I noticed the room did not have rags and towels so I called down, they told me they were sending someone up and never did. I waited an hour to call again, they still never brought anyone up. I had to go down anyway so I asked front desk, thought they gave me both but it was only towels. I didn’t realize until the morning so I called again, and I waited 30 mins for someone again, who only brought TOWELS! He had to go back down to bring rags, and only brought 2 rags!!!! Mind you, it’s me and my gf. We don’t wash our face with the same rag we wash our body with!!!

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. After spending a significant amount of money and choosing this property based on the clean and welcoming appearance advertised online, I expected a much better experience.

Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. There were fecal stains on the toilet seat and multiple stains on the bed sheets, which was both unsanitary and unacceptable. Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and this experience fell far below that standard.

To make matters worse, after discovering these issues, I went to the front desk to report them and had to complain twice before any action was taken. It then took over an hour for housekeeping to come clean the toilet and replace the stained sheets. Having to wait that long to resolve a serious cleanliness issue was frustrating and significantly impacted the start of my stay.

I understand that occasional issues can happen, but the condition of the room and the delayed response from staff made me question the overall housekeeping standards and level of customer service provided by this hotel. For the price paid, I expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained room. Unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite.

I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both its cleaning procedures and responsiveness to guest complaints so future guests do not have the same experience.

Very relaxing hotel Stay! The pool deck was a nice touch to our trip considering there are no close by beaches. The drinks were delish, highly recommend their special peanut butter pina colada, don’t knock it till you try it. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. It was also located in a good area with so many great dining options and activities.

This Hotel was the worst Hotel that I have ever stayed at. I stayed at a Yotel in Paris, and it was nice and comfortable. This hotel was like staying at a summer campground for teens. We are talking pull out sofa beds and pull-down bunkbeds. I was so disappointed. I convinced 3 families to book this hotel with me and they did. I could not look them in the face after our stay. They were all disappointed. The price we paid per night was ridiculous compared to product we were greeted with. I do not recommend anyone to stay at this Hotel/Camp. The best thing about Yotel-Miami was the location to Pier 5.

Think my expectations were too high based on the photos. Small hotel and my room was tiny, and not very clean with visible signs of stains and buildup stuff not wiped off. I didn’t like that the bed was at arms length as soon as I opened the door - bad layout in my opinion.
I enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar lounge area. Although the pool was a bit small to accommodate a full hotel of guests.
The drinks at the bar and food were very good, great staff too! DAWN IS AMAZING!!
The resort fee is a rip-off; how do you offer “complimentary” beach club access in South Beach that you have to find your own way from Downtown - no shuttle? I was not given any info at check-in, had to ask thereafter about what’s covered because I couldn’t even get a complimentary cheap plastic poncho in the pouring rain.
It’s a cool looking hotel, great location, walking distance to Bayfront and the free MetroMover right across the street to get around Brickell, but likely would not stay again. It’s more of a one-nighter stay.

It was great the vela sky chicken tenders was the best . They were so nice and loved there will be visiting again for sure . Really liked the location for getting to the cruise port. And there are some restaurants around it as well as the bayfront market. My only issue would be that the bathroom and shower aren’t exactly ideal. Have frosted glass walls, but not much privacy.

The glass doors of the bathroom don't fully close and the glass walls of the shower offer no privacy. Half of the room has no lights and the grey and white facade is could and uninviting. We will not be staying there again.
We had 2 rooms for our party and both rooms were identical in all ways.

The room was clean, but there were problems. The motion sensors on the wall (for the lights) had active lights on them, so they blinked all night long. The restroom and shower were made of glass cubes that you can see shapes through. The restroom door didn’t shut fully, so the motion light in there popped on whenever we stood up off the bed.. which again disturbed our sleep. The AC was non-existent, it was very muggy and hot the entire time. The “fan” function worked… technically, but it did not cool the room at all as the highest setting was barely moving the air.

Nice quick stay in Miami at a popular hotel centrally located near Bayside. Great landmarks near by, comfy room with the essentials. Loved the pool deck and bar. The gym has a step climber and free weights. You don’t stop on Vacation. CVS was a few steps away so if you forget any toiletries, snacks, etc., you’re covered. Eateries and wonderful neighborhood vibe coffee shops not even a full block away. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, towel or cleaning services, and restaurants on site!

The location was great, walking distance to a lot of places around downtown Miami, the rooftop bar and pool was excellent and my go to place. The hotel is a smart budget friendly hotel, the restaurant downstairs has great service and good food. The rooms are plain, you have to use the microwave in the hall, no coffee or tea in the rooms, my sheets had spots on them in both the rooms I booked, the VIP Junior Suites were just basic half empty rooms, so don’t waste your money booking the rooms.

We chose this location due to its short walk to bayside and as a pre cruise stop. It was a perfect location. The room was fairly small but immaculate. The bed was electric and we would live one at home as it bc was great for sitting up. The shower was powerful and immaculate. I was a little worried from the pictures that the toilet would not be private but it was fine. The whole room worked really well.
The breakfast was outstanding with plenty of choice.
The lifts were fast and the rooftop pool great. There was a bar by the pool serving food and signs were around showing happy hour specials. If we are able to return to Miami this will be our chosen hotel. We have previously stayed at the intercontinental which only scored more for the breathtaking views and was double the price.

We had an extremely clean room and the staff was outstanding.
It was convenient to have a restaurant and bar on site.
Unfortunately, the bed was similar to a futon and was extremely uncomfortable. The room is beyond basic. I liked the chic look and the price was good. The pool is tiny (appears larger in the pictures- great job by the photographer).
We had dinner in the restaurant and it was fabulous. The mahi mahi and steak were to die for.

We got a twin bed, double room, but they’re only located by the elevator so you hear everybody coming off the elevator and talking in the hallway, and the shower depth isn’t deep enough so when my boyfriend took a shower, it started to flood the main room, but checking in and checking out was very easy plus they give you discounted food and drink options

One of these self serve hotels with little explanation of key operations. Like elevators. Check out was a nightmare. Breakfast was good but no one wanted to clean up the water hazard in the dining room. Bed was torture to sleep on. Room lighting system impossible to operate and there were no instructions. So called welcome drink was just water sugar and ice. Give this a miss. It is close to cruise terminal

My only issue, and it's a big one, was the mattress. My room had a queen bed, which was really two twin beds put together, andI kept finding myself sinking in the middle where the split between mattresses were. Couldn't tell when you weren't in the bed, but when you laid down, it was very noticeable. Very dissappointing, but I liked the hotel and the room and the staff. The bed is a dealbreaker though. I had a horrible night sleep.

Location good, room was clean, breakfast included was awful. Not great choice. Same every day. Scrambled eggs, sausages, potatoes. Pastries, bagels and bread for toast, cereal with few other bits. No sliced fruit. Everything was very dry. Could of done with baked beans.
Staff were not even serving us. Therefore, no tea, coffee etc offered making dried food hard to swallow. Ok for short stop if not bothered about too many carbs.

L’hôtel est très moderne et contemporain. La seule fenêtre que nous avions était dans la salle de bain…de la chambre nous n’avions aucune vue extérieure. Aucun fauteuil ni canapé dans la chambre. La porte de la salle de bain est en verre givrée, et la lumière de la salle de bain reste allumée une vingtaine de minutes après utilisation. Ce qui est désagréable le soir et la nuit, la lumière éclairant la chambre au complet. Nous n’avons pas trouvé de façon ni d’interrupteur pour l’éteindre. Le dejeuner était très bon
