Very cozy, Room, extremely clean and bed comfortable. Thanks for having the mattress cover on tip of the mattress, made it even softer. This was wonderful.
The games and puzzle board set up in the lobby is so thoughtful. The pool area is very clean. Towels kept handy. Thanks for the nice selection of the tea and having lemon water and ice water available and love the popcorn treat. Your decor is homey and makes this a home away from home. The private porch balcony and rockers were very relaxing. The breakfast being sealed made it easy to stay and enjoy or grab for the time we need to hurry along. I found all of the staff very capable and professional, We witnessed a guest who was pushy and demanding and the young lady at the desk stayed in control and never left the conversation get out of hand. She kept her tone level and respectful and that defused the situation at that time. You can be very proud of your people. The location of the hotel is convenient to so much. We had a really nice stay here ( 1 night). Everything was clean, and the inside had exactly the cozy, country feel I was hoping for, it made the whole experience feel warm and relaxing.
I loved the quaint lobby, especially the little extras like coffee, tea, and hot cocoa available throughout the day. Such a simple touch, but it made it feel extra welcoming.

The location is super convenient, close to everything we needed. Friendly staff✨.

We try to stay here whenever we visit the area. I personally love the home feel, as I don't need all the modern stuff. Staff is always helpful and kind. They have a lobby with games, popcorn, coffee, and even postcards!! Breakfast consists of small items, but not a problem for us. There are plenty of options off site if needed. I really prefer the rooms with a porch! Great way to relax in the evenings.

Everything was great except as an older traveler, I wish the bathrooms took that into consideration ie a grab rail to enter and exit the tub as well as an anti slip surface. I had to lay a towel inside the tub to shower and nothing to hold on to.

The staff were very friendly but the cleanliness of the room was lacking. There was slight mold in the bathroom and water damage to the walls. Worst of all, stuck to the backboard of one of the beds was an adhesive breathing strip from the previous guest's nose. Also, one of the two room key cards didn't work and the one that did stopped working abruptly in the morning before check out.

The facility is older and almost a bit rustic. The room was absolutely immaculate and although a bit “bare bones,” the bathroom was updated. Common areas, such as the lobby, were comfortable and inviting. Great coffee! Accommodating staff. Would consider staying there again.

One of the doors wasn't working but property staff is working on repairs. some rooms now have nice vinyl floors that look nice and is an improvement over the carpet from previous years. Staff was polite and friendly especially Cavin who checked us in quickly and efficiently.

I loved the lobby games and the hot coffee and tea available all day. It added a such nice, homey touch. There’s also a restaurant on site that we didn’t get a chance to try, but it was a great option to have. Highly recommend!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable!! The room only has a mini fridge but we had a balcony with 2 rocking chairs which was nice. Staff waa awesome!! Very limited breakfast, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, fruit cups, cheese sticks, coffee ,tea , and juice. The coffee. Tea, and juice is offered all day!! Also there are gamea inthe lobby an a popcorn till 8 p.m.

My stay at The Country Inn of Lancaster was very good.
My room, and the main lobby area, were clean and comfortable, as were the beds and pillows. My grandchildren loved the daily free popcorn and the pool and hot tub. They also liked the collection of games in the lobby available for anyone to borrow and play. The continental breakfast was better than I thought it would be. The breakfast room was very small, so I took the food back to my room, but there was a good selection of breakfast treats to choose from. There was also a bar/restaurant on site. Food and service were very good.

The only negative I can think of is that housekeeping did not come in and make the beds and replace the towels. We were told that we were only staying 2 nights; if we had stayed 3, they would have done the cleaning and restocking. I assumed they would come in the morning of day 2 to straighten up. We were told at the front desk that they would bring clean towels if we asked for them.

I recommend The Country Inn of Lancaster. It was conveniently located and provided easy access to restaurants and attractions.

Cute Inn the lobby is welcoming has 24 hr tea and coffee free popcorn 3-8pm and lots of games. Rooms are clean and spacious some with balconies. The pool was a good temperature and clean towels are provided. Loved the fresh water in areas infused with fresh lemons or oranges. The second building has its own coffee nook so that you don’t have to go back to the lobby. There is a restaurant/bar on site that offers room service. Great location plenty around and easy 15 minute ride to downtown Lancaster.

Relatively inexpensive and laidback hotel in a pricey neighborhood. Perhaps a hidden gem in the shameless consumerism district on east side of Lancaster. Room was comfortable and the pool/hot tub are nice additions.

The staff wasn’t very friendly checking out. Just said do you want a receipt. Not I hope you enjoyed your stay and safe travels like most do! The dresser drawers almost fell on the floor when you pulled them out and the mattress was very soft. It’s reasonable and convenient but needs updating!

This hotel feels like \"home\". We stay there every time we take our yearly Lancaster trip. The beds are comfy, the staff is friendly, and the pool and hot tub are an added bonus. The puzzle and craft activity in the lobby gives another \"home\" vibe along with the free popcorn, water, and treats.
