Rubbish.

Rubbish hotel. Doesn't deserve 3 stars. Broken bed and noisy spring beds. Room smell of food. Air con noisy. Would not recommend it.

Area under construction, works started at 6 am, walls dirty, carpets also, the doors in bathroom and bedroom have a hole from someone fist punching them. Tobacco smell lingering in the room. I know French hotels are usually bad, but this was the worst.

Hotel is not old but needs urgent updating with regard to halls and reception needs painted and cleaned.Bedrooms were surprisingly clean and must have been recently painted.Skirting boards and walls in hotel needed cleaned and renewed and painted.Supermarket next door but we weren’t made aware it closed on Sunday.No restaurants or eating establishments nearby.No pots for small catering kitchen in room

It was clean, in route and for the price a good stay. Beds were not very comfy, and needed a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom and shower were nice. It was not terrible and it was not fantastic. The front desk guy was very nice and spoke English well. Good location!

3 days in Montpellier

The hotel was very friendly. I had a clean and good experience. They serve for 8e breakfast between 7 and 10. Nothing special about breakfast but it is something. There is a supermarket around the corner. it is 20 minutes walking distance to closest tram station. It costs 50e to airport at night time. It might cost around 30-40 during daytime. I will check them out if I have to travel to MPL again.

Nice Litte Surprise

A nice little surprise tucked in a quiet corner of Montpellier, good value for money for a short stay in the city.
The nearby tram stop to connect with the city is a quick 5 minute walk and there is a supermarket literally just around the corner.

We booked a quadruple room for 1 night. The room had a bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable - the worst we have ever slept on. The room was very outdated and the kitchenette was locked away. While the room did not state it came with a kitchenette, we found this to be very weird. The shower was ridiculous. The bracket for the shower head was at waist height, so to use it you had to hold it above your head while trying to wash.

The location was a bit far from that train station (you needed to take a taxi which was about 20 euro for 3 people each direction), but the hotel itself was very nice.

Away from downtown

The hotel is only good if you only need to stay 1 or a few nights (it was my case), and if you only worried to take a place to sleep. The room was ok, it was quite clean (unless the empty mini refrigerator, that was stinking and thus impossible to use), the hotel staff was gentle, and it had a little free parking lot. The hotel location is about 6 km from the downtown, thus its location is bad if you are not by car (it has no metro or tram station near it).

A clean, well-lighted room

I needed a place close to Val d'Aurelle hospital, and this fit the bill. That's all I can say to really recommend it. It's an anonymous (but clean) place to sleep for a night or two.

A bit isolated but very nice

Expect to take the tram to restaurants and tourist areas, but that is cheap and fast. The hotel was comfortable and clean, with a solid breakfast. I would recommend and will stay again if I return to Montpellier.

Nice staff but smelly room

We arrived late (1 am) but nonetheless the staff was very efficient and kind. Unfortunately the room, linen and towels smelled very bad like everything had been cleaned with some kind of acid. Our SatNav had trouble to find the hotel due to the extensive road works in Montpellier. There are no late night places around and the hotel doesn't sell beer or anything so make provisions if you want to have a nightcap :-)

A simple place with no extras

This hotel is fine for business. It is not a place that you would want to stay as a tourist. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast. The staff was very friendly but didn't speak too much English.

Clean but remote

This hotel is really only suitable for travellers with cars. It is a good 15 minute walk uphill from the nearest tram station and no clear directions. Only found it after asking directions locally. It is a 20 minute ride from the centre of Montpellier on the tram so not really suited for visiting the city or beaches. There is a supermarket next door and even though the rooms are fitted with kitchenettes they are locked away if you are staying less than 7 days so no coffee or tea facilities! Rooms very clean and some have balconies but some do look out over an adjoining industrial park. This hotel is really on the outer limits of Montpellier and suspect it is mainly used for long term appartment accomodation for students at the nearby university or visitors to the hospitals and medical research park.

No Mint on this Pillow

It is a clean hotel, and the front desk is nice enough if you speak French. Be prepared to pay for anything extra like internet, parking, TV, etc. Also if you arrive late their is nothing nearby to eat, so you will be stuck with their frozen dinners. It is very inconvenient to get to from the train station if you aren't familiar with the area. It's a 15 miute tram ride then a 10 minute walk from the tram stop.

Au fait ce n'est plus un hôtel au sens propre, c'est devenu hôtel dortoir.
En effet par manque de place d'hébergement, la préfecture a réquisitionné l'hôtel pour y installer des jeunes réfugiés! Le reste des chambres étant loués aux voyageurs de passage.

Sejour décevant dans l'ensemble au regard de la qualité du service. À la base ils ont annulé ma réservation sans m'en aviser. Une fois sur place vers 23h j'ai dû insisté pour obtenir une nouvelle chambre. Quant à ma caution, je l'ai effectuée avec ma carte bancaire et j'ai tt payer en espèces. Après mon sejour je me suis rendu compte qu'ils m'ont quand même prélevé la somme sur ma carte bancaire.

Jeg mødte op i receptionen dagen til mit ophold og blev afvist og fortalt at jeg skulle gå igen da man skulle bestille 15 timer før check-in. Dette er jo et kæmpe problem når der ikke står skrevet noget om det på hotels.com. Kvinden der stod i receptionen sagde at jeg ville få mine penge sendt tilbage inden så længe, hvilket stadig ikke er sket endnu og det er en uge siden! Jeg har nu betalt et urefunderbart beløb jeg jo ikke kan få tilbage et sted jeg ikke engang har været!

