Nothing needed to be improved. We enjoyed our stay.

We will definitely be back, clean rooms, helpful staff and right next to everything we needed.
Marie
Wonderful. I will definetily return.

Casino is clean but the rooms are pretty old. Stained carpets and chairs. Stains on the carpet in the elevator. Had noisy neighbors and the walls are pretty thin. They kept me up and then after finally getting to sleep they woke me up again at 4:00 am.
We used to stop here a few times each year. Receiving a few free nights but mostly lay off coupons. But we’ve decided that from now on we will go 20 minutes further west and stay at Coyote Valley. Newer rooms, cleaner, quieter and they have plenty of loungers around their pool.

We had quick stay for a family wedding, managed to catch the live music on the patio great time friendly people! Drinks were amazing too :) There was a minor incident at the bar, and it was handled in the most appropriate manner. Excellent job Bar staff!

Clean room, friendly staff, plenty of parking. We went down for breakfast right before 11am when they were switching to lunch but kept breakfast open for us. Food was good at the Grill.

King room was clean except where the carpet meets the walls there was a year worth of dust. Very disgusting. Hotel hallways and room was stuck in 1970. Tv in room was at least a 32 inch with no modern technology. Towels where old, they lost there fluff. Face rags once wet were ruff.
When checking in 2 reception were looking at a monitor and ignored me for at least 2-3 minutes before they greeted me and said they would be with me shortly. A manger walked up about 3-4 minutes later asking if I’ve been help and I reply no. Not once was I asked how could I be helped. 1 of the original receptionist out of no where asked for my ID. Before giving my ID I stated I’m checking in. She I know. Very non traditional check in process or I checked in on the wrong day with the wrong staff.
Loved the fact the casino portion is no smoking!
Bottom line hotel is very outdated. Other than that the hotel is fine and far from a resort.

Room was very clean, beds comfortable, a/c was perfect. Casino was lively. The staff was exceptional! Very friendly and helpful. We will definitely book a stay here again
Irene
Receptionist at desk very helpful. she got me checked in early with no issues. then in the morning after we checked out they provided assistance in getting our forgotten item in the room. it was brought down to lobby for us. very friendly and professional.
Jessica
Very clean beds were hard and not enough pillows.
Patricia
The room was standard, the staff were nice. We had ants in our room and it was worn but clean
Christopher

Brenda
Bed was uncomfortable. The mattress moved around on frame. Not really great food options.

Had a nice stay while visiting the area.

The bar was out of the only beverage I drink, so that wasn't great. Room needs repairs to the wallpaper and carpets. Noise above my room was awful, you can hear everyone.

There were pubic hairs in the shower bottom, along with long curly head hair wrapped around the shower faucet. The room was dark, and I was still able to see that it had been a long time since someone dusted or looked at the top of the curtains. The cobwebs appeared to have been there for a very long time.

Easy, clean , quiet.

This room was really neglected. The tub wouldn't drain when i tried to take a shower. The tub stop wasn't even in. There was old used bar of soap on the tub side. The same girl at check in at 4:30 pm on 1/30/26 was just as rood as she always is.
Dean
The rooms are clean and comfortable however there’s no available plugs or USB ports for any modern phones or equipment like a computer.
Dennis
The girl at the front desk was really rood. I have made a few complaints about her but it doesn't look like anyone cares. The dame girl every time.
Dennis
The beds were comfortable. The AC would only work for about 2 hours then quit. The toilet seat was broken. The tv only got one channel. Neither remote worked. I could get past all that, but the girl at the hotel front desk was so rood and hateful. I checked in at 7:00 pm on 1/23/26. I go here every weekend and every weekend she is rood. I talked to one of the other hotel clerks and she said we get a lot of complaints about her. Don't know if i want to go back now.

Stayed on a Sunday night, and the hotel was pleasantly quiet. The bed was firm but comfortable, and while the heater was somewhat noisy, it worked well enough to keep the room warm.
The accommodations themselves appear dated and would benefit from thoughtful modernization. The room carried a faint, lingering odor suggestive of age, and the bathroom experience was less than ideal. Water pressure in the shower was weak, and the bathtub was tiny. The view from the room was of the parking lot, offering little in the way of visual appeal.
I did enjoy a breakfast burrito ($17 at the casino), and there was a decent-sized market nearby, which was convenient for grabbing essentials. Overall, while the hotel provided a quiet and functional stay suitable for a short visit, both the guest rooms and the casino floor would benefit from refurbishment.

