Hallway did not smell very good. Room dated, dirty, damaged, and had mosquitos inside. Amenities not as advertised. Staff was very helpful in trying to find another suite. We ended up cancelling our reservation. The staff and manager accommodated our request.

We had an absolutely wonderful 2-day stay at Ramada by Wyndham, and honestly, everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed in the Business Room with two queen beds, and the room was incredibly spacious, clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. The price was also surprisingly excellent for everything included.

One of the best parts of our stay was the hospitality. Every staff member was extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful. Whatever extra things we asked for, they happily provided with such kindness and professionalism.

The hotel amenities were amazing as well, especially the indoor heated pool and hot tub jacuzzi. It was such a relaxing experience. The fitness center was well maintained, and there was ample parking space which made everything very convenient.

Another highlight was the free complimentary breakfast at Sahota restaurant located within the property itself. The breakfast was unlimited, delicious, and served in such a beautiful restaurant setting. There were so many good options, and we truly enjoyed every morning there. It honestly felt like dining at a premium restaurant.

Overall, we completely loved our stay here and would definitely return again. Highly recommended for couples, families, or anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with excellent service and amenities!

We stayed here one night on a bike-packing trip with friends of ours. The room was spacious and clean, the staff were amazing, and the amenities were really good. We’d ridden 97km and were hot and tired and it was a great stop. The shower felt sooooo good. We did have to walk a bit for supper but not even a km to the Fox and Fiddle, which was excellent.

The hotel and staff are overall ok and the parking is adequate but the room was another story. The bathroom was really small containing only a tub shower and toilet. The sink was near the door in the main room not where it should be and the toilet was too low with no support bars to assist sitting and getting up. No good for large or overweight or tall people. Will not stay there again.

The staff was very understanding of frustrations led by the corporate web design and redundancy when checking in online and then having to do it again at the desk. There is coffee in the rooms AND the lobby. There is very affordable laundry facilities on site for longer stays, (no need to pack as much).
Only drawback? Same food everyday for the continental breaky and no bacon ever....

We booked this hotel 45 minutes out of our way because it had a pool for the kids. After checking in we were told the pool was closed for maintenance but the hot tub was open. And the pool would be open by first thing the next day- crappy but ok, kids can go in the hot tub and at least we have the morning. (I couldn’t go in the hot tub as I’m pregnant) well come morning both the pool and hot tub were closed with no plan of being reopened. Such a disappointment for this kids and a waste of money for us. We would have stayed somewhere else that actually had working amenities. The front desk staff didnt seem to care either.

Clean, comfortable but missing towels… only had 2 bath. Front desk told me to come down and get them… and provided me with a mixed bag of all kinds of towels but no wash clothes… just gave up.
Didn’t make breakfast, but had a delightful Indian dinner at the attached restaurant. 5 stars for the restaurant (Live Grill)

Hotel was conveniently located, lots of parking out front. Rooms were clean, however bathroom consisted of only a toilet and bathtub which could use some updating. The sink and vanity were located in the room itself, which was odd and a little inconvenient if someone was getting ready while another was trying to sleep. All in all, was a decent stay for a few nights and would stay there again.

We booked this hotel due to the advertised feature of a car charger. It turns out it was a very slow one, but still we charged our car overnight, a bit more expensive than other options, but convenient. There is an overwhelming smell of curry throughout the property due to the Indian restaurant on site. We had the included breakfast but I cannot tell you what it tasted like since all our brain registered was \"curry\". Not really what you want to think of with oatmeal and scrambled eggs. The room was comfortable enough but the toiletries were covered in someone else's shaving debris and the bathtub surround was moldy. Internet worked fine. For the price it was OK but left a lot to be desired.

Needs were super comfy, room was pretty clean, location was perfect. My only concerns are the shower head is so loud and the hour tub isn't what it's advertised as. When we asked about the jets the person at the counter told us that they don't work. So don't list the hot soaker tub as a jacuzzi or hot tub!

Good location. Beds were very comfortable, although one of matresses had a bad stain on it. The shower made a loud sqealing sound so not enjoyable. The pool is very small so not as it appears in the picture. Breakfast was not enjoyable as the restaurant had a bad smell so it was difficult to enjoy and they only had 3% milk for cereal.

Bed uncomfortable, pillows uncomfortable. Heater and fan in room very loud. Bathroom fan loud broken, broken tiles, shower curtain ripped and rod hanging loose. Very disappointed in this stay. Needless to say I will not be returning.

When I went in, I was ‘put on hold’ with a gesture because she was talking to another staff in front of her. After a few seconds, I took opportunity to bring my other stuffs in from the car while they were talking.
Next day, we thought we’d go to the pool but the pool floor’s doesn’t look to be clean, like sanitized clean like other hotels, and the jets weren’t working at the hot tub so we went back to the room early.
We were showering and put on the do not disturb sign on the door. We were there for only a few minutes and the cleaning crews were still around but that day the cleaning didn’t get done in our rooms.
I called the service desk, I was told to go get the towels and refills at the reception myself. We were there 2 nights. We got 2 rooms. Breakfast as continental type but in a restaurant. We thought we would have a sample of the talent of the chefs but that was another missed opportunities. The Executive hotel at Richmond upgraded us to a penthouse, 4 star breakfast at the restaurant next to us.
Anyhow, it was my stepdaughter’s first trip to Canada from US. I travelled a lot previously and appreciated all the hotels I’ve been to previously. I understand why the hotel looks struggling. I wish them well.

Unsafe. Had a fellow pounding on our door at 8:50 pm, waking our daughter, wgile yelling obsenities. Claiming he is switching rooms due from our 6 yearold autistic son bouncing and playing. With the noise restriction for 9:30, and the minimal amount of noise made, my wife and daughter at this point felt unsafe. Without any other communication other than a poor ypung girl at the front desk \"claiming\" to have removed the other guest from the hotel. No response from the hotel manager, or representative for almost two days, when the manger then contacted us asking us to allow us to give them another chance and stay with them.

Very poor response, and service, from the manager all the way to the lacking service desk staff.

The room was amazingly clean. I suffer from an extreme allergy to dust mites, I even brought my vacuum to use. The sheets, bed and room were pretty spotless.

The staff wer friendly and helpful, the pool and hot tub was the reason for my stay in addition to being friendly towards dogs.

The free breakfast had the best waffles ive tasted in a long time. The offering of the breakfast and the cleanliness of the venue was top notch, while being simple and tasty.

We were given a room with 2 queen beds. The one mattress was worn right out causing the outside edge to flatten out and the centre was raised and very uncomfortable to sleep on. We were offered to change rooms but decided to use the one queen instead. Room should never have been rented out in that condition. The toilet is built to accomodate a child since it was so low to the ground. As we are seniors it made it very difficult to use.
