The hotel itself was really nice and in a great location if you want to be close to popular spots in Brickell. However, the experience was kind of ruined by the staff. The people working at the pool were rude, and the staff at the restaurant on the pool level were the same way. Also, if you’re planning to wear a cute or fashionable outfit, be careful.. they might not even let you in. They definitely gave off a “better than everyone” vibe, which wasn’t it at all.

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, the TV in our room was shattered, which immediately set a negative tone. There were no towels provided, and when we called room service to request some, we waited over two hours before receiving anything.

The bathtub was also clogged and unusable during our stay. Housekeeping was another major issue, when we asked about cleaning, we were told it would be done on the third day, but no one came until it was time for us to check out.

Additionally, the security guards were rude when we were simply trying to access the pool, which made the experience even more uncomfortable. There was also no hotel guide or clear instructions on how to use the elevators, which was frustrating and inconvenient.

Overall, customer service was very poor, and basic standards were not met. I would not recommend staying here.

I stayed here for 3 nights. I had a city view with a balcony. The room was decent, however the hotel had no microwave or nowhere to heat up food. The hotel didn’t have a shop to get Tylenol, or any toiletries at the hotel as promised.

Great hotel inside/out , in walking distance of a lot of activities/shopping/beach. I loved the balcony very spacious. Most of the staff didn’t speak English , it took an hour to check in just to receive the wrong suite having to wait another hour . A lot of traffic /construction , the valet is cluttered can be overwhelming.

I actually did not have a beach view AT ALL, it was the view of the bayside which isn't terrible, but definitely not what was paid for.

I was promised a free bottle of wine but I never received it. I asked the desk about it and they said they ran out, which inherently was no problem, but I was ensured that I would receive it before I checked out on Sunday. I followed up about it Saturday night and to no avail... (and didn't get it at checkout either).

At times, when calling the front desk from the room phone, I was left on hold for about 20 minutes. I eventually hung up and someone finally answered when I called the front desk from my personal cellphone.

The pool was really nice and relaxing and the gym facility was amazing. And despite the view not being what I paid for, the room was really nice and clean. I never got to experience the spa because they were \"overbooked.\"

In the end, I still had a decent stay despite the lack of help or knowledge from the staff. The best staff member I came in contact with was the bellman Mingyar, when I was checking out. He was super nice, conversational and very helpful when it came to packing car and telling us the best place to pull up on the side of the hotel.

I am beyond disappointed with my stay at the Gale. It is clear they only care about money, not the resident experience. I was hit with a mandatory $35 fee for 'amenities' like WiFi and the pool, which is ridiculous because I didn't even use the pool, but they charge you for it anyway 'per policy.'

The room itself was disgusting. There was a large coffee stain on the couch, and the curtains and towels were stained as well. To top it off, they have a policy where they only clean rooms for stays of 3 nights or more. Since most people are there for a 2-night weekend, you’re basically paying premium prices for a dirty room with zero housekeeping. The staff is unprofessional and only seems to care about the pool area, which is only one small part of a stay. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually values cleanliness and professional service.

My shower had hair and dirty in it. I am a VIP member and I had to keep asking for a wine bottle that should have been in my room upon arrival. The staff were horrible didn’t want to help and always gave me the run around. The hotel food was even worse.

We had such a wonderful stay at Gale Miami Hotel & Residences. From the moment we arrived, everything felt clean, modern, and welcoming. The rooms were spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was beautiful and well maintained.

The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start our mornings. Unfortunately, the weather wasn’t the best during our stay, so we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the pool, but we would definitely love to experience it next time.

What truly stood out to us was the staff. Everyone was kind, professional, and made us feel so comfortable throughout our stay. Their service really made the experience top-notch.

This trip was extra special for us as a family, as it was our first vacation since 2019. Thank you, Gale, for creating such a memorable experience for us, we truly appreciate it. We will definitely be back!