Front desk told us the “system was down” even tho all slot machines at the casino worked perfectly. Therefore did not get room key, they had to walk guests to their room and use a master key, WiFi or tv did not work even after we checked out the next day

Front desk was not staffed at check in. Had to wait for someone to return. T v did not work had to change rooms. On check out the front desk was not manned. Had to wait . I got tired of waiting so I left the keys on the desk and left . Appears the front desk is understaffed.
Dayle
Great hotel. Disappointed that the full service restaurant was closed, but everything else was great.
Dan
It was a nice hotel overall but I had a huge problem checking in. They didn't get my reservation from you guys until 11 pm, I had paid for the room at 7:20 pm. I was at the hotel, ready to go to bed at 9:30. It was miserable and I probably won't use expedia in the future.
Monique
Our bed had pubic hair in it. The shower was dirty. There was hair all over the table and our room smelt like old feet and cheese
Chet

Great little casino/hotel!
Very clean and quiet, nice casino and workers there!

Maria
An excellent place to get away and detox from the concrete jungle & city traffic. Great views everywhere you turn. Surrounded by nature; vineyards, trees & rolling green hills. My only issue was that my room was very warm. I turned the A/C to a cool 72*f. The air was cool in the common area living space, but could not feel it coming from the vents in our room. It would have been nice to have a ceiling fan in our room to help bring the temperature down. Other than that, everything was fantastic! 👍👍
Chris
Amazing and wonderful staff! Sweet girls checking us in. Everyone seems happy. Very clean hotel and casino as well. Happy with the food meal opportunities. And their Long Island ice teas were off the charts wonderful! Hiccup lol

Great Band Saturday Night
Diane
I like that it’s smaller than other casinos.
Ana
It was fine for a quick one night stay. The carpet in the room was stained, not enough towels in the bathroom.
They only had 3 pillows on the bed (usually 4).
I appreciated the shampoo/conditioner that was provided to the guest.

Our stay was enjoyable. The staff was terrific. The hallway was quiet, and the room was clean. The first time we stayed, the room was not cleaned well. I would say that they could update some of the furniture. The king-size bed seemed larger than a standard king. The bed was really firm, also.
Ramon
Nothin much to do for an expensive night stay

We went to kids and the pool was lovely outdoor pool.

The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The hotel seems to have good security measures. The staff is always friendly and I was always greeted by everyone with a smile. This is my second time staying here and I'll definitely return again. One of the nicest hotels to stay at in the area.
Aaron
Room was nice, staff was awesome.
Robert
The room was clean except the two chairs...they were super stained and I wondered why they were not cleaned or replaced. The pool was nice, restaurant good and casino good.
amie
Terrible place
The casino did not have any ATM machines that would accept any of mine nor my husbands cards. The employees said it was because we are from out of town..we literally live 2 hours away. Since we could not retrieve any money for our trip, we decided to stay elsewhere. Upon attempting to check out the desk girl calls security to search our room for God knows what reason. Do not recommend this casino or hotel.

Robinson Rancheria Retreat
Robinson Rancheria was a quick weekend get away for us. We were delightfully surprised upon our arrival. We arrived early but still allowed to register. Staff very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect, clean, spacious, and quiet. We loved that the casino was Smoke Free and not too big. Had a large variety of machines and card tables, 4 lanes of bowling, swimming pool. We ate at the restaurant and the food was plentiful and amazing. There was a live band playing on the patio at night so we also got our dancing shoes on!
The bed was super comfortable however they need to invest in better pillows.
We will definitely be returning for future stays here 😊

