the molden mildew. We walked in saw parts of trim falling off mold.Ceiling in the bathroom had mold tiles had mold.Shower had was falling apart. All the countertops were busted up furniture looked like it had been through something. We turned around, walked out, checked out of the motel, and I requested a refund which I still have not received or heard from anybody. I took photos to show some of the stuff as well.

Upon checking the office was locked. I thought I was going to have to call corporate! The front desk guy showed up eventually. Weird…never had that happen before.
Room next door was full of screaming kids. The smell of marijuana was annoying.
The king room was acceptable for the price. I loved that the climate control unit was quiet and efficient.
Not sure I’d stay here again.

I was on a solo business trip, so I was seeking convenience rather than amenities. While the bed and TV were adequate, the overall condition of the room was subpar. Areas around the shower were water damaged to the point they were crumbling. The toilet seat was so old, the finish was gone. My key card needed to be constantly reset for some reason, which got really irritating after a long day and repeating returns to the front office for a reset. My first floor room was smoked out by a diesel truck parked outside my door, who left it idling for about 15 minutes. It was a good thing I was checking out at that time. As noted, this was a short business trip, so my only goal was a place to rest at night, however, next time I'm in the area, I'll pay a little more and find something nicer.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was disappointing enough that I felt compelled to share.

It was clear that cleanliness and maintenance were not a priority. The walls had visible stains and what appeared to be dried blood in a few spots. The floorboards were not only heavily scuffed and uneven as if there was previously water damage. The bathtub had what looked like a loogie left behind. There were cobwebs in the corners of the ceiling. Much of the furniture was damaged, adding to the overall feeling of neglect. The front door didn’t close properly.

Luckily the bed itself appeared to be clean and relatively comfortable, which I was grateful for after an exhausting day.

At $200 per night, I expected significantly better. For that rate, cleanliness and basic upkeep should be a given — not a luxury. I cannot recommend this hotel based on my experience, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere unless improvements are made.

I will be contacting Wyndham as well. I would like a refund for my stay.

This place is not worth your time or money. The rooms are dirty. The tv was broken. There was black mold in the bathroom. Most of the furniture is falling apart. We had to plug the tv in to find out it was broken. Weed wrappers and beer bottle caps behind were the tv plugs in. Smelled like bleach and weed when you walk in. All night i could smell the weed and the smell of a dirty ashtray. The pillows were so flat. For price we paid it was like be taken advantage of. We rented two rooms. One for the parents. There room it looked like blood spots on the wall. The paint is coming off the walls everywhere. I didnt even really sleep it was so bad. You would think they would take better care and want it to look better. I have pictues and plan to get ahold of corporate.

Sketchy area and didn't feel safe. Pretty sure drug deals were going on in room next to mine. People coming and going after just a few minutes while I was there. Hotel was run down and used a garbage bag to sit on chair with a large fluid stain on it. Didn't sleep much and couldn't wait to get out of there. Won't ever book sight unseen hotel online again.

The staff were great. The lady at the front desk was friendly and greeted me upon arrival to checkin. The young man that works overnights was friendly and helpful when I asked questions about the area or when my friend from the city was visiting and asked him some questions. He was a bit less friendly when I checked out, but still friendly overall. I think he was just tired. Which I completely understand as it was 5:30am and even I was tired and regretting booking a morning flight home. The cleaning staff were awesome! I tried to make sure I had everything ready to be cleaned before leaving. I hope they had an easy and quick time cleaning the room I stayed in as I know from friends who’ve worked such jobs that there are some guests which like to leave messes that take longer to cleanup. So I hope that you didn’t have any such rooms the day I left, but if you did I hope the added time from my efforts to ease your job at cleaning my room were helpful. The bed was incredibly comfortable. I like that the AC can be controlled via a wall thermostat. I have wanted more hotels and motels to do that because I often am either too hot or too cold with the A/Cs where the control is on the unit itself. So appreciated that upgrade. Overall I definitely recommend staying here. It’s a great place to stay!!!!

You get what you pay for. The front desk staff was kind. The room had cracked and broken funiture and TV was barely mounted but the beds were comfortable and room was surprisingly clean just well used. The breakfast includes a breakfast sandwich for the microwave, a granola bar and fruit cup with a juice. Our corner room was quiet and the AC worked great. The pullows were very thin and they had no more available when i asked.

A clean, comfortable stay with good highway access. The room and bathroom were very clean and fresh. And, if you're in a hurry to get on with your trip, a conveniently packed breakfast is yours for the asking. The manager, Maheshi, was the perfect host from check in to check out.
