This hotel was a wonderful surprise in Brickell, Miami. The Atwell suites were very well designed, quiet, and most comfortable. Located very near Brickell Center, it was also very convenient to shopping and some excellent restaurants. We booked last minute, and having stayed in Brickell before, we had no idea what to expect from this hotel. But I could not praise the Atwell Suites more enthusiastically. They were simply terrific and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We stayed in a two bedroom suite but I was surprised to see there was only one full bathroom for both the rooms + one half bathroom. The doors did not close, they had no lock or anything. The kitchen had a mini fridge, a sink and a microwave but no cutlery or anything to use on it, which was not convenient as we were traveling with an infant and a toddler. The phone to call the lobby was broken.

They had changed my booking last minute and I was never told. When I came in the hotel they said it was upgraded with two connecting rooms instead of a suite, when I got in our room, the connecting door was so loud and hard to open.

The hotel was okay overall. I didn’t like how when I got there and went to the front desk to grab my keys that I had to pay $300 for damage control or whatever they do. Clearly impacted my vacation to Miami because it was a part of my spending money. There was also a huge language barrier with the guy at the front desk so I didn’t understand why I was paying anything else when I already paid for my room in full. Also I was told that I would get it back immediately which has not happened. And from looking it up on google, I’m under the impression that it could take up to 14 days which is not cool at all

Great location and service ,needing a little TLC

Hotel stay was great ! Deferred maintenance
Need attention .missing grout inside shower stall ,mold growing all over the tiles on floors and walls.,patch done above the shower head very poorly completed.paint peeling. Bathroom needs to be repaint with either an egg shell or semigloss paint to keep the mold from growing back . Fan needs cleaning

We had a great experience staying at Atwell Suites. The suite was spacious, extremely clean, and well-maintained. Check-in and check-out were both smooth and easy — the lady at the front desk was very kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home. The view from our room was a lovely bonus and added to the relaxing atmosphere.

The location was also perfect — we were able to walk to Brickell City Centre at night, which was super convenient and made our evening even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The room was spacious, two bathrooms, a little kitchen area with a sink, coffee maker, microwave and small fridge, the bed was comfortable and the view was beautiful. The staff was very kind and accommodating!

Breakfast was very very limited, I actually never experienced such a small selection for hotel breakfast. The rooms were ok, our safe wasn’t working, the bathroom had only the very basic amenities, no shower cap etc. The towels were horrible…. The fluff would make me sneeze, in the light you will see the fluff in the air as soon as you open the towel.

I must say Atwell suites is my to go to hotel every time I in Miami , the balcony and the view is breathtaking that’s my second times stayed at Atwell , the staff very pleasant especially Daniel. I recommend this hotel to anyone that staying to Miami.

Most comfortable stay

We had the best stay at Atwell Suits! They upgraded our room, which was a pleasant surprise and made our experience even better. The hospitality was outstanding – every staff member we interacted with was warm and helpful. The receptionist, in particular, was amazing and very cooperative, offering great suggestions for city tours and even helping us by storing our luggage after checkout.

The room itself was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The rooftop access was an added bonus – a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view.

And the cherry on top – the location was just perfect! Everything we needed was nearby, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city.

Overall, Atwell Suits exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the city!