Great place! Many loud people , but I realize that it’s a casino.
Sandra
Easy to get around
Kelly
TV was out when we checked in and took over an hour to get someone paged to the hotel front desk. Bathroom floor was sticky & wallpaper was peeling in a couple spots. Spotlights in parking lot shine right at hotel windows so have to keep curtains closed vs enjoying any kind of view. Pool was nice, but no extra towels provided and there again you have to find staff to assist. Felt like a bare minimum type of stay. And room had zero information on where to eat or if room service was offered and couldn't take my kids to eat in the casino, wasn't gambling anyways so this info would have been very helpful if they wanted me spending my money at their restaurants. Got fast food & Safeway delivery instead
Carrie
We had just pulled into California for the beginning of a vacation and this was the hotel that we booked for the night and I have never been more disappointed in a hotel or its staff. The employees here were unkind and treated us as a burden. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was to enjoy the pool. However, it was dirty and there were no lounge chairs or tables for anyone to sit. Truly disappointing stay. The pictures of the hotel and pool are deceiving.
Martin
Great area

Clean hotel/casino minutes from Clear Lake
The room was clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. This hotel provided us with a nice place to stay, while visiting friends for a 4th of July BBQ.

i Stay there every time i come to town, always found it meets all my needs, like ample parking, great food & beverage, very suitable rooms & ammenities, secure & quiet. Very friendly staff !!!
Therese
Not really a family place to stay.
First night of a road trip with my Granddaughter. The pool was in a weird place; the restaurant had a limited menu and limited seating. The staff were nice and the room clean.
Donna
Good staff and friendly hotel was fairly clean and new.

Solid choice for a place to stay in Lakeport. It was clean and quiet. Air conditioning worked well, plenty of parking. Decor is a little dated.
Katie
It was ok for the night
Marsha
Small children running down the hallway. Other than that it’s a very nice hotel and staff is great.
Gerardo
The carpet was stained and looked like it had not been vacuumed. The cable TV was not working. I asked at the front desk, and when I mentioned the dirty carpet, both receptionists just looked at each other laughed and said they would take care of the issue, but they never did. Called the front desk about room service they said it's only done after a three-
day stay. Very unsatisfied with this Casino Hotel. They won't get my service ever again.

We have stayed at this casino hotel in the past. We don't gamble, rather we've been in the area for business several times. Although not new, it looks quite new and is well maintained overall. As with any lodging facility, it can experience a malfunction. One previous time we stayed there, the heater in our room wouldn't respond to the thermostat setting. It continued heating until the room became uncomfortably warm in the middle of the first night of our stay. We were switched to another in the morning upon request. The rooms are nicely appointed, the beds are comfortable, stocked with expected items, the exception being facial tissue. The restaurant is more of a deli and pizza parlor with moderately acceptable, warm and cold foods. sort of a pizza parlor with moderately acceptable traditional foods, not particularly well prepared. What would you expect of a casino? However, the other casino immediately to the west on Hwy. 20 is better. We don't dine at this one, but would dine at the other option, just a quarter mile or so away. There's not a lot of comparable choices in the immediate area. If you don't mind walking on the periphery of a casino to the front desk or the elevators, this is an acceptable choice. Staff is courteous and helpful. There is security and the parking lot, immediately outside the front door is well lighted and feels safe. After the first night of our initial stay wrestling with the heater, everything has worked well. We'll return.
Marilyn
We were there 1 night for a graduation, we have family in area and usually stay here. Its located between relatives!
Mary
Quiet room far from the casino action, which was what we wanted.
Gerald
Nice place to stay in Upper Lake
Rooms are large and spacious. Decor is a little dated but the bed was comfy and we had plenty of room for visiting with family. Staff is pleasant. We always stay at Robinsons when visiting the Clear Lake area. On-site restaurant has improved immensely since our last visit and the food was excellent this time.
Lana
It was a nice stay
Joseph
Was really surprised that the restaurant was only open on the weekends, There was a food court like counter to order food from. The steak sandwich we had was very good and talking with some others their food was really good. Just had to take your food and go find someplace to eat it with plastic utensils and plastic clam shell plates. Rooms were clean and spacious bed was a little hard for me and I like more pillows as there was only 3 on a king size bed. Based on the area this is probably the best value and consistency around. Also good cheap fuel across the street.
Catrina
It was a big room

I like the feel of a older hotel but kept up with new amenities. The staff were helpful and very pleasant.