I checked into the hotel. It was a very nice room. This one is supposed to come with pots and pans because there was a kitchen. There were only two pots. I requested from the front desk for pans and towels. All they brought me those towels and more coffee pods. I didn’t ask for more coffee pods. I asked for towels and pots and pans. Mentioned it about three times to the front desk people but the girls don’t speak English. Didn’t receive them until two days later. The first two evenings I slept in the king bed. Room 1215. The next evening I slept in the smaller day. I woke up the next morning with bedbugs all over my legs. To the hotel, trying to tell me that it is mosquitoes and not bedbugs. Mosquitoes do not bite in cluster forms. Bedbugs do. Here is a picture of my leg with clustered bites. I spent $20 on hydrocortisone cream. They finally moved me to a new room. The manager ISSA was very kind. Very respectful. The clerks at the front desk do not know what they are doing. They do not speak English. The manager from my checkout date I think his name is Andy he was telling me it’s a mosquito you’re in Florida. You’ll be fine. UMMM NO it’s not. They did not give me any compensation

The hotel itself was beautiful and the property was well maintained. However, my experience at checkout completely ruined what would have otherwise been a great stay.

Before leaving, I specifically asked if there were any remaining charges and requested a printout of my bill. I was told there was nothing due except a $35 resort fee and that I didn’t need a receipt. About an hour after leaving, I checked my account and saw that my credit card had been charged nearly $400.

To make matters worse, this was not even the original card used for the reservation—my wife had already paid in full. My card was only provided at check-in.

I had to drive an hour back to the hotel, and staff could not give a clear explanation for the charge. There was no manager available, and I was simply told the money would be refunded in several days.

Unacceptable handling of a serious billing issue. Nice property, but the lack of accountability and professionalism at checkout is a major concern.

The pool was magnificent and refreshing. Gorgeous views of the ocean and departing cruise lines. Our room was magnificent. Beautiful view of Miami downtown. The restaurants provided delicious foods and options to sit in and eat as well as to take back to your room and enjoy. Very highly recommend if you'd like a luxurious stay where you know every penny has been well spent.

We had an excellent stay and truly enjoyed every moment at this hotel. Our room was beautiful, with an incredible view, and everything felt exceptionally clean, modern, and well-maintained. The bedsheets were especially soft and luxurious, which made our stay even more comfortable. The Hotel had umbrellas readily available which came in handy as it rained all Sunday.

The staff was outstanding—particularly the hotel reception team and security, who were always professional, attentive, and quick to answer any questions we had. We did attempt to request a late check-out, which unfortunately wasn’t available, and that was a bit disappointing so maybe inform clients at check in that due to being fully booked, late check out will not be available.

Dining was a highlight of our experience. Breakfast at Casa Gianna was excellent, and our experience at Restaurant Yamashiro was beyond exceptional—both the food and service were top-tier and truly memorable.

The spa was also wonderful. Although we encountered a few minor issues, management handled everything swiftly and professionally, making us feel seen, valued, and appreciated. A special thank you to the spa front desk staff for their outstanding professionalism and care.

My only small suggestion would be to consider upgrading the robes, as the material was a uncomfortable and caused me irritation and itchiness.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this hotel. We look forward to returning soon!

Largest silverfish I have ever seen in my life in our hotel room tucked in the towels. No toilet paper left in room or robes. Had to ask 3 times for toilet paper. Phones stopped working. However on the flip side the property is new, and beautiful. Good location. Don’t expect to be able to charge drinks to your room at the pool side bar - or to use cash.

My only complaint would be that we purchased the breakfast package and found that there was only one option at the sit down restaurant that was included. Our children could not eat it so we had to purchase something from the menu that they could eat even though those items were cheaper than the included dish.

I was given a room I didn’t pay for when I mentioned it the staff she said “what’s the problem I gave you a room with 3 beds very rude” I booked skyline balcony view and the room she gave me was on the 14th floor with no balcony I did not feel welcomed at all seems like all the staff at the desks are rude thank you to the nice man(manager)that did help me and fix the room issue the new room was half cleaned but it was what I asked for. I did not feel comfortable asking the staff for anything because they gave so much attitude

Upon arrival the staff was helpful but the wait was til 4pm The Rooms were clean however I got sent a link to put my credit card on file & was charged a day prior for the whole amount of $440 dollars for one night, they had an early $90 fee check in option but that’s ridiculous to nickel & dime people especially people who may become potential prospects. I’m a content creator and wasn’t told I couldn’t film due to staff saying the pool area is restricted on day one when I had my camera around my neck the security guard told me no recording when I did not record and respectfully adhered to the policy and procedures to professional filmmaking, which was unfortunate because paying customers should be able to make videos etc if they are paying a premium price to stay at your establishment. So going forward I won’t go back due to staff not communicating effectively as English wasn’t a language they knew proficiently. I understand rules are the rules but as long as it doesn’t reflect in a negative way or cast a shadow of a doubt some things are not warranted when people are paying a premium price tag for the service. Thank you but no thank you!

