Good stay

Parking was included, no free bkfast, A/C in rooms. Rooms spacious and super clean. The carpet by the reception is extremely dirty and since they have a steakhouse the entrance is by the main reception area so the traffic is high. They need to either clean the carpet or replace it with flooring. There is a gas station next to the hotel, convenient if you need snacks, I think open 24 hrs.

Dirty, Unfriendly, No Hotel Name

The hotel left a placard stating the room would only be cleaned every 3 days. On our second day we asked for toilet paper and were told that housekeeping leaves by 2 PM so we would have had to have asked by then to get a roll. Ultimately the CSR found a roll but told me I would need to contact housekeeping if we ever needed more. On the third day, we saw the housekeeper outside our room. We asked if she was going to clean it and was told we were not on the list. She refused to clean it. We had to complain to the front desk. Our bed was made and the towels refreshed, but there were handprints all over the windows, dirt on the floor, cobwebs, and dust on the surfaces which were never cleaned up. The restaurant was fabulous. The worst part is nowhere on the hotel does it say Elaya. The Abacco restaurant is there and there is no advertising on the outside for Elaya

We arrived at 9 in restaurant for breakfast and they didnot recharge eggs.they serviced for beakfast till 10 but nothing left for breakfast. it was a liitle far from city and only one bus we could use.

Great weekend escape

Very enjoyable stay. Newly renovated with Porsche motif which was fun. “Hot rock” steakhouse in the hotel which is fun. Breakfast was fabulous with many options. Employers extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend!

Stay Elsewhere!! - really poor staff

Beyond poor experience from this hotel.

We stay here fairly often with work but will be going elsewhere in the future.

colleagues were given key cards to different guests rooms with no apology or urgency to change when they went to reception to change.

takes ages to check in

general rudeness and no attention to detail paid from staff

And to top it off we chose the reserve now and pay later option at the hotel. the lady on reception told me that it'll come off of my account?

i'm now getting emails as to why i didnt pay at the property when i left! as i booked 6 rooms for colleagues i have now been left with a massive bill when in the past we paid it seperately.

general incompetence from the staff. very poor

the gym was shocking as well

Was excited to stay here after a day at the Porsche Museum and the Steakhouse next door…
First off they put me in an economy room when we paid for a Superior, they even teased us with the superior by showing it to us and then dumped us in the most basic room I’ve seen. Two of the legs on the bed were already broken and I’m amazed it didn’t collapse..

Went to reception to ask for extra pillows and was told there’s none available, the pillows in the room were horrific !!
The staff and security obviously didn’t realise that although I am Welsh I can speak German and they called me rude names, thinking I wouldn’t understand !!
Very rude, unhelpful and the room was terrible… Ruined the end of what was a good day. I travel to the area regularly with my job role, I will never use this hotel again and will make sure any of my clients or work colleagues avoid it as well

Excellent hotel for car enthusiasts as the whole hitek inckuding the rooms are car related decorated. The staff was cery friendly as well and the whoke hotel is very clean.
The only minor issue wqs that the fridge in my room was not working and they removed it and never install it back so no fridge.

Nice hotel with a good steakhouse attached. Staff were all lovely. Room was pleasant. A pool and sauna available for guest use but the pool had a bit of a swampy smell, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly, and the sauna had been turned off due to lack of use so we weren't able to use it which was a shame as part of the reason I booked this hotel was for use of these facilities. However everything else was lovely, had a good dinner and good night sleep and the staff were all very friendly. We would stay here again :)

Nice place near Porsche Museum

It's a car themed hotel, and it's really cool! The car specific art work in the common areas and rooms is fantastic. The location is a bit odd - sort of in an industrial complex. There's nothing right around the hotel so you aren't walking anywhere, but the hotel restaurant was fantastic. We had dinner there and it was very good. It's very modern and clean. The rooms were sort of \"Euro-hotel comfortable\"...which means not very. The beds were hard and small and the AC didn't really seem to be doing anything. It's just a few minutes away from the Porsche Museum and a few more away from the Mercedes Museum, and it's a perfect place to stay for visiting those sites.

One side note - more for comedic value than anything: They're really funny about their towels. They have an indoor pool, and our 4-year old wanted to go swimming so we all decided to. There were no towels around the pool and only one in each room so I asked. They basically sell you towels at the front desk and then if you bring them back to the front desk they will refund your money. So we had to buy 4 towels and then return them wet to the front desk to get our money back. Somebody at corporate is really concerned about their towel budget.

Great location for Porsche Factory

Generally a busy Hotel with corporate meetings.
We had a free upgrade to a suite which was great and lovely comfortable bed.
The Steakhouse Bar Restaurant is ideal for returning from the day out.
The Hotel is in an industrial type area but great location for the Autobarn etc and just a few minutes away from Porsche,Mercedes and Bosch.

Pleasing experience overall. Gym is not that useful. Breakfast can be improved, but still ok. Rooms are decent size, we got 2 rooms with shared internal door that was very helpful. Staff is very accomodating and polite.

