Reasonable price , good accommodations for on the road travelers . Free breakfast just enough to get you off on an early start in morning . Coffee fresh most of the day for the most part a quiet stay despite the graduates running up and the halls . Centrally located to main routes and all restaurants. Will stay again !

We stayed here with our kids for two days and absolutely loved it! The hotel was very clean and everything was neat and well organized. There was free popcorn and coffee, and when you walk in, the smell of fresh popcorn makes the place feel so cozy and welcoming.

The pool was also very nice and clean. Our children had a great time and really enjoyed the stay.

A big thank you to the staff — everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and we will absolutely come back again!

Rained all weekend and had a leak in our room from what appeared to be the roof. Sign for pool said 10 they turned the lights off at 910. Breakfast day 1 was fine but they got a bus Saturday night and was wiped out. I was told oh she went down to get more....never seeing the more.

The room was clean, except for there was hair on the floor of the bathroom that was not ours the tall lamp in the corner when you turned it on did a sizzling noise, I did make them aware of that the TV that you’re supposed to be able to turn we would turn it toward the table and it would go off because of loose wires the breakfast was not as good as I thought it was going to be, but overall we enjoyed staying there could not get in the pool because there were too many people

Second time I've been to this hotel and this time it was not like last time ill start with the staff here is great they are very friendly especially the night girl she is great! Let's talk about our rexperience well we checked in went to pool the pool is not heated just an FYI so we sat in the hot tub and just relaxed which was great the pool lights go out at 930 no warning just off they go which leads to very slippery floors in the dark so careful you will slip and fall now for the room well we started in 216 clean room comfy beds went to go shower and guess what the shower don't work its broken then we looked saw when we moved the shower curtain a huge hole in the tub if that shower was to work that hotel would of been flooded in minutes so we moved to 217 ac don't work bed hard as a rock no lamp to give off light so moved to 218 ac worked great beds were not comfy at all but new bathroom with stand up shower which was great! All in all would i come again yes but would only want 1st floor with a balcony we stayed in those rooms 1st time and had no issues. Oh 1 last thing parking kinda sucks when hotel is busy!!

This is not a \"box\" hotel. It's not fancy or brand new. It IS a place that's safe, tidy & homey with great employees. Coffee, tea & cocoa are always available (free) in the lobby with cards/table game sets available just next to the popcorn machine and there's always a jigsaw puzzle in progress by the comfy chairs...
We've stayed here during the off season and when all the rooms a full & while it's a great family place, we've never had any issues with children (or their parents) misbehaving or being a nuisance. The pool & jacuzzi are always clean & well stocked. It's inside a glass/screened building so no bugs or sunburn! Parking is free and plentiful & it's a short walk to restaurants, fast food, & convenience stores. Entertainment is only a few minutes away including a family amusement park, Goofy golf and the world renowned Sight & Sound Theater which offers outstanding plays that would put any Broadway musical to shame. The stage at the Sight & Sound Theater in Lancaster, PA, features a massive 300-foot wrap-around panoramic stage that surrounds the audience on three sides. It is capable of accommodating elaborate sets that tower up to 40 feet high. There's approx 2,000 seats with plenty of handicapped seats (always call to speak to the agent for ♿️) and we haven't found a \"bad seat\" anywhere. So, whether you're a young couple or family, this is the place! The beds aren't great but the jacuzzi helps 😉 and we still come back 5-6 times a year., staying only here.

You can tell it is an older hotel BUT they have done renovations and it is a wonderful place to stay that is reasonable if you aren’t looking for tons of amenities, just a nice place to stay as a couple or family.
I’d skip the onsite (in parking lot) restaurant but other than that would stay there again if headed that way.

I really loved this hotel. The décor was beautiful and such a nice touch throughout the space. The daily popcorn was perfect for the kids, and there were so many games in the lobby to keep them entertained. Everything was spotless, and the staff was friendly the entire stay. The bathroom was especially clean when we arrived, which I really appreciated.

