Overall, a disappointing experience. We booked 6 rooms and were promised upgrades — I already paid for half board and rooms with a view. Instead, none of the rooms had a view (far partial view if any), so we were essentially downgraded. The baby crib we were assured never arrived easily. When we requested an extra bed, we were told it would cost 30 JD. I asked to have it added to the room charge if they couldn’t waive it, but the staff insisted on upfront payment, saying — word for word — “to avoid stealing, we need to collect charges beforehand.” I had no choice but to pay. Even basic requests like water came with additional charges. Despite Mr. Awni’s reassurance before check-in that “everything will be great,” the experience turned out to be anything but.

Great property on the Dead Sea with nice private beach complete with mud for full mud bath/ spa experience. Many pools including some adult only and a great pool for swimming laps. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent mixed grill meal. Lots of terrace areas to sit and enjoy the view or a quiet nook. I recommend it.

MY ROOM WAS NOT CLEANED, I spent 2 nights here, the location is good if you wish to experience the dead sea, but the location is out of the way and you can incur phenomenal transportation costs. When I told the front desk they tried to make every excuse for not claening my room, they went so far to say that my wife asked that the room not be cleaned, funny thing, I traveled solo and stayed alone at the hotel at all times. TO this day, no apology has been forthcoming from management about the failure to clean my room, there is no excuse for failing to clean a room, save that issue, my stay was generally pleasant

For a gated resort on the Dead Sea I was hoping for a little more.
Room was spacious and well-equipped, nice little balcony with a view of the sea. The bathroom was also nice and had a bath, though you can’t actually use it, there is no plug.
The private Dead Sea “Beach” was a big draw and there is easy access to the waters. Would be nice if they made a little more effort to prepare the area for guests, maybe remove some of the sharp stones or grade the sand a little. It is just some loungers and chairs put on the coast line with a few showers that barely worked, though the mud packs and bar are nice to have there.
The pools are decent, if a little shabby around the edges, but certainly fun and the water slide a nice addition.
The restaurant was very disappointing. The menu was uninspiring, general international dishes, the quality of the food was poor and the service almost non-existent.

An ok hotel, needs improvement

The hotel is overall ok. However, the room given to us upon checking in does not really have a good seaview, even though we specifically booked and paid for a seaview room. This is quite disappointing. The kettle does not switch off automatically even after water is boiling. Also, the bath tub stopper is either missing of badly leaking so the tub could not be used. Restaurant staff are friendly, but restaurant charge hefty price for drinks.

You can walk right down to the Dead Sea. They have mud there for you, which is a cool experience. The pools are very nice, and it’s a very relaxing atmosphere. The food was pretty good. I would recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our short stay at this lovely hotel. We were quickly checked in and given an upgraded room with a beautiful full sea view. The spacious room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The large buffet breakfast and dinner were good too. We enjoyed the small beach, where we could float in the sea, and there were buckets of mud available.

The guards at the hotel gate didn’t allow me in because I was a male without female (families) according to the security reference, after waiting outside for a while and lengthy negotiation informing them that I have a reservation and I’m coming from a very far distance they allowed me in. When complaining about this to the reception they said this is the hotel policy and they can’t write those policies in the property officially. I’m sooo unsatisfied with the hotel bad treatment which I have never faced in any other hotels…. I would like people to take this in consideration when doing booking

The outdoor areas were very dirty - cigarettes butts, trash in bushes and along walkways, etc. The room was clean but in poor repair - handle fell off bathroom door, mold in bathroom, etc. The pool slide was nice for kids, but overall I would not recommend

Hotel is big, staff is trying to improve the territory - plants trees. Beach small, but with toilet, shower, convenient entry into the sea, buckets of mud. Breakfest is buffet, but no so different (dried and boiled eggs, tasteless sausages, green tomato and some cucumber, some fruits, yougurt and a lot desserts). BUT! Hotel prohibit to come with your own food, drinks and in the hotel itself food very expensive. Gala dinner at New Yera - big sheer disappointment/ Price - 50 yod for person, but in this price included only buffet, some live music and DJ with only arabic and turkich music. Not incl even glass champagne, tea, coffee. Veru boring and all table with local people smoke (i am pregnant and for me it is not so good)

The non reception staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. The reception staff were very unhelpful and at times unpleasant. The gym was absolutely filthy and the bedding and beach towels are old, ripped and stained.
The location is good and the spa was good too.

This is a great spot!! Right on the Dead Sea, you can go get your bucket of mud and rub your skin down and go float a few minutes-- or you can go in one of the 5(?) swimming pools. Good breakfast and you can get to Petra from here.

Had a delux room, it was quite comfy and clean. I love the hotel because it has good pool varieties specially for kids unlike most of dead sea hotels.
Dinner was very tasty and generous, definitely would recommend to enjoy dinner there.
one drawback is the central AC, with not so good cooling.
Personally, i consider deadsea spa as one of the best price for value hotels in dead sea

Was very bad, annoying and insulting check-in, I came with my friend to relax and make some color before we travel to Europe, they said the owner of the hotel didn't allow to single guys to stay at the hotel and these policy wrote in Expedia, I asked them to show me this policy, but no body show it to me because it's not exist. In order to stay our night we should be family or couples. They refused us to check in, they told us they will speak to the hotel's owner about us, they back with sorry we can't host you. My friend refused to leave and continue speak to them, after they spoke to security manager at the hotel, he came and made some jokes with us after he allowed us to stay our night. We are well educated and intelligent guys from good families, it was really insulting and unprofessional actions from them. Definitely will not repeat it at all

A nice, large upscale hotel, situated just a short walk from the Dead Sea. I had a nice room facing the pool and the sea complete with balcony. Lots of swimming pools in the hotel and a good pool towel service. I particularly enjoyed the pub, especially during Happy Hour when the venue was packed with guests due to the 2-for-1 promotion on drinks. If you don't want the formality of dining in the restaurant the pub also does inexpensive bar meals, such as tuna mayonnaise roll with chips and salad. You can also order a pizza to your room. Parking at the hotel was free and the secure car park is enormous.