Catastrophe

En arrivant les pompiers sortaient de l’hôtel pour l'un des clients de ce dernier qui c'est trouvé en état d'insolation par rapport à la chaleur dû à la canicule. A notre tour, nous demandons de venir régler la climatisation qui brassait de l'air chaude. L'hôtesse d'accueil se déplace pour venir régler l'air conditionnée pour notre confort, au bout d'une heure rien ne change. Nous la rappelions, lorsqu'elle nous propose une autre chambre. Chambre plus fraîche car elle n'avait pas été ouvert dans la journée. Hors ils s'avèrent que la climatisation de l’hôtel était en panne. La cerise a été le poil d'un homme sur le lit.
Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Un coup de neuf serait bienvenu....

Habitué de cet hôtel, je le vois se dégrader de + en + :-((
Les chaises (qd il y en a...) sont abîmées, miroir cassé, les pieds de lits sont fatigués, la peinture et les sols sont à refaire; les frigos sont ultra-bruyants... etc.
C'est dommage car il est au calme ; à proximité de commerces et le personnel est sympa.
Il faudrait vraiment faire un effort de rénovation !!

Etant de passage pour une formation professionnelle,je ne suis restée que 2 nuits mais au niveau de la propreté tout est à revoir,les joints de baignoire sont noirs ,les taches sur la moquette dans le couloir n'inspirent pas confiance. Je suis arrivée pendant qu'ils changeaient les matelas ...exposés au milieu du couloir ,les murs sont sales et nécessiteraient un réel rafraichissement

Établissement qui aurait besoin d’un sérieux rafraîchissement. Odeurs âcres de tabac froid dans les couloirs et la chambre qui imprègnent jusqu’à vos vêtements !!!
Parking gratuit très petit, donc reste le payant...ou la rue!
Mobilier vétuste Et en mauvais état. A ce tarif, autant aller dans la chaîne d’hotel d’entre de gamme...
Heureusement, le personnel est aimable.

Hôtel à refaire très rapidement traces sur les moquettes douteuses et même serviettes de toilette pour pomper les fuites d’eau dans les couloirs, chambre vraiment simple et en mauvais état .Chauffage inexistant.

Séjour bof... Pour le prix... d'extérieur on croit à un hôtel de meilleure qualité. Les sols et murs sont vétustes, le canapé lit grince dès qu'on bouge, le lit n'est pas super, la salle de bain et l insonorisation n en parlons pas... Ça dépanne quoi.

Hôtel en crise

Par apport aux photos vu sur le site, la chambre que nous avons eu, notamment la salle de bain laisse à désirer. La peinture s'ecaille, il y a de la moisissure à la baignoire, la clim réversible fait trop de bruit quand elle se déclenche même en pleine nuit, on entend les voisins même quand ils vont aux toilettes et ce n'est pas que la chasse d'eau. Il n'y avait pas de télécommande pour la télévision qu'on a réclamé. La peinture des murs du couloir s'ecaille. Le garage sous sol est un depos de meubles et d'un petit peu tout. Au petit déjeuner, on a eu de l eau avec du café à la place du café au lait. Je l'ai signalé et ça été réglé. Je pense que cet hôtel rencontre des difficultés financières pour ne pas être entretenu un minimum.

Accueil de nuit (arrivee tardive). Le receptionniste tres aimable a compris ma reservation de taxi entierement de travers, ce qui a conduit a l'annulation de mon taxi le matin suivant et cause une perte de temps.
Hotel convenable, mais mobilier et murs fatigues. Une renovation s'impose. Baignoire tres glissante.

Klimaanlage war leider auch nicht funktionsfähig.
Hygiene war auch naja....
Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hunde sind willkommen, was super war.

Des l arrivé à l acceuil on nous a avertis que nous n aurons pas d eau froide et pas de clim.... dans les couloirs une puanteur ainsi qu une saleté extrême!!!!! Je ne vous parle pas des chambres.... enfin bref exaspéré nous avons rendu les clés au bout de 5mn chrono en main

L’hotel n’est pas du tout un 3 étoiles, tant au niveau des chambres que des prestations.
La climatisation n’a jamais marché, le jour où nous sommes arrivés nous avons eu des draps tachés, la propreté globale de la chambre laissait à désirer.
Sans parler des parties communes qui franchement ont vécue...
Le lit en revanche était bien et la chambre disposait de toutes les commodités.
Nous n’avons pas essayé le petit-déjeuner

De inkom en de gang naar de kamer is toe aan een grondige renovatie. Kamer was netjes, maar ook de badkamer mag opgeknapt worden. Maar al om al goed geslapen en voor een goede prijs.

En panne de climatisation depuis la veille, nous avons été prévenu par message 24 h à l'avance en nous disant que nous pouvions annuler notre séjour. C'était une étape sur la route des vacances avec cinq enfants, inutile de dire que l'annulation était impossible. Nous avons demandé un petit geste car la nuit a été très dure et il faisait très chaud. Nous nous sommes entendus répondre que personne ne pouvait rien faire et que nous avions été prévenus. Simplement un petit déjeuner offert aurait été une preuve de bon sens, car nous avons quand même consommés 8 petits déjeuners en plus des deux chambres réservées !!!

Arrivés vers les environs de 11h45, on a pu accéder à la chambre qu'à partir de 15h qu' il fallait la libérer le lendemain vers 11h30.De plus le mobilier mériterait dêtre rénové( canapé-lit vétuste, pas confortable du tout).

Qs problèmes techniques....

1ère des 3 nuits très chaude... la clim était en panne.
Réparée dès la seconde nuit... mais des pbs électriques viennent prendre la place : coupures intempestives et assez fréquentes (la misère qd on travaille sur PC sans batterie....ou que l'on prend sa douche dans l'obscurité....)
Peut-etre des soucis dus à la chaleur qui seront bien vite résolus je l'espère.
