Great location but noisy (both in the corridors and in the streets outside, both at night and early in the morning), unstaffed, no natural light. All keyless which was interesting (just a pin), clean but wouldn't stay again- just too noisy.

Our bed was very comfortable. The room was cozy but comfortable for a short stay. The location is fantastic - directly across from the convention center, a short walk to view the ocean, and tons of great restaurants and bars for pintxos. We really enjoyed Txiki Taberna, (just a block away), we went there twice on our stay.

This hotel does not have a reception desk but the off site staff respond within minutes of making an inquiry. They booked a taxi for my departure. Room and public areas were spotless.

The location, room and hotel property were amazing. The bed was comfortable and having a welcome chocolate and drinks in the fridge was a nice touch.
This place no longer has a concierge and access is via codes provided via whatsapp. The system worked without a problem but if there were any issues, one would have to go to the sister hotel a few minutes away. My only wish is for the room to have a kettle (coffee/tea). Or to have one available in the lobby for general use. But it’s a small thing that would not prevent me from booking here again. Which I will again next year!

Conveniently located. Clean. No reception staff but the complementary mini-bar and chocolates on the pillow were warm touches. Perfect for a concert at the Kursaal.

We are also very grateful for the wonderful help we received from the hotel Receptionist on the day we checked out. Our early morning flight was canceled and ti reschedule we needed a Spanish speaker. The Receptionist patiently spoke with the airline so we were able to reschedule without having to go to the airport.

Great little spot!
This was a small boutique hotel just outside of old town San Sebastian. It was very clean and comfortable with an amazing shower. When you make your reservation, make sure to contact them at least 24 hours in advance so they can email you the check in instructions, as there is no reception desk there. They will ask for a photo of your passport or a number. They will email you this or contact you via WhatsApp to get it. Sounds strange, but it worked out great. I would stay here again with my wife and with friends!

Was moved to different hotel which was fine but no view outside window, bed was hard and there was a ground level coffee station but only available after 12 which was pointless . I wanted coffee without leaving hotel in morning . There was no kettle or coffee in room . There was a breakfast option where I could get coffee but that was 17Euro. Also toiletries in room where locked down I couldn’t easily use them . Shower was great and there were English channels on tv and they did store luggage when I left. Was very quite no noise from outside or in hotel.

We stayed two nights at this hotel. Our room was a good size, very comfortable and quiet at night. The location was perfect for dining, shopping and enjoying our walks along the promenade. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was good and the room was clean. They advertised front desk staffing from 8AM till midnight but there was rarely anyone there. They advertised bottled water in the room but was not replenished after the first day. Coffee and pasties offered for breakfast but pastries were cheap packaged ones instead of fresh.

I loved it! Location is a 10 min walk to Old Town but only a 2 min walk to the beach!!! My room was very clean. Receptionist spoke English and answered all my questions! I’d stay here again! Area is very safe as well.

I had booked the Arrizul Beach property only to arrive and find that it was closed for renovations. I hadn't seen the email with the updated information. I called the hotel and was told I was upgraded to a room at the nearby Arrizul Congress. It was a bit confusing to get there, so Mariana said \"stay there, I'll come to you.\" In 2 minutes she was there, walked us to the hotel, gave us an upgrade for the inconvenience and helped us get parking.
We were greeted with a glass of Cava when we arrived, and there was another small bottle in the mini bar with soft drinks and water, all of which were complementary. Rather than nickel and diming you like most places, this place treated you like a valued customer.
The rooms were amazing. The suites were modern, comfortable and made us want to stay another night. Well worth the money.
It was literally a 2 minute walk to the beach or the river (beautiful) and an 8 minute walk to the Pintxo stroll in old town.

Il giorno prima mi mandano un email che mi cambiavano hotel anche se mi hanno mandato nel loro 4 stelle per modo di dire, avevo prenotato una suite e mi mettono secondo loro in una suite al pian terreno che aprendo finestra c'era un olezzo incredibile. Naturalmente non ho accettato e fopo sforzi mi danno una stanza con balcone ma il terzo letto era un divano letto con materasso max 7cm ecc....

El hotel brinda lo ofrecido. Me dieron un upgrade, está bien ubicado y es cómodo, me hubiese gustado hacer el check in antes pero fueron muy estrictos que hasta las 15:00 como dice su política… la relación precio/calidad es buena y regresaría. El desayuno me pareció muy caro por lo que comí cerca a una cuadra de distancia muy bien y más barato.

L'hôtel est idéalement situé près du Kusaal et de la plage pour le surf. Le personnel est attentif et sympathique. Le quartier est animé et tout de même résidentiel ce qui fait un mélange agréable. Il suffit de passer le pont pour se retrouver dans la vielle ville qui foisonne de bars à tapas.