Die Zimmer sind sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer konnte nicht geöffnet werden.
Der Getränkeautomat im Endgeschoss war ausserbetrieb,
Parkplätze stehen gegen Gebühr ausreichend zur Verfügung, nicht alle Gäste nehmen allerdings Rücksicht auf die anderen Gäste die auch noch ihr Auto laden möchten. Das Frühstück ist gut und mannkann sich für den Tag stärken

Sauberkeit müsste besser sein.
Hatte nur ein Economy Zimmer, trotzdem sollte es sauber sein. Zimmertür innen mit zahlreichen Fingerabdrücken und Schmierstreifen. Im Bad auf dem Boden noch Urinflecken vom Vorgänger, irgendwelche komischen Spritzer an den Wänden. Abfluss roch muffig, Abdeckung von der Klimaanlage hing halb aus der Decke. Kein Kühlschrank, kein Wasser, kein Wasserkocher oder ähnliches auf dem Zimmer. Angebuffte Möbel aus den 80ern. WLAN eine Katastrophe. Das einzige Highlight ist das Steakhouse, wo man wirklich lecker essen kann und nett bedient wird.

Direkt im Hotel gibt es ein hevorragendes Steakhaus. Absolut zu empfehlen. Top Esssen, Top Service.
Hotel war wie beschrieben, einfach, sauber und super nette Angestellte. Hatte ein kleines Problem mit einem Taxi und mir wurde direkt geholfen. Immer ein Lächlen und stet freundlich. Für mich das perfekt Hotel. Ich wusste aber auch, dass die Gegend eher ein Industriegebiet ist. Das Hotel ist eine absolute Empfehlung, würde ich wieder buchen.

Ich habe das in dem Hotel gefunden, was ich gesucht habe, nämlich Ruhe. Mein Hund war willkommen und ich musste für ihn keine Gebühr bezahlen. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel hat mir sehr gefallen, das Zimmer war ok, auch wenn die Vorhänge herunterhingen, das Mobiliar sehr veraltet war und auf dem Sessel Flecken waren. Es war sonst aber alles sauber.

Menage non fait le premier jour donc nous allons à la réception et on nous indique qu'il a lieu que tous les 3 jours et que cela est indiqué dans la chambre.... Aucune indication dans ma chambre.
Nous avions seulement 2 rouleaux de papier wc pour 3 nuits.... C'est vraiment juste donc à chaque fois qu'il n'y en avait plus, il fallait aller à la réception pour obtenir un rouleau de papier wc!

Schönes Hotel. Etwas unglücklich war, dass unser Zimmer beim Check-in noch nicht bezugsfertig war, da wir schnell wieder weiter mussten. Wir haben dafür aber zumindest den Parkplatz nicht bezahlen müssen. Zimmerreinigung könnte etwas besser sein, es waren sehr viele Spinnweben im Raum. Ansonsten alles super.

Nah an der Autobahn. War jetzt schon das 5. Mal in dem Hotel bislang alles gut. Aber seit dem letzten Mal merkt man das sich irdgendwie die Qualität ändert. Ichnwurde 2x zum falschen Zimmer geschickt. Das zimmer was ich dann bekam war nicht richtig gereinigt. Unterm bett wollmäuse, der Boden nicht richtig gewischt.
Werde trotzdem wieder buche da der Hund umsonst ist und die Nähe zu meiner Weiterbildung passt.

Wir haben 3 Nächte dort... relativ sauber.. etwas Staub aber es eir alle 3 Tage gereinigt... ( das hat uns verwundert, aber deshalb der Super Preis.
Das Hallenbad schön sauber... nicht allzu warm aber ok.
Als wir ankamen, fragte die Dame an der Rezeption... Wollen Sie einchecken? ... Nein, wur kommen Abends vorbei mit Koffern, nur um reinzuschauen... Darüber mussten wir immer wieder lachen... lachen tut gut Smile

Hat seinen Zweck erfüllt. Muss aber nicht wieder. In meinem Zimmer gab es kein WLAN Empfang. Unter dem Bett wurde mit Sicherheit 2 Wochen kein dreck entfernt.
Das Bad gab einen komischen Geruch ab. War aber sauber.
Wenn man keine Zeit im Zimmer verbringt ok…
Der Pool war ungeheizt obwohl es angekündigt war .
Nächstes Mal suche ich mir ein anderes Hotel im Raum Stuttgart

Wir waren erst mal verunsichert, weil nicht Elaya Hotel am Eingang steht, sondern Restaurant Abacco weil das direkt am Hotel anliegt.

Dann bestand das 3 Bett Zimmer aus 2 Betten Und eine ausgezogene Couch.

Komme immer wieder und gerne zurück

Ich komme gerne wieder. Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und gut ausgestattet und hat sogar eine gut gefüllte Minibar. Das Restaurant Abacco Steakhouse unten im Haus bietet bis auf die Tatsache, dass es immer sehr stark nach gegrilltem Fleisch riecht, super leckeres Fleisch.
