I had a lovely stay here in Coconut Grove in January 2026. The building is gorgeous with a pool on an upper floor and a spacious lobby. The location is perfect for walking to businesses and restaurants just a few blocks away in the Grove. The room price includes free parking in the hotel's covered garage, a big plus in the Miami area. The room itself was perfect! Comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. The host was responsive and excellent. I will stay here again!

I had an issue with the flight for my friend and needed to change the reservation. Expedia said they could not approve the refund without the owners approval. I got the owners approval and Expedia still would not approve the refund. The room was fine but Expedia was terrible. I was required by the Expedia agents to check out of the hotel before they would consider the refund. I checked out and then they denied the refund. This is terrible serve by Expedia.

The room was ok/good. Two issues that required me to ask for a maintenance person to come help with us: fix the balcony door (not fixed entirely as one piece was missing and needed another moment to be installed), and the safe (which took the person 10’ to find a solution for).
Overall, you’ll go for that studio to be in a nice neighborhood. The parking is convenient. We didn’t use the pool but it looked good.

This was a 200/10 experience. The host welcomes you with a complimentary bottle of champagne and a credit to enjoy the pools bar. Although there’s isn’t free breakfast $19 for a buffet is unbeatable especially with Miami food prices. I felt 1000% safe without your key card there’s no way around the hotel. Words cannot describe how much I enjoyed the stay, the room, the staff etc. I will most definitely recommend this to others and hope you guys enjoy it too.

The property was in a very populated area with lots of shops, restaurants and nightlife (if that’s your thing). The studio was very clean and there were no issues at all. Unlike hotel rooms, I could not hear what was happening right next door, so it was quiet as well.

The only issues we had were the coffee pot did not work properly, would fight with it every morning just to get it to work and then the coffee would not be hot. The TV was a pain to work. It would not stay connected to the Internet. While our personal devices stayed connected without issue, the tv would get disconnected constantly and we would spend more time trying to reconnect it than we did actually watching tv. Was very frustrating.

The room is small and the large fridge old so that the compressor is very noisy. The balcony, which is tiny, was filthy and unusable.
A dishonest owner and poor maintenance means this should be avoided.

Good room despite not being part of the hotel. I had never stayed at a vacation rental and changing the sheets and towels seemed overpriced. We had an issue with the A/C and water on the floor, but the engineer of the hotel fixed it the same night. I did not like that when we asked about the light in the closet, they told us it was the owner’s responsibility and they only fixed the A/C “as a favor.” We paid for a service and fixing something so important as the A/C is somebody’s responsibility, not a favor. It seems they need more communication with the hotel to share the responsibilities.
It was nice to find a gift card for a restaurant and the bottle of champagne, those were great details. The location is perfect! Walkable and lots of things to do around.

The place is nice overall, but the main issue is the noise from the elevators. If you don’t mind hearing the elevators going up and down all night, then I’d recommend it. However, if noise is a concern, this might not be the best option. Additionally, there was a fire alarm going off in the hallway and another apartment that needed a battery change. I asked someone to turn it off, but it wasn’t addressed until the following day. Aside from these issues, everything else was fine.

We had an amazing experience at iCoconutGrove, in Coconut Grove, Miami. The location is unbeatable—the best in the Grove. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and secure, and being within a hotel meant access to great amenities like the gym and pool.

There was no housekeeping offered. There were no USB ports and it was quite dated. Walls are very thin and noise travels. The staff were not particularly warm. The room itself was gorgeous and exactly as advertised with the exception that I reserved an ocean view room and my room actually faced the city - no water in sight from my balcony. This is a wonderful place to stay. It is a short walk to a lot of shopping, and restaurants including Cocowalk, as well ask parks and jogging paths. Just across the street is a place to rent paddle boards and get out on the water using a simple app. It really is in the heart of Coconut Grove.

I really liked the area, wasn't too far from the Airport or attractions like the Viscaya Museum and Gardens or even the Beach. Very clean, had nice pool and gym and hot tub. Everything was amazing the staff were nice and accommodated for my needs. What could be improved is to offer more variety of transport near by other than Uber like a trolley (if it is possible) or more late checkout options, but otherwise it was a lovely space and I would definitely come here again. 5/5 :)

This was a great property, with a gorgeous view! It was clean and a lot of thought went into this particular unit to include bottle of champagne, restaurant gift card and extra towels. The full, well stocked kitchen with kitchenware was very nice as well. However, limited access to the front desk staff and horrific parking/parking garage is an absolute turn off! The staff are not very helpful. They are the reason for this unit not being a 5 star unit. I understand there is a line of separation of responsibilities between the hotel and the iCoconut Grove unit but with the hotel
