It was extremely dirty & the condition of the walls, ceiling, & ect was very bad. You seen holes & maybe water damage that had kind of been patched up but not correctly. The person who painted this room didn't know how to paint. The sink was missing the stopper so there was just a hole at the botton. So many things. The furniture condition was atrocious too! I had a non smoking room & its a lie to say that it had never been smoke in before. You could notice a strong smell of smoke. The beds & pillows were very unforfortable too. I would highly recommend not staying here.

If you look at the pics of the hotel everything looks good until you arrive in your room. The idea of the hotel is a very good one with the pool area & all but its like after it was built someone bought it maybe & just let it get run down.

No cart for luggage had to carry luggage to room asked for another pillow because pillows were flat and wore out lady at desk said they did not have extras but she would check and see if she could find one and she would let us know room wasnt the cleanest air conditioner did not work properly all it wasnt at all like it was advertised . Very outdated, ceiling piece were falling on the blankets. Would never stay again.

The facility as a whole is definitely outdated but everything was clean and working properly. This was the perfect little evening getaway. The temperature pool area was perfect, the pool was not freezing, the hot tub was a nice area. Sitting at the tables listening to the “waterfall” at night was very peaceful. Dianne or Debrah at the front desk was absolutely amazing. (Forgive me on remembering her name) will absolutely be visiting more often!

Had a really bad experience. Got there late as we took a old car to out of state car show this hotel was on route (we had issues with the car getting there) got to the hotel well past midnight and they would not honor my reservation paid in full online , even though they have no problem hiring somebody to talk to on the phone , They refuse to refund my money back and basically told me to get lost , I NEVER had this problem with any out of state hotel EVER but this one i did . I should have known better when I got there only 4 cars in the parking lot while all other hotels in the area are packed .finally got a room at econoldge as they were open all night like most hotels Bottom line this is Crooked hotel .

Bring back breakfast and longer pool hours

We have been staying here off and on for over 2 years. There is a lot that needs upgraded although some has been upgraded. New dressers in the rooms would be great. Our bathroom door didn’t shut. And we were also sad to see they no longer offer breakfast. Also the pool only being open from 4pm until 11pm is very inconvenient. The number one reason we have always stayed is so the kids could enjoy the pool all day.

The staff was great and my room was super clean! Much like all hotels I have stayed at lately,but could use some touch up paint here and there but my experience was amazing! I slept so well in the Tropical Dome even with kids playing till 10 or 11 at night. Affordable price for a 5 day stay to visit Dad for Father's Day! I am hoping I get to retuen here next year!

I BOOKED A POOLSIDE ROOM FROM FRIDAY -SUNDAY SO MY KIDS COULD ENJOY THE POOL AREA (WHICH WAS NICE) BUT THE ROOM SMELLED LIKE FEET (OR SOMETHING), THE AIR CONDITIONER DID NOT WORK SO THE ROOM WAS HUMID AND STICKY THE WHOLE TIME. THE CARPETS WERE ALSO STICKY AND GROSS AND THE BEDS WERE SO BROKEN IN IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A GOOD NIGHT'S REST.

YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET POOL TOWELS AND EXCHANGE WET/CLEAN TOWELS THROUGHOUT YOUR STAY. WE WENT TO EXCHANGE TOWELS AT LEAST 3-4 TIMES OVER A 3 DAY PERIOD. STAFF DOES NOT KEEP TRACK OF THE TOWELS YOU ARE (EXCHANGING) BY THE END OF OUR STAY WE ONLY HAD 1 ROOM TOWEL AND SEVERAL POOL TOWELS SO THEY CHARGED ME $25 FOR TOWELS THAT ARE THERE SOMEWHERE. SUNDAY MORNING THERE WAS A MAN AT THE DESK (WHO I CAN ONLY ASSUME WAS THE OWNER OR MANAGER) I TRIED TO EXCHANGE THE TOWELS SO WE COULD SHOWER BEFORE CHECKOUT. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND NASTY TO ME INSINUATING I HAD STOLEN THE ROOM TOWLES.. THESE TOWELS WOULDN'T EVEN BE SUITABLE FOR A HAIR TOWEL. HE WAS LIGHT WEIGHT YELLING AT ME SAYING I WAS GOING TO BE CHARGED. HE REFUSED TO LISTEN TO ANYTHING I HAD TO SAY. THIS IS PURELY NEGLIGENCE ON HIS STAFFS PART AND HAD I KNOWN THIS WAS EVEN A POSSIBILITY I WOULD HAVE KEPT TRACK OF THE TOWELS MYSELF...

This was my 1st time ever staying here. Such a unique place! We didnt chose a themed room, but those look amazing! We had a room with a heart shaped hot tub. The tub itself was very nice and comfy. getting into it was rough as the step to get in is 3 ft in the air and no stairs to assist getting into it. The shower in the room was crazy small! I am not a big person at all and barely could fit in it. The lighting in the room was much to dim for my personal liking, but it was tolerable. The bed was comfy but smelled terrible! This was a smoking room in the past and everything in the room smelled like it. being a nonsmoker, I found this to be less desirable. Made snuggling in the blankets a not so nice experience. The staff was very friendly upon check in and check out. The owner was there for checking in and was very sweet. I do plan to go back and check out a themed room next yr at some point. With just a little bit of elbow grease put into these rooms this will be a great get a way spot! This was a much needed night out for us. I have stayed in better quality places in the past, but I do plan to return here again in the future, but not in a smoking room!

