The breakfast was good, but let down by being a little cold.

The room and hotel were very nice and well kept, but the restaurant area was incredibly cold, the windows in the conservatory area leaked air around the edges and the air con wasn’t running any heating when we were in there eating so hurried through and returned to room.

The great scenery in the great location. We were also lucky to see the fireworks on Tuesday night hosted there (summer season event which was happening every Tuesday / Thursday) which we were not aware of. The room was clean and spacious enough. I would recommend spending a couple of nights here as part of Cornwall trip.

The hotel was unique...disappointed when we arrived having to pay £22.50 to park our car...and it was hit and miss how close you could park !!. Also our room (21) was up several flights of stairs...good luck if your disabled...hotel room very nice with a sea views..but a lot of noise from the mobile kitchen and refrigerated storage facility..slamming doors etc from 6.30am onwards..overall disappointed considering 3 nights cost £750 ..ps breakfast was very nice ...and the views were amazing...make your own mind up people ..we left after 2 nights ..but paid for 3 ..

We booked 2 days before as a spur of the moment decision to take a break. You have to register your car at the hotel and pay for parking but because I live in Cornwall I didn't have to pay for parking and now my car is registered I have free parking all the time in their car park. Very friendly reception welcome. There isn't a lift to the upper floors but there was the offer of someone to carry or cases up for us. We had Josh who plays rugby for Cornwall Pirates who works there part time carry ours up. I booked the Superior double and my goodness the views didn't disappoint overlooking the ocean and lighthouse and all very clean with coffee maker and kettle in the room. Saw some amazing sunsets. Dinner was a bit pricey but very good. I wouldn't hesitate going there again and booking the Superior room again.

Stayed here for 2 nights on our way back from the Isles of Scilly. Less than 30 minutes drive from Penzance, ideal place for beautiful scenery, and sunset views. It gets quite busy during the day with tourists, but we didn’t let it bother us. We were out hiking most of the time.
The hiking trails to Sennen cove and beach, wow absolute a must!! We had our dog with us, and our room was in the nearby cottage, literally a few feet away from Land’s end sign, with patio, nice and roomy, huge bathroom, great shower.
The staff was friendly, they were a bit rushed and maybe short staffed, there was also a wedding going on, so you could feel the tension, the menu was very much reduced to a few items, but again, food was good, and ready in a timely manner.
Will definitely book it again

Location! location!

It's Land's End - can you get a more beautiful location? Only stayed one night - family room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Let down was breakfast, most of the food was cold. Would have been 5 stars if the breakfast was up to scratch.
Staff were all friendly and my son enjoyed the free entry to the attractions. Great for the coast path.

The views were stunning, we did have exceptional weather which really helps. We were able to be changed to a dog friendly room on the advice of the staff(we had intended that the dog slept in the comfortable dog box in the car). Bar was a nice area to lounge in the evening after sunset. We visited the Minack Theatre and walked to Sennen. A lovely three day stay that we would recommend others also enjoy.

Stairs to rooms makes it awkward for elderly and infirm clients to carry suit cases not sure if there is assistance to carry cases? Saw one couple with walking difficulties struggling on the stairs. Had dinner at the hotel and food was nice and cooked very well, if one constructive criticism the portion of duck was very small only two small pieces and not value for money at £26. Would stay again. The sign post is commercialized and did not bother to queue and pay £10.99.

Extremely clean, luxurious and spacious room with fantastic views out to sea!! Great bed. Lots of hot water and nice toiletries.
However, I arrived soaking wet after a long and rainy hike, only to be told the tumble dryer in the hotel was broken, they had no drying rack and the staff didn’t know how to turn on the towel radiator in my room. In the end, I figured it out for myself.
Breakfast was disappointing. Cheap sliced bread, packeted cereals and a greasy fry-up - not as upmarket as I expected for the price.

Disappointed that the restaurant was the same limited menu that the bar served, we opted to go elsewhere but if you have no car you are stuck. Given the location there was a just something missing, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless!

A lovely stay at The Land's End Hotel - we were celebrating our Wedding Anniversary and found the whole hotel to be very peaceful with great views, even when the fog rolled in!! The food is superb, although the format of the menus could do with an update. All in all a great place in a beautiful part of the country.

Truly an incredible spot and a great hotel to have there. Our room had fantastic views over the lighthouse. Being winter there wasn’t anyone other than the hotel & restaurant but there also wasn’t anybody around either. The hotel is in great condition, staff are friendly and helpful. The Lands End Hotel staff were fantastic from early correspondence with Reservation Team who were so helpful with ensuring the view of the lighthouse I wanted for my Husband and even some advice on dress code when I asked. They arranged a chilled bottle at our table and a Birthday Cake, made by chef, brought out after our meal. Alex in the dining room was so lovely and super helpful. All staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Our room was perfect, view, comfort, cleanliness and Tea/ coffee facilities. We will definitely return for another stay.