The only two things I think could be improved are the beds and the blackout curtains. The beds were a bit uncomfortable, and unfortunately they did hurt my back, which might keep me from staying again even though I loved everything else. The curtains also didn’t block out the light well, I woke up three mornings with the sun in my face, and the spotlight from outside came through at night no matter how we adjusted the blinds.

Overall, I’d still give the stay an 8.5/10. I truly enjoyed it.

We had an excellent stay. The room was clean and large. There was a nice patio with two rocking chairs to sit in at night. The children enjoyed the heated swimming pool. The hot tub was great. We had access to the coffee, breakfast nook in the morning, fresh coffee, cereal, bagels, and more. Our first time at the property and we will be returning.

Had a discrepancy upon checking in and front desk not much help. When reservations was made I requested first floor as close to front door as I use a walker. They placed me on second floor at very last room down a long hall. Rooms were fairly clean. Bathroom was very clean but bath soap was empty.

The great thing for us was all the Christian programming available on the television. The bathroom was small, shower but no bathtub but modern and worked well. The lobby was older looking, but comfortable and many people took advantage of it.

There are not enough tables or space for breakfast. Long line waiting to get in and no where to sit. Other than that, the place is great. The staff is so friendly, the hot water heated very quickly for the shower, the beds were comfortable, the place is very clean and we loved sitting in the rocking chairs on the balcony. I will be back and recommend this hotel.

Enjoyed the four night stay in early May. Lancaster can speak for itself but the hotel was a good value. I understand why the pool was cold but the hot tub made up for it. Don't think we had a microwave in the room
We were in the old section near the lobby. I liked the lobby and it had free coffee. I never could catch it full though. The lighting in the halls and room was a very dim yellow that gave a cozy but inadequate hue. Good area near many good things.

The staff were awesome! The room was clean but the rooms need to be upgraded. The mattresses were terrible, totally worn out and squeaky. The balcony was very nice with rockers but our sliding door didn’t lock with the actual door lock properly.
Loved that restaurant is just steps away.

The refrigerator in our room didn’t work, the TV never turned on, our room keys kept not working and the bed linens could be replaced with newer and better fitting.
But the room was large, spacious and comfortable and the employees were very nice and helpful. We liked the deck out back with rocking chairs to sit on.. would’ve loved to have used the hot tub, but it closed too early for us, so we never did take advantage of it.
All in all, it was a nice stay, but definitely some things could be improved upon!

The room was very clean perfect for nice quiet weekend away. Even though it was right next to highway you never heard the traffic. Staff were pleasant but not helpful. Explained the toilet ran every time you flushed unless you wigged the handle but this was never attended to while we were there. Continental breakfast was enough to hold you until lunch.

Very cozy, Room, extremely clean and bed comfortable. Thanks for having the mattress cover on tip of the mattress, made it even softer. This was wonderful.
The games and puzzle board set up in the lobby is so thoughtful. The pool area is very clean. Towels kept handy. Thanks for the nice selection of the tea and having lemon water and ice water available and love the popcorn treat. Your decor is homey and makes this a home away from home. The private porch balcony and rockers were very relaxing. The breakfast being sealed made it easy to stay and enjoy or grab for the time we need to hurry along. I found all of the staff very capable and professional, We witnessed a guest who was pushy and demanding and the young lady at the desk stayed in control and never left the conversation get out of hand. She kept her tone level and respectful and that defused the situation at that time. You can be very proud of your people. The location of the hotel is convenient to so much. We had a really nice stay here ( 1 night). Everything was clean, and the inside had exactly the cozy, country feel I was hoping for, it made the whole experience feel warm and relaxing.
I loved the quaint lobby, especially the little extras like coffee, tea, and hot cocoa available throughout the day. Such a simple touch, but it made it feel extra welcoming.

The location is super convenient, close to everything we needed. Friendly staff✨.
