Got a room on this hotel, sheets were full of hair and other substance, ( pictures attached), absolutely disgusting. I spoke to front desk and she transfered me to another room . On the new room, Floor was dirty, shower head wasn't working, microwave didn't work. I requested a discount or refund do to poor conditions and was denied. I already contacted Expedia and waiting on a resolution.Sad.

It was the worst experience I've ever had. I was there with my one-year-old son, and there were even cockroaches. On the last day, I woke up with one in the bed next to my son. I don't recommend this hotel; it's disgusting, and nothing works.

This place is a dump! I do not recommend this place to anyone. They don’t clean your rooms and don’t give you clean towels. They don’t go and sweep your floor but they will give you a broom and mop so you can clean your room yourself. I had to keep asking for toilet paper. The rooms stink and the bed sheets had yellow stains. The bed is not comfortable at all, and the pillows are flimsy. They don’t had blankets either. They had a sheet and that’s it. Stay away from this hotel.

When we arrived at 3 pm they didn’t have the rooms ready, they made us wait in the lobby for a while and nobody was coming to give us more information until we told them that we were going to cancel our reservation. They claimed that the rooms were being cleaned. The room had a musty smell. Dirty lamp and shower curtain. The walls in the bathroom were repaired in a very poorly way. There was no bathroom cabinet nor drawers for storage. Not even a hair dryer and when I went to inquired for one at the front desk they said they had none. It took a while to get warm water in the shower not even hot, just warm. The floors were so dirty that we cleaned them with our socks. This is a 99 dollars per night hotel. It wasn’t cheap. We will never stay here again.

The room smelled of mold. You could smell it as you walked in and I was so sorry I didn't turn around and check right out. We were in town for my sister's funeral and because of so many expenses, I had to find somewhere that did not cost too much out of our budget. I regret staying there but I had no choice, we could not afford anywhere else. I sprayed air freshener each time I entered the room and that barely helped but something should be done about that.

Mixed experience — great staff, rough rooms

The staff was genuinely great — friendly, helpful, and the only real positive part of this stay. Unfortunately, the rooms themselves were a letdown.

The room was beat up and ugly, clearly worn down and overdue for renovation. While the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the sheets and towels were clean, everything else felt neglected. The floors were sticky, which immediately made the room feel unsanitary, and there was a strong chemical smell that lingered the entire time.

You can tell they try, and the staff deserves credit, but the condition of the rooms seriously drags this place down. With some major updates and better cleaning of surfaces, this could be decent — as it stands, it’s hard to recommend unless you have no other option.

Cleaniness of room upon arrival seemed as if someone else was there just before we arrived. Room smelled as if there was mold and if ac had not ran for hours. Bathroom had fake eyelashes all over sink and toilet, let alone some type of small hairs in the tub, with an open used soap bar that was melted to the side of the tin as if it had been sitting there for days, alone with the plastic cover of a razor blade. Brought it to the attention of the \"General Manager\" on duty and made the mistake of believe his words that \" he would discount my rate for my 3 night stay due to the inconvenience and not wanting me to have that kind of experience, just tl find out when i checked out sunday morning that there was nothing in the system that had been adjusted on my rates and front attendant stated she could not reach him on the weekends, so apparrently made me and offer and then was MIA when time came to check out.

The hotel was okay overall. The room was clean and the location was convenient, which made the stay manageable. However, when I arrived, there was no one at the front desk and it took about 15 minutes for reception to come out and assist me.

Once helped, the staff was polite, and the rest of the stay was fine. With a bit more attentiveness at the front desk, the experience would have been better.

I stayed there for a week and didn't get towels chance once neither the room cleaned up. Every time I asked to the housekeeping lady for new towels she said that either had none or ran out of it. Room is extremely noisy, you can hear everything inside, from people talking/walking on the hallway to next room tv or above room people steps. I would NOT recommend this to anyone.

The kitchen did not have any plates, glasses or cooking materials.
The manager was very disrespectful and short in his reply to a situatgion. I was loading my car and had to take several trips. I left my room at 10:45 am to begin loading after my first load my key did not work on the door leading to the elevator . When i told him his reply was the key no longer works after check out. I still had luggage and my dog to retrieve i replied check out is 11 it is 10:48 am he then told the young lady at the desk to fix my card. He never apologized for his rudeness. I am sure this will not affect him since he most likely gets the reviews. I also witnessed him having the same dismissive attitude with another person while waiting to get towels. It is my hope that he reevaluates how he treats customers, The hotel is an affordable option and very convenient. I will not stay there again. The young man that checked me in was very patient handling a situation much more detailed and time consuming with a person checking in in front of me, and the manager could not be bother by a key card expiring too early.

Immediately when we walked in the beds were dirty
And the TV didn’t work then they offered a different room which one we walked in the AC was off and it smelled like mold. So they offered another room handing us two keys to go check out two other floors and one of the rooms me as well so we took the other one to avoid having to find another place to stay. We went to dinner by the time we come back from dinner the front office was closed and the phone in the room isn’t working. The TV isn’t working correctly the bathrooms look like they weren’t cleaned. We asked to get refunded, but they said it would have to go through the third-party and it was gonna be very hard. We are not happy at all with the condition of this place

This property is not suitable for Visitors who travel to Miami . Before you book please make sure that you don’t need anything below
1. They never clean the room for 2 weeks
2. Never change the bed cover or any bathroom towels
3. There is no room service or front desk to call
4 . Kitchen area no cutlery or plates or even a single pot
Fridge is 20 year old with a bad smell
We have to take the garbage if it’s full due to no housekeeping .
No airport transportation or any local transportation
You have to use Uber or own vehicles

The property did not match the photos shown in the listing and was in very poor cleanliness condition.
Upon arrival, the room was not properly cleaned and did not meet basic hygiene standards.
Because of this, I did not feel comfortable staying and had to leave.
I would not recommend this property unless significant improvements are made.

