Lodging was neat, clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was stocked with essential cooking items. Stemmed glassware a plus. The grounds were well
maintained. Was a last-minute getaway that did not specify it was a timeshare and I would be approached to join when checking in., the questions were extensive and I just
wanted to get to my room and relax. I tried to explain I was not interested, this was a get away but the rep kept talking with a smile and asking alot of questions. Once I left we enjoyed our 4 day stay quite nicely however I did get a call the next morning about them having a cancellation for their 90 minute selling seminar at which time I told her no.

It's just OK. What made us uncomfortable during our stay were the beddings - the pillow cases and the bed sheets smelled of bad body odor. Maybe they did not change the linens. I requested for fresh and clean linens and they delivered.

Our family really enjoyed the property. We stayed in building G. Having the pool and hot tub (not the main pool)next by was awesome. Gave us extra places to sit. The hot tub was HOT which i love. With 3 teenage sporty kids having the the sports so near by was excellent also. Lots of activities for everyone. Nice amenities in the room.

We had a wonderful stay at WorldMark Angels Camp! The property is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The grounds are well-maintained, and the surrounding scenery makes it feel like a true escape.

Our unit was clean, spacious, and very comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the area. The staff was friendly and helpful, and everything about the stay felt easy and stress-free.

It’s also a great location with plenty to do nearby, whether you’re looking for outdoor activities or just a quiet place to recharge.

We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Room was spacious and clean. The bed was quite comfortable. The living room furniture was a bit uncomfortable but we are tall people. It could have used another towel bar in the bathroom and I think the resort is working on that. One thing that was a bit strange was the flooring. It was sloped and pipes rattled under the floor as you walked across it. Other than that we would go back to this resort again.

At the time of check out I was told that check out time was 10:00 Am when both Expedia check out time said 11:00 Am. Also when I checked in I was told to check out by 11:00 AM. I showed this to the guy at the front desk, he said I don’t work for Expedia and you don’t check out by 10 AM I will change you another day. I was so mad and I told him and another associate at the front desk that I was furious and that’s not right. They answered me that don’t come back. They were very rude. I will never step in this place again as long the rude employees are still there.

Rooms were clean, kitchen was adequately supplied with everything we needed except for condiments like olive oil… Hot tub was great and the pool was wonderful.
We did not realize it was a timeshare, so upon arrival we had to deal with that and wiggle our way out of spending thousands of dollars. I wish I would’ve known it was a timeshare before booking. I would stay there again in a heartbeat, but I would avoid The sales pitch at check-in.

The full kitchen was terrific and had everything you would also have in your own home kitchen, and it saved us a ton of money from having to eat out. Our unit had every possible amenity you would need for a very comfortable stay. The staff was always professional and easy to deal with. The rooms were large and well appointed. Plenty of charging stations, comfortable bed and chairs and couch. Great pool and fitness center. We are already planning our next stay - only longer this time for there is so much to see in the area.

It was a wonderful stay. Will definitely go again. Deer had a path they walked daily past our balcony. Amenities were extremely accessible. Rooms were quiet. My only complaint, cleaning needs a bit more detailed work (hand rails on stairs were gross), but otherwise it was perfect!

Nice resort in Angel's Camp.

This resort is a good choice for a getaway.. we had tickets for a concert at The Ironstone Vineyards close by.. shopping is close, and the resort had 2 pools, convenience store, game room and activities.. the unit was comfortable and had everything we needed.. there was a family of friendly dear that visited everyday, which was sweet.

Staff was friendly, accommodation was wonderful. Just beware that this is a vacation club/timeshare and they try to get you to watch a presentation with enticing you with free gifts. Felt ambushed an they weren’t hearing NO.

Fabulous place! I thought i was booking a hotel but it was so much more! Very roomy 1 bed apartment with laundry facilities in room with soap, murphy bed 2 TVs, one in liv room and 1 in bedroom. Kitchen had all dishes, glasses and utensils, soap for dishwasher etc. They wanted to book us a timeshare sales event but we had a full itinerary already. Everything was more than we expected!

As I was leaving there today, I was thinking how beautiful it is there how nice and clean the rooms are and how I feel safe there especially when I’m traveling, which is my younger grandchildren. The one thing I did not appreciate is my room was not ready at 4 o’clock I was not allowed to check in until 515 and I had purchased food from the grocery store and temperature was in the 90s and they didn’t offer any compensation for me having to wait

When I arrived, I found that my reservation was canceled on April 23, 2025 by Extra Holidays. No email, no text message and no notification. The property is under extensive remodel. I managed to find a place to stay with friends. The staff was very apologetic.

The property was great. Our only problems were the bathroom fan was very noisy and we learned on our last morning the living room phone wasn't working.