A lovely hotel with very comfortable mountain view room, which was very clean, well appointed with good bathroom and a treat to stay in. Exceptional breakfast and lovely meal for dinner, served efficiently and most respectfully with a genuine willingness to please. Beautiful location and very easy access to Dead Sea beach area. Lovely swimming pools....just sorry my husband and I could only stay one night! We used the safe in the room as advised by general customer welcome information as apparently security could not be guaranteed.

the price is quite a deal tbh. the pools are nice and the dead sea... wow! really impressive when you don’t get it in your eyes. yeah... it burns like hell. i was kinda worried when i was reading some of the reviews and because of the low price compared to other hotels in the area. our experience turned out to be very good. the couch was kinda filthy, the outside of the windows too.. who cares. the hotel, facilities and the room itself were very clean. most comfortable bed we’ve had in jordan too. the staff was nice, offered us an upgrade to a deluxe room which we refused and kept the older room to get the see view and it was worth it. now the bad... you can’t bring outside food for safety reasons... yeah right. all the hotels do that so they can charge you for everything. just hide your stuff well and you’ll be fine :) the buffet is overpriced. order a la carte and you’ll be fine. alcool: expect to get a second mortgage it you want to get drunk. that’s it! good place, don’t pay more than that unless you get a good deal somewhere else because food and drinks will cost you quite a lot. all the hotels in the area are the same

It’s totally adequate and nice. The room and pools were great. Food pretty nice. However staff did not provide us with a map at check in which they were supposed to and at a sprawling big hotel like this it’s essential. Also we didn’t get any information about the spa so we missed the chance to use it. Overall really great time but the hotel could do even better.

The hotel offers lots of swimming pool options, and ample space to enjoy the sun! There always seemed to multiple sun chairs available. The hotel room was quite basic, but served it's purpose. Sound travelled quite easily though, so other individuals opening their hotel doors, or parties outside were difficult to tune out.

The location is the only thing that is very good about this hotel, due to it's close proximity to the Dead Sea. The cleaning staff are very nice and made a lot of effort to keep the room clean and tidy. The breakfast was also very good.

Sadly the property is not soundproof. There is a lot of noise coming through the walls, especially at night when live music is constantly playing.

The drinks and snack are overpriced and the security guards make thorough checks to ensure no guests bring any food or snacks from outside. They actually confiscate them, so you are force to pay rip off price for food within the resort! The outdoor swimming pool is very cold, it has no heating function.

This hotel needs some brushing up to sparkle like other hotels in the area. I find it odd when bath towels in a bathroom are threadbare in the edges. And the tub faucet is so worn out the it won’t allow for a shower unless manually held in shower position. Crouching for a shower after a Dead Sea mud bath isn’t easy.

Location is great. Right on the Dead Sea and you can swim and put mud on you if you like. The room was pretty comfortable and in good condition except all the linens looked old and needed replacement. In addition, the lighting was very dim. I’m not sure if there was an ecological reason for this. I was neutral about the spa services. The massage was good but the facial certainly wasn’t worth the money. Neither felt very special and what you’d expect at a resort hotel.

Well... first lobby staff looks like they don’t like their job, never a smile, always in rush, makes me feel like they don’t want you ask for anything... they didn’t let my Uber get inside the hotel to pick me up, they said only hotel transportation can pick me up inside, hotel transportation is 45 dinar/ my Uber 20 dinar, I had to walk all the way up with my suitcases... my reservation with Expedia was a room with ocean view but I didn’t get one because they said I have a standar room, I don’t know if it was a hotel or Expedia fault... not all was bad, restaurant staff very nice people, spa massages 5stars!

Stayed one night in february. Huge room, clean, nice view. Towels and furniture need some renew.
Breakfast tasty, fresh made omelets, very attentive cook chef.
We do not tried lunch or dinner.
Swimming pool Area dirty, water cold.
Dead sea beach is disaster, not mainted ať All.
Very limited eat or shopping around.

GOOD or a night or two

Service was polite and fast both at check-in and dinner/breakfast. Shame about all the day tourists that are loud and take up space at the beach. Mud is a fun extra. Food quality is okay for dinner buffet and good for breakfast.

The hotel has lots of choices for outdoor spaces and pool areas. of course, the direct access to beach is perfect.

Private Beach and access to the dead sea with a free mud mask/bath available at all time. Nice facilities,
Pools are seperated by age, big gym and nice restaurant with good food. Spa is expensive thou.

We stayed here two nights. Some of the old comments said that the place could use freshening up so we came prepared for that but for our good surprise, it was pretty fresh and nice!!

The entire stay was really nice. Very friendly hotel staff and drivers to get you around. I’d definitely recommend it!