The room was nothing like the pictures. All of the furniture was old and had cracks and pieces broken. The microwave didn’t work as well as some of the lights. And when I wanted a refund they refused so we were forced to stay. We were the only guest so We were very uncomfortable the whole stay reminded me of the movie “vacancy” it had a very unsettling feeling. 1/10 will not recommend unless u truly have no where else to go. And when we were a few minutes past checkout town they were threatening to call the cops on us and telling us to hurry the f up as well so yeah I wouldn’t stay here again.

I rented a room so my 4 year old daughter could swim and just have a relaxing day. We went to the indoor pool and decided the water was a bit to chilly so we started walking towards the spa and low and behold seen two cockroaches so we packed our things and left. We didn't even stay the night that we paid for. I was very disappointed

The pool and hot tub area was the best part about Wildwood. We had a great time. The room was basic and needs renovated but it was clean and everything was in working condition also the shower had great hot water. The breakfast was waffles, bagels, toast,muffins and juice. Wildwood is a quirky gem from the past. The room was worth the price at $106 per night and had no issues.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!Pictures on the website are not true. This place is very run down. In our room chucks of carpeting were missing from the old aging of the carpet. The refrigerator was dirty, we could not use it. no ironing board or iron. No closet to hang up clothes in No alarm radio. Toiletries were very poor. Overall a horrible place to stay at!

Well the motel had cockroaches in the room. Had to exchange the room door cards cause could not get into the room. They need to change that up. The phone in the room didn’t work. The breakfast only offered cereal and waffles. We got woke up at 1:00 am smelling smoke that smelt like electrical wires burning. We went to the front desk and they didn’t seem to worried about it. Instead of calling the fire department to come check things out. We also smelled sewer in the bathroom coming from the bath tub. Not a good stay at this motel. Would not stay again at this Motel.

They don’t let you swim during the week until 5pm! This is not posted on website. They charged my credit card even though I scheduled as pay on arrival. The refrigerator did not work, the TV was not working. Did they come and fix the problem, yes within the 30 minutes as posted but my room should have been checked and ready. Every day there was something. The second night out room key didn’t work. We have a service dog but they didn’t want her in the pool area or the hot tub area. My husband has silent seizures and she alerts me before. What if it happens when in the pool or hot tub? Instead of having an alert I would have to be watching and ready to react at all times. So we did not use the pool or hot tub. I picked this hotel because of the covered pool and it was maintained well because they had baby swim classes during the day. The breakfast was skimpy. Waffles, 4 small plain bagels, 5 tiny muffins! No eggs or meat. I went out and bought my own bagels, sausage and fruit. I used microwave in the room and their toaster.

The hotel room wasn’t necessarily dirty, but it also wasn’t maintained. There was peeling paint, water damage on the ceiling, things of that nature. The mattress was uncomfortable and the bedding was rough.
The pool room is cool, however it doesn’t appear the tiles have ever been cleaned. You can see where the water lines are. The TV in my room turned off on its own a few times. The air conditioner reset when we left so the room was warm when we got back. And our room keys just quit working randomly so we had to have those reset. Not horrible, but not great.

I loved this hotel. It's older and showing her age here and there but it was clean. The staff were as nice and friendly as could be. We were in the western suite. The kids were over the moon about the bunk beds. Honestly, the king bed in the room was not the most comfortable. The pool area was really pretty. The room had two different beds which had different comfort levels. My bed was okay, but my friend's bed was hard and bumpy.

Also the walls are paper thin, and the walkway between the front porch and the outside was very echoy and thus loud.

The Mexican restaurant across the street was the best place outside of Mexico!

I rented a honeymoon suit with a large heart shaped jacuzzi. The room was very dated and smelled of mildew and mold. The bed was old and uncomfortable with bedding that could have been older than me. When we filled the jacuzzi up the water had mystery floaters everywhere and we couldn't take the risk of getting in.
A very sentimentally valuable necklace was left on the bed containing ashes from a lost child. We called within an hour of departure and returned immediately but the heirloom was stolen never to be returned. It had little value to anyone but the mother of this passed child.
I would never stay here again without the left but adding that in this was the worst place i have ever stayed, the cheapest breakfast possible, noisy paper thun walls and unlike anything I've been subjected to in my 44 years. If I could give negative stars i would.

None of this comment is directed to the Staff, who are working with what they are given.
Whomever owns this hotel needs to retire and sell it. This Inn brags of its rooms, and swimming pool. The pool and surroundings have rust on the ground, and in the pool itself , the paint was coming off at the bottom of pool.
The accommodations were a joke!
So whoever owns this property needs to revamp or get out-

The lady at the front desk was super friendly. Other than that this hotel needs a lot of upgrades! The pool is chipping and the deep end was dirty. The beds were broke down and not comfortable at all. The ceiling looked like it was about to cave in. The carpet is old. Also the sheets had cigarette burns and stains. They only give you a 20 minute grace to get out of your room so if you aren’t out by 11:20 they charge an extra day.
