We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights. Room was basic, clean and adequate. Breakfast was also good, very straightforward buffet style with straightforward selection of food available. Good selection of drinks from the machine. Staff very pleasant and helpful. This hotel provides great value for money, and is especially suited to guests looking for somewhere basic and simple, in a quiet area with easy access to train station and bus stop where you can go into Stuttgart center very easily. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at Hotel Strohgäu! The rooms were spacious, spotless, and perfectly organized, making our stay very comfortable. We all enjoyed the breakfast—it was a great way to start the day!

The only surprise was the EUR 7.00 per day parking fee, which we weren’t expecting, but it didn’t take away from the overall experience. It's truly a lovely place, and we’re glad we chose to stay there!

I hate giving this poor review, but my room was a sauna, I hardly slept, no fan , and when I stupidly opened the windows I was eaten alive. I asked to move rooms but even though they were half empty I could not move. My tv didn’t work. The hotel is convenient for the Celtic museum in hochdorff but there were no open restaurants on Sunday! Not one,

Bathroom toilet was kind of dirty, and during my stay the blinds stopped working so I had to sneak around my room in the dark. Staff was friendly and recommended a really nice German restaurant down the road. They also called a taxi for us since we had an early morning flight.

Do not stay at this hotel !!

That place is a real dive! Never stay there! Service was terrible, there is a terrible smell throughout this place. Breakfast was just not acceptable etc. Etc.

The place should be closed down, I can’t believe expedia would be advertising and taking reservations on their site. I have stayed in hotels everywhere on the planet and this one has to be the worst place ever.

A bit shabby, small rooms, very bacis breakfast, free car parking though, but limited spaces, so come earlier, a small LCD TV, with a few working channels out of 2000! Pictures on the website much better than reality.

Novum Hotel

Stayed at Novum hotel for 5 days while visiting family who lived 10 minutes away. Small town with very few restaurants and not easily accessible. The hotel only offered breakfast at a high price of €9 which was to include a full buffet, but 2 out of the 3 mornings we went to have breakfast they did not offer the full buffet (no eggs, little food put out for guests). When I asked for compensation of any kind I was told “absolutely not” by one of the stiff staff members. Would not go back and instead stay in a hotel in the city Center.

Small city hotel where everyone knows you

Stayed there for over two weeks on a business trip. It's a small hotel that has the feel of a small city living where stuff remembers and knows you (nice if you like this kind of environment).

Clean, quiet (mostly), great breakfast, a few great food places nearby (including the one that serves famous Turkish Kebab), a bus stop (2 min walking), and a large parking lot.

Famous Porsche Museum is only 15 min away (by bus) - would definitely recommend to visit.

Other than that, there is not much around so going to most interesting places including in Stuttgart requires a 30-60 min public transportation trip.

Nice place

If you looking for place to sleep and that's it - its a good place. The room has enough space, good bathroom, comfort mattress and friendly staff. The hotel is only 2 floors - so notice that no elevator is available.
We had a car with us, so we decided to go the central of Stuttgart, a driving of 15 minutes and you there.

Resepsiyondaki Muhannat'ın karşılaması, ilgisi dışında her şey çok kötüydü. Odada ağır bir rutubet kokusu vardı. Oda ve banyonun temizliği iyi değildi. Klozet kenarındaki lekeler bile temizlenmemişti. Banyoda böcekler dolaşıyordu. Resimlerden çok daha kötüydü. Fiyata göre kalite çok düşük. Tekrar kalmayı düşünmem. Kimseye de önermiyorum.

프랑크푸르트에서 메칭겐아울렛가기전 잠만 자려고 저렴한시설 선택했는데 생각보다 좋았고 아침식사도 좋았습니다.
빵도 맛있었고 가성비좋은 호텔이였다.
단 주차료 7유로있는게 단점이에요

Preis-Leistung absolut top! Sehr gutes und ausreichendes Frühstück. Die Zimmer sind groß sauber. Wir hatten ein 3-Bett Zimmer. Einrichtung Ok! Das Bad ist sehr eng und klein und die Duschwände und der Wasserhahn müssten mal entkalkt werden.
Trotz allem hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt mit der ganzen Familie.

Leider ziemlich altes Hotel mit null Komfort. Das Bett viel zu klein und auch zu kurz. Kinderbett nur auf Nachdruck bekommen, mussten es selbst aufbauen und beziehen. Passt eigentlich nicht ins Zimmer. Frühstück schon um kurz vor 9 kein Belag mehr und wurde auch nicht aufgefüllt obwohl eigentlich Zeit bis 10 Uhr war. Nie wieder

L’insieme della struttura é bello ma molto migliorabile!
Camere una al primo piano e l’altra al secondo senza ascensore!!
No aria condizionata, sicuramente un mio errore in fase di prenotazione ma non è possibile non avere neanche un ventilatore ( chiesto in reception ma non c’era ).

Gutes Frühstücksbüffet mit reichhaltiger Auswahl. Schönes Ambiente. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bieten für 2 Personen ausreichend Platz. Gute Matratzen. Auf der Ostseite herrscht leider bei sommerlichen Temperaturen eine höhere Geräuschkulisse, bedingt durch die naheliegende angrenzende Wohnbebauung mit den Balkonen und Terrassen. Einschlafen gelingt erst kurz vor oder nach Mitternacht.

Frühstück fanden wir leider auch nicht gerade von bester Qualität.

Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber aber leider einen muffigen Geruch von dem alten Teppichboden.Bad war zum Teil neu ( Fußboden und Toilette).
Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Müsste dringend renoviert werden. Aber für den Preis mit Frühstücken ist es super für 2 Personen. Für eine Nacht.

Verouderd, prima voor doorreis.
Van onze oorspronkelijke kamer was het rolluik kapot, hierdoor was het aardedonker, blijkbaar had de schoonmaak dit niet gezien. We kregen vriendelijk een nieuwe kamer. Het is verouderd, veel spinnenrag (geen spinnen) maar bed is confortabel. Prima om 1 nachtje te verblijven als je op doorreis ben. Wij bezochten het porschemuseum, op rijafstand. Parkeerkosten van €7,- zijn belachelijk. Momenteel is het hotel moeilijk bereikbaar omdat de weg ervoor is afgesloten, jammer dat dat niet door het hotel is gecommuniceerd.

Ich war mit der Gruppe. Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel.
Frühstück war reichhaltig. An der Rezeption sehr kompetent Mitarbeiter.
Minus Gebühr für Parkplatz - 6€ pro/Nacht.
Beim Frühstück kommt zu uns (ukrainische Delegation) ein Mitarbeiter und möchte auf russische Sprache mit uns sprechen. Es war offene Provokation!
Andere Mitarbeiter und insb. Mitarbeiterinnen waren tolerant und gastlichen.

Es hat mir gefallen, dass es Kindgerecht war
Es gab direkt vor Ort, einen Spielplatz. Das Frühstück war vielfältig/lecker und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Ich fand es schade, dass wir das falsche Zimmer bekommen haben. Als Wiedergutmachung wurde uns der Preis für den Parkplatz erstattet. Kompromisse schätze ich sehr!
