We loved this hotel for the price and location . It wasn’t a five star hotel but I gave it five stars on the review . It was beautiful, on the metro line and the staff were so nice and helpful.

Our room was clean and this is so close to the light rail. The Bistros food was ok, coffee I didn’t care for, the good thing is there are a lot of places to eat within walking distance. All in All it was a good stay. I will stay there again next year.
Alison
It was a really great stay!

If your wanting a pet free environment, this is not the place. Even if i was traveling with one, i dont think it was sanitized well after each persons stay.

Room was OK... very dated... furniture had many nicks.
Also, the 'breakfast' in the lobby was done by a Starbucks... good coffee, but my $30 breakfast was NOT worth it. I guess I will go back to staying at Hilton properties.

For the price I paid it would have been nice to get free breakfast. Room was clean but the tub/shower needs to be updated.

The room I stayed had a common door shattered with the neighboring room which was creepy. There was a family with a baby and heard the baby crying all night.
Charles
I’ve stayed here many times and will continue to stay when visiting. The jacuzzi was not operating at 100%; no jet bubbles.

Erika
Clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. Didn't like that we had to pay for parking, and if you wanted coffee and breakfast it was an extra charge, was told the only free coffee was in our room after we already checked out.
Jennifer
Clean comfortable & central
Clean quiet room, modern ‘organic’ decor. I enjoyed the gym and Starbucks, there’s a good ramen place across the street. Convenient to SEATAC coming back from Mount Rainier and only half an hour to Pike Place and UWash.
Morgan

A lot of close dining options. Neighbors were super loud slamming doors early in morning hours. Other than that great stay.

We included breakfast. But I was not satisfied.

Late check-in due to the canceled and rebooked flight was kindly accepted.
There was no bottled water in the fridge, which was kind of inconvenience to the first visitors, though.

This hotel was a business man’s hotel quick in and out they do not cater to women they do not cater to people who are staying for luxury. They don’t provide very much at all, but a bed and a TV.
SUSAN
The hot water in my shower and sink was grey and I had to take a cold shower. Plastic cups in room, no room service, no hair dryer. It’s in business man’s hotel. They don’t cater to women at all.
TANISHA

It was comfortable and safe. It would have been helpful to know the cleaning staff was not readily available on weekends.
Sara
great friendly service, nice rooms, quiet, convenient location. the only thing I didn't like was that the jets on the hot tub were broken and that you have to pay to park (parking should be included in the room cost)

Wish the hot tub jets were working, that was the whole reason I reserved a room there.
