Great hotel for a short stay in Istanbul

Spent three nights at this hotel on a recent trip to Istanbul—lovely and friendly staff, great location and was well looked after.

Some great local restaurants are just meters away from the hotel. Going up to Taksim is easy jump in a cab. For the old city simply walk to Aksaray and jump on the tram.

Good location. Free shuttle to overpriced tourist restaurants and a Bosporos cruise. Tiny room, had to walk against wall to get past bed. Staff most courteous. There is an alcohol-free \"lounge\" that only serves breakfast. Good choice for the price.

Initially the staff member Nihad? was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was an excellent range and the foyer is very attractive. The second shift tried to sell me an expensive airport trip, incorrectly trying to convince that Uber is banned. The bathroom in the room was quite unhygienic, tiny and with a noisy fan. Room was tiny - needing attention and repairs

Max 2 stars hotel

Not worth more than 2 stars.
Rooms are very small. Very loud, Wall doors and windows are not soundproofed.
Breakfast very basic compared to other hotels in Istanbul.
The only ok part of my stay is the location of the hotel and the price.

I left this hotel after the first night. First off all, the walls were so thin that I woke up 3-4 times that night from the sounds of water in the pipes and people talking in the hallway. The pipes were the worst as whenever someone used the bathroom or shower in another room, there was a sudden screech of water running, about as loud as a vacuum cleaner! It would jolt me awake - very uncomfortable.

I might have settled for a different room, except for the hotel's treatment of me and my fiance. First, my fiance came in to help me take my luggage up (he lives nearby and I chose this hotel to be close to him). One of the staff members told him he is not allowed to go up with me AT ALL if he is not a guest and physically pushed him away from my bag! We explained he would not be staying but he made my fiance pay to come up with me and was so rude to us!

Later, when I complained to the front desk about this and the water, their response was to gaslight me. They said this was normal protocol (it's not - I've stayed in multiple hotels and this was beyond rude), and suggested that I was sensitive to noise since \"no other guest has ever complained about the noise there.\"

I decided to keep my dignity and left 15 minutes later. Never again will stay here!

Es war wirklich die reinste Katastrophe, das gebuchte Zimmer nicht erhalten , mehrmals von Zimmer zu Zimmer versetzt unfreundliches Personal . Zudem sind im ganzen Hotel Baustellen es ist alles dreckig , ach bitte gebt ein paar Euro mehr aus und sucht euch ein anständiges Hotel außer der Lage gab es ernsthaft nichts positives bloß die FINGER WEG !!!!

Hotellet såg väldigt bra ut på bilder. När vi kom fram till hotellet så såg nästan allting annorlunda ut än vad bilderna visade. Vi fick byta rummet två gånger för att känna oss lite nöjda. Det enda positiva med hotellet är att den ligger bra till i Istanbul, där man kan ta buss precis utanför hotellet. Rummen var ganska små, sängen var ganska liten för och vara för två personer. Vi fick exempelvis hår i maten när vi åt frukost, vi sa till personalen men ingen brydde sig riktigt. Under hela vistelsen så luktade det rök överallt, till och med rummet (om man vill öppna fönstret) Har man astma osv då är det ganska svårt att vänja sig med detta!

Das Preis Leistungs Verhältniss war super, ein wirkliches Schnäppchen und hat eine super Lage zu Fatih und eminönü, das Frühstück war sehr mager und der Zigaretten Geruch im Flur sowie in unserem Zimmer war kaum auszuhalten für mich als Raucher schon schrecklich als nicht Raucher unerträglich, Personal war sehr freundlich Zimmer waren auch schön eingerichtet und wurden top top gereinigt

Das Farina Hotel ist in einem schlechten Zustand. Die Zimmer sind sehr heruntergekommen und das Frühstück ist eine Katastrophe. Das positive ist die Lage und man kommt schnell an seine Ziele, aber Preis Leistung ist nicht gerechtfertigt.

Das Hotel wurde renoviert, optisch schön, neue Möbel, Frühstück Gut. Das Zimmer unterm Dach ist nicht zu empfehlen, da durch die Vögel/Möven ein ruhiger schlaf unmöglich ist.
Es ist sehr zentral und nur zum schlafen optimal.

Öncelikle girişte bulunan resepsiyon beyefendi çok güler yüzlü ve kibardi. Ancak objektif olarak yorum yapmam otel için de faydalı olacaktır. Odamızda 3 ayrı yatak vardı ve yataklar birlesmiyordu. Çift olarak gitmiştik. Oda içerisinde yerler çok kirliydi. Yerde kestane vardı. Duş bölümünde ise gider hemen tikaniyordu ve taşıyordu.
Kahvaltı da ise bulunan beyefendi ve hanımefendi nin yüzü çok asıktı.

Das Hotel an sich war ok. Zentral gelegen und gute Lage. Rezeption personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück Buffet war standart nichts besonderes was aber ok war. Was die Zimmerreinigung angeht leider nicht wie erwartet. Ich hätte etwartet das eine tägliche Reinigung erfolgt wobei ich leider enttäuscht wurde. Ich habe 4 Nächte übernachtet und es wurde einmal gereinigt, und das erst nachdem ich mich bei der Rezeption beschwert habe. Ich finde diese leistung sehr schwach.

Le personnel de l'hotel était accueillant et attentif à nos demandes. Les chambres étaient un peu étroites étroites mais pour un court séjour Okay. La propreté dans les chambres était sans reproche. Je recommanderai l'hotel à d'atres amis.
