I asked the deep about parking and he said park in the mall parking which was very full. Found parking on second floor of garage and dragged my luggage down stairs and the person in front of me checking in was told by the same clerk parking on 3rd floor of garage. At 80 it was hard enough checking in. Food next morning was cold.I was booked and had payed for two days but check out after the first after such disappointing experiences. Out the second days room cost but couldn't stay another day.

This is my second time staying at this hotel and the service received has always been top notch! Rooms were comfortable, I did have a small AC issue in my room during my last stay but it did not make me uncomfortable. Proximity to the mall is a huge advantage. Whilst all the staff I interacted with were pleasant, I must mention Ian on front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate my request to extend my stay and the female bartender (did not get her name) who made the most delicious drinks and was overall very pleasant to interact with. I will definitely stay again.

Housekeeping needs training ASAP

We stayed two nights in separate reservations. Front desk staff were consistently polite and helpful.
Cleanliness was terrible both times. The first room we stayed at smelled terribly of mildew, we were then moved to a second room that had hairs on the bed. Front desk was very helpful even when I was strongly complaining.
Our second reservation a day later, as we were greeted, housekeeping was sent to make sure the room was ready but upon entering we immediately picked up hair from the bathroom floor, the bath mat was dirty and stained and the shower was filthy.
This is a shame because the hotel looks nice, beds are comfortable, parking is plenty and the food at the bar was decent.

Breakfast was the only let down - a fair selection but all the hot items (eggs/potatoes etc) were stone cold, didn't feel great value for 25 dollars (after tax) . Good coffee though!

The staff was amazing. I was returning “home” to Miami for a relatives funeral and they weee so kind and patient with me. Ian was amazing at check in and he really made me feel welcomed and extended his condolences. He was fase friendly and efficient. Thank you! There was another young lady in the evening with short black hair from PR that was so helpful. I was so exhausted from an emotionally draining week and she was very patient with me. The bartenders were also amazing as well. Great experience overall.

Hotel is located in very good location in Kendall, just 2 minutes walking from Dadeland Mall

Property has nice design and architecture, but our room floor felt like it wasn’t cleaned before our arrival, window curtain wasn’t working well and hair dryer rack was broken

These things were not big issues, I would definitely stay here again, but next time I would address these, and maybe ask to change room if the floor doesn’t feel clean enough

The only thing I found off putting was the smell in the reception lobby. I actually thought there was a sewage/drainage issue... turns out that's the properties signature scent .. not sewage / drainage.... an actual perfume that is dispersed to set the mood. Not for my olfactory

This is my favorite hotel in Miami. I stayed for the first time back in March and now it is the only place I will stay at when traveling to Miami. It is right next to the mall and there are great restaurants in the area, free parkimg and I enjoy my time in Miami every time I stay here.

Front Desk Supervisor, Charlie, was particularly helpful during our latest stay. Tried his best to accomodate us when we arrived early for check-in.

Dangerous toilet seat

Toilet seat lid was broken and very uncomfortable to sit on. Unsafe because you slip off every time. The toilet seat lid and bottom did not match so it caused the seat tear even more. The toilet broke at one point and we had to get help from reception in the middle of the night. This is an accessible room. The chairs and cabana at pool area were dirty and unable to be used.

There were STRONG fragrances throughout the public areas. I'm sensitive to that and was grateful it was not used in the bedroom.
Water pressure in the shower was weak.
Towels were not soft and felt like a cheap gym.
Thermostat was set at 70 when I went to bed and was at 65 when i woke up. I set it to 72 and went into shower, when i got out it was on heater and blowing warm area.

Hair in the shower

Room was not cleaned properly, hair in the shower and the floor had not been moped in weeks. Bartender had a horrible attitude, not helpful when we asked for pool towels repeatedly.
Great location but they need to do much better cleaning the rooms.
