From checkin and throughout our stay we were made welcome by a very professional and approachable team. The room was excellent and a very high standard with really good shower and modern, immaculately clean facilities and nice hot water.
The breakfast and dinner were wonderful fresh food from a briiliant kitchen team and 5* table service. Two nights of total comfort and great value immediately nearby St Michael's Mount.

Staff were friendly and helpful - I asked for a late checkout as I was taking part in the Marazion Triathlon and I wanted to be able to have a shower after the event. This was fully accommodated at no extra cost. The food was excellent (evening meal), even down to the delicious yoghurt for breakfast! Hotel was spotlessly clean. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was amazing and we could not rate everything highly enough.

The check-in process was smooth and we were shown our room by a member of staff.

The room was a very good size and had everything we needed. The bed was extremely comfy, but the room did get a bit stuffy. The hotel provided a fan and the window opened for fresh air. The selection of tea, coffee, biscuits and milk was replenished daily.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff are a credit to the hotel. The selection of food was exceptional and the quality was really good.

The restaurant gets booked up quickly so make sure you book a table before you stay. The food was 10/10 and we thoroughly enjoyed the evening.

The town has all the local amenities and the beach is a 2 minute walk away.

The car parking is secure and there is plenty of space. Make sure you provide your registration plate before you stay, as this triggers the barrier on the car park.

The hotel was easy to find, in a quiet location, and of excellent quality in every way. The room was comfortable and warm, the food at dinner was absolutely delicious, as was the wine. There was a separate quiet room to relax in afterwards complete with fire ! Breakfast was equally as good and the whole experience was a delight. I'm so glad I chose that hotel.

Wonderful 6-day stay in the self-service apartment. Staff is so kind and helpful. Parking lot for hotel guests is large and easy to get in and out of. Hotel is steps away from the area bus stop and the walk down to the St. Michael's Mount causeway. Restaurants and shops nearby all definitely worth visiting (especially the hotel restaurant Cutty Sark and the hotel bar). Would absolutely stay again!

Stay at Marazion Hotel.

Fantastic location opposite St Michael's Mount and a lovely beach. Hotel is very cosey with a lovely atmosphere. The staff are very friendly and can't do enough for you. The food is good honest cooking done very well. The breakfasts are waitress served and cooked freshly to your liking. There is barrier parking exclusive for resident guests which is a bonus.

I would totally recommend this hotel. Parking is perfect and staff are really great. They make you feel you are the only guests. Sunday roast was just lush and a cheese board to die for. Breakfast is one to remember and is worth getting up for. Lovely lounge to relax in. Room was perfectly formed and comfortable. Lovely toiletries. Couldn’t recommend any more.

Great Stay and perfect for St Michaels Mount visit

Nice hotel, room was small with no view but bed was king or bigger. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful and evening meals were very good. Wine choice could have been extended on Provence Rose but there was a nice New Zealand Sauvignon. Young bar staff for beer garden and Lounge bar were very obliging and cheerful. Covid restrictions covered well in the circumstances.

Marvellous Marazion!

My partner had a \"big birthday\" just after Christmas. We decided to spend a couple of nights in relatively nearby Marazion.

Travel was a bit of a rarity in 2020, and we could only imagine how difficult it is for those working in hospitality. Any difficulties were not evident in the welcome we received at The Marazion Hotel. It really was fantastic!

We deliberately booked one of the rooms facing out on to St Michael's Mount. The view is great. It was easy to just sit there and enjoy looking out the window!

The Cutty Sark restaurant was also very impressive. We enjoyed our meal on both nights.

Marazion itself is pretty small. I think it's somewhere to relax. We walked along the coastal path to Penzance. That took about 70 minutes.

All in all, it was a great stay. Unfortunately, national lockdown rules became more severe the day after we left. I wish The Marazion Hotel all the best. It is somewhere we would like to return to in the future.

Good hotel, needs to review breakfast process.

Was served the wrong food multiple times at breakfast, including vegetarians being served meat on two seperate occasions, which was rather offputting. Didn't receive a real apology or any compensation, meals were sent back and correct plates brought out but one of us had already finished eating by this time. Just told \"well the kitchen read the order slip wrong\" both times. Hotel room itself was suitable and pleasant staff. Would return again to stay but not for breakfast or any other meals.

The location as well as the hotel inside were amazing.
Just one word of advice though- if you visit Marazion, keep it in mind that buses are not frequent at all, so it may be worth it to rent a car as we did. You can visit plenty of unreal sceneries within a day, instead of just one destination a day on a bus.
However, the hotel was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. The room was spotless, full cornish or vegetarian breakfast was a treat, and the access to Marazion beach and St Michael’s Mount were bonuses on top of that!

Overall it was a very nice stay with a lovely room containing a comfy and sizeable bed. A sitting area with a tv mounted to the wall on hinges suited to watch either from the homely chairs or on the bed. Also there was a spacious ensuite bathroom suited for the wet room design allocating a separate area to shower in towards the back end of the room. The food was high quality for the modest pricing but, unfortunately the plates were too small making the In hotel dining experience less enjoyable. Having to manage everything from the excessively large onion rings stacked on top of the rest of the food which made it seem forced upon to eat as there was no space to put them aside otherwise there would of been no problem. Down to burgers bun falling apart and the chips slipping off the surface of the plate.

Amazing hotel!

What an amazing setting! We had room 10, a family room with two single beds and a set of bunk beds. Beautiful view of st Michaels mount from the bedroom.

You HAVE to eat at the restaurant (cutty sark) - best meal on the trip and great value.

Cornwall is a beautiful English county. Big bonus when you discover that youve booked in facing a beautiful sandy beach ... and a St. Michael's island with a castle type property on it. Walk out at low tide and boat across at high tide. A very nice old English type of down town.

This was a great location, close to Saint Michael's Mount. The parking is a bit of a trick to figure out the first time, but there is lots of space for the guests. It has the feel of an old, well established location, but the rooms are well kept and everything looks brand new. All the staff were very friendly. I highly recommend it!

The Whole Package!

We love everything about this hotel. The manager and staff were friendly and professional. They reached out in advance providing us with recommendations during our stay and checking if we had any questions. The room was clean, quiet. And well appointed. We loved the nightlights that switched on near the floor in the bathroom. We were able to park behind the hotel. It is convenient to many historic sites and landmarks and walkable to quaint shops and eateries.Breakfast options were great and the restaurant food was excellent.