We were long time World Mark owners and this was our first time to stay as a hotel guest. We cook our meals in the room and were disappointed there were no spices other than salt and pepper. But that was a small thing. Otherwise, the room and facility were great.

We were in Angels Camp for a weekend funeral/celebration of life, and really only needed a quite convenient location for the evenings. But we were so impressed by this beautiful property, so many amenities, and the room was huge, with a large bedroom, living room, kitchen and dining room, and rather large bathroom. We took advantage of the gym one early morning. How we wished we'd had more time to take advantage of all the fun amenities. Parking was ample, the wifi was a free bonus, and the property (located near the golf course) was stunning. What a fabulous find, with great rates! We highly recommend this property to visitors to the area!

Nice little place with a kitchen and grill. Everything was pretty clean and easily accessible. Grocery stores are not far away and plenty of things to do. Bed was nice and good water pressure in the shower.
Wi-Fi was a tad slow but good enough to steam from one device.
Workers were trying to sell us another vacation package which was really annoying, but I guess that’s part of their job. No housekeeping for the 3 days we were there. Otherwise, we had a nice stay.

Overall a fantastic stay in a beautiful woodsy part of a small town. Very friendly staff. One unexpected issue was that I wasn’t aware the property has a timeshare element so after you check in, the timeshare “concierge” will try and get you to book an invitation to a 90 minute ad video selling you on the timeshare aspect. This is one part that intruded on the desire to have a relaxing couple of days not wanting to be bothered.

Great stay overall but two complaints:
- we arrived rather late after a long trip, and right after check-in the person in charge of room cards/wristbands took a significant amount of time presenting the resort, the local atrractions and discounts and trying to sign us up for events. We repeated we were tired and hungry but they kept insisting.
- the front desk seemed to always be busy with long wait times

After staying here last year, we were looking forward to staying again. This time was completely different and not altogether pleasant. First off, we did not expect an over the top attempt to get us to sign up for a time share spiel. We were checking in past 9:30 pm and the guy was absolutely not going to take our word that we were going to be gone from the property from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm every day, and kept trying to get us to commit to a time. He even got between us and the door when we nicely said no thanks.
As for the unit itself, it is showing its age and lack of maintenance. The coffee table decor was broken, the panel for the bottom of the fridge was missing, one shower wouldn't drain and they both squealed with air in the pipes. Our last morning, a Saturday, we were awakened by a leaf-blower or something similar, at 5:30! It only went a couple of minutes, like they were just getting it ready for use later, but still, waking people at 5:30 is just rude.
Lastly, I dont use them anyway, but shared refillable soap, shower gel, lotion, etc in bottles that can be opened is disgusting. Unless they are completely cleaned and refilled for each new guest
(which I doubt because it would be highly cost prohibitive) they should be in a container that can't be opened.

When you check in they insist that you attend the presentation to buy a timeshare. when you agree to attend the presentation, they promised that it’s only 30 minutes to an hour, but they will spend two or three hours trying to convince you to buy a timeshare.

The property is very nice and clean. The only thing I didn’t like is that before you can check in they would ask you to talk to an agent who will convince you to attend their presentation and boy they won’t stop convincing you attend even though you said no already. Even though we told them we are not interested on time share we just want to enjoy our vacation. This is the only thing that I didn’t like but the rest we liked all the amenities. Also make sure your phone have a good signal coz wi-fi is not free ,you have to pay for it.

Great place to stay for families. Lots to do for little ones. Swimming, video games/arcade, gym, movie room, racket ball, basketball, tennis, golf, coffee shop...there is also plenty to do and see at lake alpine, lake spicer, big trees state park. Deer strolling by your balcony every morning and night. only issue was we had no electricity for 2 days due to wildfire. Had to throw away $150 in food. Received service quickly however did not receive what was requested so I hope we do get all of our $250 deposit. . A little overwhelming when you first get there due to staff in .your face with sales of timeshare and activities to do. None the less we will definitely stay again.

Trip to Angels Camp fair with our grandchildren

We enjoyed our stay at WorldMark Angels Camp very much. Our 2 bedroom apartment was very comfortable. Our grandchildren had their own bedroom and bathroom. We had a big master suite upstairs. We had a full kitchen and large living room and lovely balcony. The only issue we had was that the TV went out but that was the fault of the cable company. WorldMark gave us free wifi because of it and free movies. The amenities are great. There is a large pool and 2 hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court , ping pong , fitness center etc. There is a small coffee bar. There is a small arcade. The staff were friendly and helpful. Checking in was smooth. I love the wristbands that open the doors ! This stay was an extremely good value.

This place was totally awesome. Our car broke down the minute we got there. They tried twice to jump us. Then they took our luggage with a golf cart to our room. Staff was awesome. Room was amazing. View was beautiful. Resort is great. I love Wyndham hotels.
