Room was amazingly clean but the balcony had cigarette butts and cigar butts on the outside stick in the crease of the brick wall and the rail of the balcony just disturbing with the price we paid. Also I paid for early check in to check in at 12 and my room was not ready and I had to wait hours to check in that’s very unacceptable like why even present a early check in area if it’s not gonna be available to guest. My rating is a 3 star and I will not be back. I also have the pictures of the balcony mess.

Property and unit is highly recommended. Staff that is used by this company, needs a lot of training. I happened to be PD and use my devices to communicate and with increased anxiety my movements become very difficult. The company was slow and difficult to work with and I do not request accommodations or special considerations. I do travel with a dog trained to assist. I do notify when I travel to be sure if I find

The room AC/Heat did not work. During our stay it was cold and the heat would not come on or warm the room so we were cold during our stay. Also, 2/6 elevators were operable which was the most horrible of the trip. Waiting for 45 mins for an elevator up to the room or down to the lobby was the absolute worst experience ever. At the end of our trip, we waited for 1hr to check out until we decided to carry our 60lbs of luggage down 15 flights of stairs. With someone who is a veteran and disable this was absolutely unacceptable and further hurting my back, neck, and knees just blew me. The room itself is nice but with all the negatives, they outweighed any positives I had for this stay. I will not be staying here again especially as the hosts or W hotel are unable to accommodate me in any way.

I would not recommend this location because nothing is discussed ahead of time. Everything is discussed at the time of arrival so you’re not given the option of not staying there every night there was airplanes that was loud and we could not sleep. They did not tell you ahead of time about the parking that you have to pay for it. Everything was thrown at you at the last minute, which is not fair to the customers to spend that kind of money is ridiculous if you’re not aware of the cost

Really loved the property stayed on the 44 floor with balcony. Great view, Construction is happening so it is noisy mornings at times but nevertheless great view. Amenities were perfect the onsite spa is really relaxing. overall host was really efficient and if you have a vehicle they do accommodate parking if available. Will be booking again for every miami stay.

The one thing no one says out loud is that the property is located on the river which means every time a filthy rich person floats by on their $500 million yacht it paralyzes the entire Brickell area for 20-30 minutes due to all draw bridges going up. It's a lot worse on the weekends, taking as much as 45 min to go through 3 stoplights to just leave the area. I will not be willing staying at these towers again. Oh, and some neighbor loves to light up at night. I don't partake of Mary J, so it did mess with my enjoyment as well.

The place was nice, clean & very well decorated. Only issue was smell of weed on our floor (supposed be non-smoking) & it's a loud location as far as hearing the traffic noise throughout the night. We stayed on 35th floor but the noise was like we were literally on the 1st or 2nd floor. Aside that, Brickell is quite the busy touristy location.

You really cant beat the location if you plan to stay in Brickell. The views are amazing. Everything is walkable i.e. grabbing coffee and a croissant at the local foodtruck next door with an amazing view or walking to city centres high end shopping or grabbing dinner at any of the hundreds of awesome restaurants. Our experience has been great! Kat was waiting at the lobby to greet us when we arrived and quickly checked us in. Kat also responded very quickly to a couple of very minor issues we had with the apartment and offered to have them resolved right away.

The space was clean but not what I had asked for. I requested a unit with a tub for mobility reasons and ended up with a standing shower. I asked to be moved for that reason, even if I needed to pay extra. I received no response and was told it was sold out the next day. On my second night, while at an important business dinner, I received a text that I was to check out the following morning. They texted me that someone else had reserved the unit I was in and that I would be refunded. Mind you, I had paid in full for five nights over a month prior. The young woman who helped me was able to resolve it, and she was nice, but it was a super unpleasant experience. It wasn't clear before I booked that the customer service wasn't hotel-level, meaning there was no one on-site to answer questions- everything was via text. I'm not high maintenance and have a customer service background.

The Good: Beautiful view overlooking the pool and the water and the pool itself was very relaxing (we spent the day lounging). The proximity to the walkway on the water, Brickell Key and Brickell City Center was the huge perk.
The Bad: Probably the worst night(s) sleep I’ve had in a year. The mattress is super discount cheap and has a plastic/rubber covering that squeaks the moment you move. For two people, it was miserable. The furniture is cheap Wayfair and in major decline (drawers hanging off hinges, poor espresso from machine, stains). The couch is atrocious. It has a cheap blanket over top of it to cover deep stains all throughout. It was literally like a Goodwill couch from college bought for $10. The ad highlights discount drinks, 50% off food and beverage and a bottle of wine. We only received the bottle of wine (which was actually great) and were informed they have no partnership with the restaurants in the building. A bit of a dupe.
In total: This is a great spot if you are just looking to party and hit the town and have less concern about the actual space you are staying in. Its proximity to the things we like was its saving grace and the pool was awesome. We were incredibly disappointed however in the state of the condo, dirt cheap furniture and misleading ad on Hotels.com. The room I stayed in looked nothing like the pictures. There stains everywhere and the shower wouldn’t even drain. The check-in was the most confusing thing. Also, no housekeeping to request extra towels from, or if there was I wasn’t made aware of it.

They have issues with the amity access for residential rentals. We were told they close at 5pm and guest are not allowed to use their facilities after the 11am checking out. This is not a hotel where you can stay after checkout and work pool side. Trying to use the amities was an uncomfortable unpleasant experience and the guy had me in tears with how rude he was to us for attempting to use amenities we were told would be included. Hopefully they are able to improve their systems and improve they’re hospitality. I suggest calling before booking to insure they fixed the problems if you are wanting a place with a pool and gym.

At one point, an elevator got stuck for over 20min with no communication, despite using the alarm button. And we heard many other people compatibility about the elevators.
Our contract was very friendly, but in the end, we didn't receive any compensation or explanation.