Woeful, stay somewhere else

It was very noisy, we heard the speakers in the dinner area through the floor from approx 7:30am every morning until late. Also there is no soundproofing between the rooms, so you hear everyone, their TV and every move they make. The coffee machine was disgustingly dirty, it clearly had not been cleaned for a while.

The 'sea view' was obscured by the concrete edging outside, which are topped with a large concrete square, which obscures the view further. Then the ludicrously low chairs (the seat base is less than 30cm from the floor) add to the problem, so you can only see the sea view if your stand up next to the window, otherwise you cannot see it at all.
There is a lot of idiocy too, such as the inline switch for the bedside lamps being tucked behind the bedside cabinets (which means you can't switch them off until you drag the wire, and subsequently the inline switch, up). There is also a lack of sockets, not even enough for the items they provide, so you'll be switching the plugs over a lot. This also means there is nowhere to plug your phone charger in, you can pull out the bedside cabinets and unplug the lamps if you wish, but then you have no lamp.

When I complained about the noise from the resturant stereo, the manager offered another room, a downgrade, while having a look at that room I mentioned the things I've sais in this review. All she said is \"it has to look a certain way\", over and over again. Failing miserably on the basics for vanity is beyond moronic.

We were a late check in and therefore the restaurant staff had to give us the key and no one actually showed us to thhe separate building where our room was. The room was lovely once we got in. Several bulbs in the bathroom needed replacing so a bit dark for shaving, etc.. Everything else was great. Would stay there again.

Check in was really easy, and the room very comfortable. Having half & half window shutters meant you could close the bottom half to stop people looking in. I stayed in Penwith Studio 1, and the view was great. The staff were so friendly, it felt liked you had known them for years. Check out by 11am meant you could have breakfast with no rush.

The property is located in a stunning location with amazing walks at the doorstep and a restaurant overlooking the ocean. The family room was scabious and clean the main bed was comfortable the cot single bed was sagging in the middle. Staff was attentive and responsive. Showers hot and with good pressure. We had dinner one night which was good and breakfast was typical English breakfast. Coffee was good. Overall our stay was wonderful and would highly recommend a visit to lands end and stay at the hotel.

What can I say? I love, love, LOVED this property. It is worth every penny spent. The hotel is so unique and the staff was so friendly.

When my friend and I first rolled up in our little rental car, it was a little confusing where to go for the hotel entrance. We eventually figured it out, but it wasn't super straightforward.

We checked in and the woman at reception was so friendly. She showed us menus for both the restaurant and bar, explained the breakfast hours, and was just very helpful. We were told we needed a reservation for the restaurant which I'm sure makes sense at busy times during the summer, but there was one other couple eating at the time, so it was laughable when we were asked if we had a reservation.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. It was very hot when we walked in, but that was only because the radiator heat was wide open and on the highest setting. The bathroom was huge! I loved the large shower and all the space to get ready.

Breakfast the next morning did not disappoint. There was tea, coffee, juice, water, milk, breads, cereal, and hot food like bacon, sausage, eggs. Best of all? It was all included in the room rate! We got to sit right at the window overlooking the sea and just enjoy the view.

I would definitely stay here again and I will tell anyone who travels to Cornwall to stay here.

Have previously stayed in a standard room, but this time in a deluxe double. Although we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, nonetheless the fabulous sea view and the extra space was worth the extra cost.
Eating breakfast in the dining room which has a gorgeous 180 degree sea view is always so uplifting. Used to be waiter service, but now self-serve for breakfast, which limited the choice. Usual standard cooked items available, but fresh fruit and croissants were particularly good.
Even though the weather was a bit wild when we stayed, walks from hotel across to Sennen Cove or towards Porthcurno were as beautiful as ever. This hotel is pricey, but winter offer makes it more affordable. This is my favourite hotel.

What a wonderful place to start and adventure the staff were helpful and engaging. The room was a little hot, however, it was a warm past few days.

The hotel was nice but the menu really let it down, only one vegetarian choice (seafood is not vegetarian)! and the dessert tray limited, we tried the fruit cheesecake which was pretty awful, and we left it uneaten. Very unlike a cheesecake in my experience with a hard 'pastry like' base, completely tasteless too. Such a shame as they could do so much better.
