I stayed here for only one night. The hotel is well maintained and clean. The staff were friendly and check in and out was a breeze. They had several iPad kiosks so several people were able to check in at once which was pretty cool. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool or see the rooftop bar as it was a short stay. The hotel is also very close to the Miami cruise port and walkable to restaurants & shopping. The room was simple but clean. My only complaint was the shower was small, not much room to move and the water pressure was weak. Other than that, no complaints. I would stay again and maybe upgrade my room.

I am writing this to deeply warn anyone planning to stay at the citizenM Miami Worldcenter. During my stay from April 7-10, 2026, I experienced a horrifying safety breakdown that resulted in being completely stranded in Miami with no funds, phone, or identification.
On the night of April 9th, while at the hotel bar, I experienced a sudden, severe onset of dangerous disorientation. Based on the rapid and extreme nature of the symptoms, I have strong reasons to believe I was either heavily overserved or my drink was actively tampered with on-site. While entirely incapacitated on the hotel premises, my wallet, ID, and phone were stolen.
When I approached the front desk the next morning in extreme distress, the staff treated me with total indifference. They explicitly refused to call the police for me or even allow me to use a hotel phone to contact emergency services or my family myself. Because of their gross refusal to assist a vulnerable crime victim, I missed my flight home, was left penniless and isolated, and had to seek refuge at an emergency medical rehab center just to find human compassion and safety.
A formal police report has been filed with the City of Miami Police Department (Case ID: 260411002159Z, Officer K. Aviles)
To make matters worse, management (operated by Another Star) has done nothing but stall. They refused delivery of my certified legal mail, and their hotel manager, Vinod Bajaj Jr, has consistently given me the runaround, claiming the matter is \"under

The room was extremely hot, no matter what setting I changed the air to. I’m assuming after a certain time the staff leaves therefore I had to suffer all night with no alternative options…. It’s Florida, it’s hot 24/7 so imagine trying to sleep in the heat with no circulating air at all.

The rooms are spacious and clean. I am really not a fan of the hotel trend of not having nightstands or drawers of any kind. I need my things by my bedside. Also, only one side had a phone charger. While the concept of being high tech is cool and modern sometimes a light switch should just be a light switch instead of needing to use an iPad to figure it out. Seriously, light switches are technology too! Otherwise a fun place with cool decor.

The room was the size of a Cracker Jack box. Not my preference. Bathroom is comparable to a cruise ship bathroom with the tiny vanity and sink outside the bathroom door. It’s just too small to even want to be there for anything but sleeping. Didn’t like literally having to check in myself and making my own key. Won’t stay again.

What a funky and bougie hotel! The rooms were clean, the hotel bars were swanky, and the staff was amazing. The fancy iPad to control your amenities was cool. Prime location for a lot of really cool things. Breakfast seemed kind of pricey, but then again, location. I did get a lot for the price.

While this may have been specific to my room, there were several issues that affected my stay. Parts of the room appeared dusty, one of the toilet paper rolls was wet upon arrival, and the soap dispenser was not functioning. Additionally, the room was extremely compact—closer in size and feel to a college dorm room than a traditional hotel room—which may be a consideration for travelers expecting more space.

What I Liked

* Excellent location with convenient access to nearby attractions, dining, and transportation.
* The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.

Overall
The property’s location and courteous staff were definite highlights. However, the cleanliness concerns, maintenance issue, and very limited room size detracted from the overall experience. With greater attention to housekeeping and room upkeep, the hotel could provide a much more comfortable stay.

There was a self-check in screen at the front desk, but still had someone available for assistance. She explained the amenities and hours of everything which was very helpful. We got up to our room and it was exactly as the pictures showed. I had requested a room with a view and they gave us one of the top floors, which we could even see some of the cruise ships leaving the port from our room! The room was very clean and modern; I liked the easy access to everything from the touch of a tablet. We only stayed for one night, as a pre-cruise stay but it was a great stay overall. The hotel is in a good location, and we even walked to bayside market at night for dinner and shopping. Only downside I’d have to say is the parking. But, there is conveniently a parking garage right next to the hotel, which was about $37 for us to park from 3 pm - 9 am. It was our first time in Miami but this hotel was a great choice. Definitely on the more compact side though. Traveling with just one other person works great, but for groups over 2 people I would suggest getting additional bedrooms. Overall, would stay here again!