I was underwhelmed by my experience here. I arrived for check in at 4pm and the desk was closed with a shutter pulled down! After calling the hotel number, someone came out to assist about 5 minutes later.
The room had a weird musty mixed with citrus scent and the floor was very sticky.

The elevator also made a loud creaking sound.

Arrived at 2:30 no rooms ready. Check in at 3 so went back at 3 and still no rooms they had to recheck if anything available after 10min finally found room. Room was dirty. Bed had crumbs on it and fridge looks super stained and had food/drinks inside. Wouldn’t stay here again seems like it’s just for people long term and homeless.

The staff wasnt super friendly and the hotel itself is not very accessible as in there were no luggage carts or sliding doors so you had to open each door (only single doors) while carrying all your crap. Also for 4 stories there was only 1 elevator that sounded like it was about to break. There was a tv but no channels. There were no utensils or cups or coffee maker or anything in the room so even if you wanted to cook something you had to go buy it all yourself. The comforter on the bed is super thin so you might bring your own blanket if you book here. Only positive thing was the bed was actually really comfortable or i was just really tired.

Upon check in. The process was extremely slow. The next morning I went to shower and asked the maid in the hallway for extra towels, she replied there were none available as they were all being washed and if we needed any at that moment we should go to the store to purchase more. Upon leaving for the day shortly after that to ask the front desk for fresh towels, no one was present at the desk to assist us. The unit was extremely ran down and not well kempt. I would NEVER return to this establishment. They need to close the doors.

It smelt bad it was dirty, found pubic hairs, and a spider in the tub. Don’t think they realize all the food in grime on the outside of the refrigerator comes off. It smelled as if someone didn’t take out the trash. It was awful to top it off. I was traveling with a nine-year-old the hotel would not offer me to transfer my last day on reservation so this single mother with a single income had to spit out more money for another hotel so that we can take a shower and sleep in a clean environment. The pictures that are displayed are not at all what you get . DON’T STAY HERE. I was told I will be refunded for the second night. I will repost because we will see how that goes.

The hotel provides very limited services to its guests. The hotel has a restaurant on site, but does not provide any room service to its guests. Additionally, there is minimal customer service provided to guests. I had requested if there was cutlery which could be brought up to the room. The response from the front desk, was that I could come to and get my own plastic cutlery.

Lastly, room service did not provide us with a complete turn down service on our first night during our stay. This hotel appeared to be running on a skeleton crew. If you're thinking about checking in here. Think again and consider other hotels with better service nearby.

Room had mildew, leaking toilet, hole punched in bathroom door, fixtures corroded and crusted with orange hard water and rust, no comforter on the bed, foul smell coming out of the AC and the fire alarm went off in the room next door for over 30 minutes around 6AM with no staff on site to shut it off or provide guidance for us to know if it was a true event that required evacuation.
Barely slept and if we could have just picked up and gone somewhere else we would have.
Not truly a staff issue but more of a maintenance and upkeep issue, the gentleman that checked us in was very nice and professional. But by the time we came back and got ready to go to sleep, all staff was gone.

Worst experience I have had when staying at any hotel in my life. The hotel smelled terrible once you pass through the doors. Not only that but they gave me the keys to a room where there was someone staying it or at least that’s what it looked like since I close the door immediately once I saw the TV on and towels in the floor. When I got back they gave me another room and the smell was even worst, smelled like humid wood and saw a few cockroach. Need a refund immediately.

We would never stay in this hotel again!!! Everything inside the hotel looked used and outdated, like if they went ahead and got all the furniture, light fixtures etc to a clearance warehouse. Housekeeping is a joke!!! They have a sign all over that seas Housekeeping is every two weeks . If God forgive you need fresh towels, soap etc they would charge you!!!! Parking lot full of working trucks and crapy vehicles with expired tags!!!

This is the worst experience I have ever had. I think the hotels on 8th street are better than this. It took 3 times for me to get a clean room- its as if the people just checked out and I was checking right in- dirty sheets and trash. I finally got a clean room and it had the worst smell in it. I went to shower and there was no water pressure- the best part you may ask? The fire alarm going off because of the steam of the bathroom. When I opened my door another guest opened his and said \"were you showering? thats normal that the fire alarm goes off\". When I told the front desk all the gentleman said to me was \"sorry\" and shrugged his shoulders.

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind. We walked into our room 308 and turned around and left.
The entire floor and room smelled like weed. The floors were dirty. The room and bedding was dirty and smelled. We left and went back to chrck out the next day. I felt very unsafe in the area. I felt bad for leaving so i didnt tell anyone.

This place should not be listed on Hotels.com. It has been the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I paid $120 for a room/hotel that should cost around $50. The rooms are clearly nothing like the ones shown before booking. People should not stay at this hotel. The front desk clerk told several guests that thefts happen frequently inside the hotel. There was also a strong smell of weed. Some of the staff were wearing visitor badges, which shows they don’t have a stable team. The bed sheets had hair from previous guests and visible stains. The floor was dirty, and the windows had marks. As soon as I entered the room, I checked out immediately because I didn’t want to expose my family to spending a night there. It was a rip-off.

The room smell like pure humidity and off course when look at the wall the panel of brakes is a rusty and the wall paint has mark of water likage. Bathtub was still with hair. The towels were stain. The sheets of the bed and pillows smell like they weren’t dry fully so they smell like a sweaty dog.

The arrival was SUPER CREEPY. Place was dirty, smelled like WEED. The room was THE WORST ROOM I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. The bathroom door had a hole like someone punched it.
