My first room smelled of dog pee and the shower was leaking. I was moved to another room that smelled and felt much cleaner. However, the toilet rocked. It needed to be shimmed. Other than that, it was an averagely nice place to stay.

First off, the pictures are AI generated or of another place. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. Beds were uncomfortable and very old. The carpet was disgusting and sticky. The furniture was stained and bathroom was old and had a bad odor. Towels were crunchy and didn't want to use. Most importantly!! They let homeless people stay there!! There was a homeless man laying in the hallway and they had no clue until i told them. You can tell they accept homeless hotel vouchers. Do not bring your family here unless you want them exposed to this kind of environment. Our family left a day early because it was so bad!! I wish i could get my money back and leave negative 5 stars!!

Very friendly staff and one of the cleanest rooms we’ve ever stayed in- upscale hotels and resorts included. It’s close to good restaurants and parking is ample and secure. Mattress was nice but had little support. Walls are thin and floors are squeaky. If you’re a heavy sleeper or don’t mind the squeaks, it’s a great value for sure. Again, kudos to the staff 5/5 stars for cleanliness and being friendly.

Yes the room felted neglected. the power to the lights, TV, Refrigerator, and microwave would go off when you turn out the light for the bathroom. There were many unsavory characters at this hotel and the smell of Marijana was constantly present in the parking area with many people gathered in groups to partake. Upon on arrival at 3 pm to check in we got the key. Enter the room, it was soda, trash etc in the room. We went back to the front desk. She was extremely helpful to try to help us out. She gave us another temp room cause it was a downgrade for us. By the time our room was ready, it was evening. Then in the morning the cleaning lady pops in our room without even knocking saying she thought the room was empty!! I mean at least you knock instead of assuming. Anyways, our interaction with two front desk lady especially the one who checked us in and the night person was great but overall lack of communication between staff and also holidays of course!

I am leaving this review because my stay was unacceptable. After only 30 minutes of sleep, I woke up to bugs on my pillow. I left immediately at 10pm. The front desk apologized and told me i would receive a refund, but after multiple calls and attempts through hotels.com, the property refused and hid behind a 'cancellation policy.' I did not CANCEL - I left because there were bed bugs. This is completely unacceptable and misleading.

Though the bed was a bit lumpy, the sheets were clean and we slept well. The continental breakfast was convenient and the coffee was great! Check out was just as pleasant as check in. The hotel is located in a suburban area of Sonora so a vehicle is a requirement. We stayed two nights and the the hotel was very quiet. The Housekeeping staff did not provide clean linens and we needed to ask for them. They were provided quickly and courteously. There is a cafe directly across the hotel driveway which served excellent breakfasts. The hotel eve had a bucket and squeegee for cleaning windshields.

There was forest service personnel taking up most of the hotel/inn. The halls outside of the rooms were a little dirty and or messy looking. The lobby and rooms themselves were very clean. Very friendly service and customer relations. Was a quiet and good night sleep.