The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, but the elevators were down and walking from the 22nd floor was terrible. There is also very loud construction at 7am and that was not relaxing. The housekeepers came to clean but took all of our toilet paper and cleaning products, which was strange. When we complained to hotel management, Brian was rude and said he couldn't give us any refund because we booked through Hotels.com, even though we paid at the front desk. I also emailed management twice and they did not respond. Unimpressed. Would not stay here again.

I loved it here i was with my girlfriend we really enjoyed our time here but I’ve got some mixed feelings about this place. First of all the most important part the room was just perfect clean spacious modern large balcony with a beautiful view the bathroom spotless , i mean they’ve done a great job keeping it clean and modern i really loved it. The pool was very big clean and with a beautiful view as well, the only thing that i didn’t like on pool is the pool rules no water allowed inside the guard stopped me before going inside because i had a tiny bottle of water are you kidding me really?! I understand not allowed to go with food and alcohol inside because the bar on the pool needs to make money but water?? Anyway besides this part that i didn’t like overall was great we went for dinner to Yamashiro sushi restaurant great experience great service . There’s also a spa inside the building which makes things even better. The area around the building is very nice just minutes walk from bayside marketplace and bay front park plenty of restaurants around the hotel brickell was just 5 minutes with Omni loop. Overall great experience definitely coming back in the next vacation.

Paid for “Full Breakfast” only to be told we only had ONE choice on the menu- breakfast platter. Sorry, but my teens don’t eat eggs and bacon. Food came cold, and server was totally disinterested in us since we weren’t ordering from the “regular” menu, seriously the worst service I’ve had in a long time. Lots of customer service issues encountered on our 2 days there, so wouldn’t stay again.

The breakfast is wildly falsely advertised and misleading. Photos imply a buffet with meats, cheeses, pastries and fruit but instead it’s a served breakfast with one option, not vegan/vegetarian/allergy friendly and no substitutions allowed. No coffee refills, no checkin to see if everything is correct, you're kinda just stuck with what comes out.

The elevators are a pain point. Going up its a crowd of people literally pushing to get on like a NY subway. Coming down, good luck. We were forced to walk down the 23 floors a few times..

Location was perfect for proximity to the train and walking to the Bayside area. Rooms themselves are nice. We had a 1 bedroom and the storage was awkward with the closet and luggage storage being outside of the bedroom. Two TVs but only one remote so you cant watch TV in the bedroom and the living room at the same time.

Lastly, was supposed to get a bottle of wine as a VIP gift but never received it and the line to chat with the front desk was always packed.

Overall, we enjoyed our time in the room but would not come back or recommend this hotel to friends.

I was a little bit worried about the receptionist after reading reviews, but didn’t have complaints. Enjoyed the private beach at the Miami Beach with complementary chairs and towels. Be aware it doesn’t come with a parasol which cost nearly $40 and difficult to find a parking spot if you drive. Valet parking also costs nearly $40.

Beautiful property nestled in Downtown Miami. It took +40 mins to check-in at 11:30 PM, elevators consistently took up-to an hour (guests were forced to use the staircases (with luggage) meant for use during a fire (the alarm was going off), I requested ice three times (no access to ice) that I never received; I was on the 15th floor and when I left the room to get my delivery it took over an hour just to get in an elevator go down stairs, get the food, and attempt to go right back to my room. When I asked to speak to a general manager, the woman at the front desk laughed stating, \"There is no manager or anyone for that matter that can speak with you!\" At one point, there were over 150 people in the lobby with luggage; I assume from a cruise ship, and it was chaos. Though the property itself is lovely, the inability to provide a reasonable experience, in addition to the lack of service made the experience horrible!

The room was amazing! The front desk staff could have been more customer centric. My check in experience left much to be desired. Was given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. After notifying the front desk the rep never apologized for the inconvenience (she promptly got me another room but acted as if I was inconveniencing her). Additionally she put 2 authorizations on my credit card holding over $700 & never apologized when I brought it to her attention.
