We were given a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. Staff was accommodating & friendly. Did not take advantage of free continental breakfast but had dinner at the restaurant the night before & food was delicious, service great. You can also take advantage of 25% off regular breakfast menu instead. Loved this place!

We had an issue with other guests smoking near our room causing our room to smell awful. We called the front desk and they dealt with it very promptly. They were very apologetic and accommodating allowing us to change our two night reservation to a one night.

There is no way this is anything but a 4+ Star hotel. The rooms are very spacious, ours had a vaulted ceiling and skylight, beautifully appointed and featured a million dollar view of the ocean. The complimentary bottle of wine was also a very pleasant surprise! It's a beautiful place to unwind and escape from the world. This is our first time here but will be our hotel of choice whenever we return to Bodega Bay.

Wow, The Inn at the Tides is one of the nicest places I've experienced. The rooms are very nice and I love that they are in sub-divided bungalos. The immaculately groomed grounds are beautiful, full of flowering plants. The pool and hot tub are wonderful. The restaurant across the street serves very fresh seafood. I would love to stay here again.

Our stay was fabulous! However, the pillows were not comfortable and got pretty flat right away; minor issue though. Please check the patio door lock too as I think it wasn’t locking. The hot tub, pool, view from our room, a robe for the pool, complimentary bottle of wine….we had a pleasant and comfortable stay! Our second stay there as wonderful as the first time there!

Pool is beautiful. Tiny gym with only one treadmill and it was broken. Staff don't tell you that the included continental breakfast across the street might be a 20-30 min wait even if you only want Continental. When we went, the place was about 1/3 full but we still had to wait 30 min to be seated and the wait staff was rude and not forthcoming about how the free breakfast worked. They just want you to buy from the regular menu so they get tips I guess. Could have been suggested to make a reservation and not had to wait. In town for my daughter's wedding so lots of moving parts. One guy from front desk staff very awkward and strange about some basic questions regarding checking in early since we had the wedding to get to at 3 pm and room check-in was 4. Happened again with the same person the following day when I was trying to determine if a family member was going to be in a room near mine. Not sure if he is new, untrained, anti-social etc but I felt like these were basic questions that he should have been used to fielding.

I had an excellent stay here and the place was beautiful. It was super clean, positive atmosphere, and great service. Continental breakfast at the restaurant was a nice addition. Really the only complaint I have is that I couldn't turn down the AC in my room and I got a little hot at night, but I cracked open the windows and it was fine! I would definitely come back here.

First time to Bodega bay, this Inn made very comfortable and special trip. Bedsheets were super soft, clean and smelling fresh. All the windows were facing ocean so you dont have to go everytime out of room to look at the ocean. I was so happy the moment i entered my room, it came with all amenities and personal shaded parking. I cant wriye enough good about the place. Definitely recommending 100% to those who are introverts. Enjoyed everybit except breakfast.

The views were amazing from our room. The room was clean with plenty of towels for our stay. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was a little weird. We went in letting them know we were there for the complimentary breakfast that the hotel provides and they charged us. I would have assumed they would have let us know what was part of it. I was pretty upset. We did not go back the next day because of that.

A guest beneath us smoked marijuana for over an hour, and the smoke filled our room while we had our 8-month-old baby with us.

We called the front desk twice and nothing was done. When my husband spoke to the front desk manager , she was rude and unprofessional and did not handle the situation appropriately.

The issue was only addressed after escalation, but by then our stay was already disrupted.

We also followed up afterward and did not receive a proper resolution.