Everything was perfect except for one of the staff members, African American lady with a bob cut she were a black citizen jacket with an hood, she was not friendly at all she has an terrible attitude problem, I had a decaf coffee which was part of the breakfast I paid for about 630 am that staff member was nice, then I came back to bar for a second decaf coffee, it was a different lady with th bob cut, this is all way before 11am I ask the lady for a cup of decaf coffee and she had an irritated expression and she shook her head no and said it’s only regular coffee and walked away very rudely, another nice staff came into the bar and I asked her are you out of decaf she replied no we have decaf I told the other told me no, and the nice lady apologized and made me a decaf, which I appreciated,

We loved our stay at CitizenM Worldcenter! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, lots of places to walk to nearby as well as public transportation. Bayside Marketplace is a 5 minute walk. Amenities were wonderful, we tried the gym and rooftop pool which was just fantastic. 10/10 would definitely stay again.

This is the second citizenm I’ve stayed at, so I am familiar with the concept and there were no surprises (if you haven’t experienced citizenm, I would recommend doing a little research because it isn’t exactly a traditional hotel - big focus on environmentally friendly, and trying to appeal to a younger demographic with some ‘instagram ready’ features that were cool and some a little gimmicky). That’s not to say it is not a perfectly acceptable hotel with an ok bar and restaurant (overpriced, but par for the course in the area). The only real complaint I have was that the staff could have been better. One of their shticks is that they don’t have a traditional front desk, but iPads where they push self-checkin, and iPads in the rooms where they push self-service (including scheduling cleaning only in-request which they cut off the day of and also the day before after a certain time). I will admit that got annoying because I missed the deadline for requesting cleaning every day so my room wasn’t cleaned for my entire 6 day stay. They do have people standing by the iPad checkin desk to assist, but they are clearly annoyed whenever you can’t handle the check-in yourself - even when they eventually have to acknowledge is their technical problems. One last thing - this is a little nitpicking, but they don’t include waters in the room. I understand the environmental benefits, they also don’t include cups in the room. When you arrive at 11pm and everything is closed it is annoying.

This place was so cute. I stayed in Miami for a couple days and this hotel's location was super convenient. The rooms are small and cozy, perfect for a couples trip or a solo traveler. My only complaint about this hotel is, there are no microwaves in the room. Besides that, no complaints. My boyfriend and I loved it!

First time.in a CitizenM hotel, have stayed at this type of hotel (minimalist) in Europe, so it was not to much of a shock. So not much space but at least it is organized and you do have a lot of space in the common areas, so if you feel too cramped for teo, at least you can escape to lobby area or roof top.

Did not do breakfast, but did eat some pizza at the bar.

Stayed at citizenM Miami Worldcenter for a concert weekend and the location was perfect — super convenient and close to everything we needed. The rooms are definitely on the smaller side, but we expected that and it was manageable for a short stay. The hotel was modern, clean, and had a nice vibe overall.

One downside was the refrigerator. It had a mini fridge but no freezer, and it didn’t get cold enough to really chill our drinks before heading out to an outdoor concert in the Miami heat. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again for the location alone.

We always choose to stay here when we’re in Miami because the location is excellent. However, on this visit we were disappointed with the value for money. We paid a higher rate of $200 per night for a room on a high floor, but were instead allocated a low-floor accessible room. While it was spacious, it included a large fixed shower chair that dominated the already small shower space and couldn’t be removed.

There were also a few maintenance and comfort issues - the blackout blinds were not functioning (something we only discovered late at night), which meant we were woken early by bright light. Additionally, there wasn’t even a glass provided in the room for water, which felt like a basic oversight.

The hotel still has its signature quirky style and great decor, but it’s starting to feel a little tired. Overall, we left feeling disappointed given the price we paid.
