The motel was really nice electric staff and very cleanly really nice rooms with a view of the city the only downfall to this property was that there was no parking the only free parking was on the street the parking lot at the motel is 30 bucks a night which I don't see how a parking at a motel should be paid for should be complementary

Room was great! Drink voucher with expedia booking. However i don't think it would kill them to offer complimentary drip coffee. That comes with a cost but free refills. Overall great stay. We were in town for a dance competition 😊

The elevator floor was carpet and it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed for a while. I love the that the decor was dedicated to Glass, but it is pretty dated and a bit rundown.

Having an updated menu online, or current menu in the rooms. Tried to order food to my room and what I tried to order I found online and they was told that it was unavailable. And then not offered a menu or way to see one.
The restaurant was okay, would have been great, but sadly the overall attitude of the restaurant staff is very off putting. Overall the hotel was clean, great location. My only complaints are just customer service and care.

I really wanted a like the Hotel Murano, but unfortunately there were too many issues that came during my stay. The room we received felt very worn out (and in desperate need of a refresh). Many of the staff members we encountered during our stay were also unwilling to help with basic questions that we had. We asked the front desk if there was any sort of breakfast available, and were met with a stern “no.” While I understand that the staff at this hotel have a lot to do, that level of customer service really isn’t acceptable.

Additionally, we experienced a few issues with our room that needed to be addressed by the hotel management. While the issues were addressed, we felt like the hotel staff wanted nothing to do with repairs that they were ultimately responsible for making (while making it seem like we were inconveniencing them in the process). How does that make any sense? If something is broken, there should be a basic apology and acknowledgement that it’s an inconvenience for the guest.

I’m willing to give this property another try at some point, but after this visit I’ll probably look for another option next time I’m in Tacoma. I want to like it, but the issues need to be addressed.

had a room at motel 6,it was scary so we looked for a different option. thankfully this hotel had some openings. we came to tacoma for thunderdome so most hotels were fully booked. this hotel was so nice. so glad we switched. amazing staff. amazing room. did pay for a mountain view room and did not get a mountain view room.

The girl that helped me check in and out was great! The woman working overnight, not so much. She was moving slow and not courteous not attentive, she didn’t know how to use the computer, it seemed. And I was pretty sad that y’all ran out of water bottles. I was surprised that the furniture was dirty and the room was lower quality than the photos suggested.

I had a horrible experience. My car was broken into in the parking lot. The hotel staff did not have any empathy to my situation. They don’t make note of it just for their records and simply didn’t care as if this was a normal occurrence in their parking lot. Arrival by car is a real chore as they’ve dedicated much of the curbside for busses. Parking is poor. Bathrooms, at least in our suite, were poorly designed.
Staff are well-trained and delightful helpers. The food is nicely prepared, nice tasting and reasonably priced.

Staff, check-in and lobby area is great! The room I was in was entirely a different story. It was in need of an upgrade, wallpaper was peeling off, the thermostat was not working well had to open a window to cool the room. Bathroom counter was glass on metal top is wasn’t very clean and the metal was starting to discolor under the glass. Finally and probably the most annoying was that the surge protector on the night stand wasn’t plugged in. I had to move the bed to plug it in, the night stand lamps didn’t work properly light was flickering and the on/off switch was dangerously loose. And the tall free standing lamp near window also was not plugged in, it was not connected to a wall switch and had no on/off switch on the lamp itself. So it had to be unplugged to turn on and off. These are little things but they are all annoying enough to make a stay cumbersome. More then likely will not return to stay there are other hotels in the area that have been updated for the same nightly rate.

The staff were wonderful, the property was clean and tastefully decorated, and the bed was one of the comfiest I've enjoyed in a long time! The hotel was a little outdated. The hot water came and went (I had a cold/lukewarm shower 2/3 mornings I was there), the lighting was fairly dim, and the air conditioner only worked intermittently. It was warmer on the upper floors, and as a woman of a certain age, I overheat easily. However, in hindsight, this made the cooler showers very manageable! Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would consider staying there again. The staff (and bed!) made it worth it!

Front desk staff and restaurant staff were very friendly.
However I reserved an accessible room and the bathroom was anything but. While it was very spacious, there was absolutely no counter space to put anything on, this made getting ready a much longer process because I kept having to walk out to my bed to get my toiletries. Also, while the restaurant food was excellent it has very limited choices and no substitutions are allowed. For example, I wanted a salad with my burger, but my only option was a Caesar and I don’t eat Caesar salad.
