We had fantastic stay in Nagehan hotel. The hotel owner Hamzeh and all other staff such as Bayram and Ali made our stay very good and comfort. They helped us in many things and provided extra things that normal hotels don't offer. We were offered a free pudding when we arrived.
Rooms were cleaned well everyday and supplied with enough towels, toiletries, coffee and tea. The breakfast was various and tastes very good. The man responsible for staff was very good and always making sure to fill any empty dishes. It doesn't matter if you come late for breakfast because you will find the dishes full always. The breakfast area is bright and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in this hotel in the future.

Booking system with Hotels.com doesnt work well. When I came to my hotel It was told me that I dont have done any booking even I had received confirmation letter in my email and money were taken from account. Manager of hotel offered to me one day in another hotel but this hotel wasn't finished yet. They are still building the upper levels. Room was very dusty, not working fridge, very noisy coz of work(they mentioned that)but staff was very nice and helpful...
Next day we moved to our hotel (3mins far) where I actually booked accommodation for 5 days. First day in our room didn't work air-condition thats meant to move again to another room and that was already very ennoying. In new room didnt work shower properly, toilet was liking, they didnt do housekeeping every day or they done it at 6:30pm...I had to go ask for toilet paper, non left.. breakfast was real basic... And accommodation was pretty expensive.

Manglende rengøring kun hvis du selv beder om det. Slidt seng ødelagt og dårlig komfort. Morgenmaden er ikke det værd- uhygiejnisk. Gardiner på værelset sort af kul udefra de har ikke været vasket i flere år. Personalet bliver fornærmet over det hvis I beder om rengøring. Placeringen i skidt kvarter hvor der er narkomaner. Der er tale om et hotel i et elendigt, meget muslimsk område med meget ringe infrastruktur, utrolig megen trafik og virkelig få adspredelsesmuligheder i det umiddelbare område. Der er næsten ingen aftenbelysning og kvarteret er meget faldefærdigt. Morgenmaden er ikke specielt god, selvom den ansvarlige for buffeten er vældigt flink.
Meget simple værelser og helt ekstrem ringe lydisolering, så man føler næsten, man er med inde hos naboen!!!

Hübsches Zimmer für Guten Preis
Das Zimmer im Hotel war der Altstatt sehr nah und innerhalb von 30 Minuten war man bei jeder Sehenswürdigkeit von Istanbul ... für uns interessant, aber für andere ewentuell furchteinflössend ist die Nähe zu einem Armenvirtel, das man in der Nacht umgehen sollte. Das Zimmer war süß und die Betten sauber ... lediglich in den Ritzen der Dusche sammelte sich etwas Schimmel. Für den Preis war ich jedoch sehr positiv überrascht und die einrichtung war sehr modern auch einen safe hatte man im Preis drinn.

Schlafen unmöglich- Mega hellhörig.
