Staff was courteous. Room had a few issues. Cable was not on and had to be reset. Closet door came off hinges. Coffe maker did not have instructions to use it. Room was quiet but no weather stripping around entrance door so light came in. Pool and view were good. Hotel location was great.

Reception staff were great.We appreciated the free wine and water. The wine by the way was excellent.Coffee pods were supplied only for one day, instead of three days that the stay lasted. There was a text number to order more at a price, but there was no reply.Staff at reception did not inform us of free coffee in lobby until 10 am.The balcony was a tiny wedge of about two to three feet of rail. The rest was blocked off for the adjacent condo.The iron in the room leaked badly and did not heat well. It should be replaced. The TV did not work and the technician did not seem capable. Eventually, bringing the Xfinity box out from behind the TV got better results. The problem appears to be worn out connector cords resulting in frequent blackouts. Exasperating! Also the sink tap was very sticky and hard to use. Either too much or too little water! I believe servicing it is needed, or replace it. This was for the AirBandB room 1006-1. I believe a partial refund is in order because of the high price paid!

Can't beat the location of this hotel. Great views and walkable to all the great places in Coconut Grove. Service was excellent and room was super clean and comfortable. Only one minor issue with the electronic blinds but the staff responded right away.

The only good thing about this stay was the location. Our room had two major problems. The room was uncomfortably cold and the thermostat did not work. The front desk sent someone to check it but it was not fixed. There were no drapes, curtains or blinds on the windows. Since our view was of the city, the room was constantly we could not filter out the bright city lights, making sleep difficult.

They are cold hearted greedy pathetic people. I had a medical emergency 24 hours before my stay and had to cancel. They refused to refund my money, which would be the right thing to do instead of sticking to their no cancellation no refund policy like the heartless wretches they are. Shame on Best Western for allowing this hotel owner in its chain. Don't stay with these heartless animals. Best Western has forever lost my business.

The walls were a little thin so you could hear the guests in the next room, there was construction on our side of the building across the way and the thin material (not sure what is was) separating the neighbors balcony and ours was very odd. Other than that we loved the room, amenities and general area and hotel. Excellent location and close to shopping, restaurants, beach etc. We'd definitely stay again.

Miami Vacation manages the misleading unit available, I booked a studio unit with kitchen and laundry, instead they placed us in a basic simple \"guest room\" with a king bedroom and the bathroom! I contacted them via email, text messages and calls with NO RESPONSE until 7 pm last evening before check out! They have been sending automated messages through Expedia ignoring all my attempts to discuss the room assigned! Will take proper actions to report this SCAM!

We love this hotel! It’s our second time going to Miami and we immediately knew we wanted to stay here again because we loved it so much the first time. The location is 10/10, there’s so much to do just a walk down the street from the hotel and the area is so beautiful it makes me wish I could move to Miami permanently. This Air BnB has amazing views of the water and The Grove downtown area. Easy parking and everything was walkable. Great location. Unfortunately, the late night street noise / racing made sleeping very challenging. We've stayed at the Arya 8 times now in different units. My daughter goes to UM and we always stay here when moving her in/parent's weekend. The building is a mix of hotel rooms and privately owned condos that are all decorated differently (some with upgraded features. Some with the bare minimum)
This unit faced the back and overlooked the hotel's event space and parking garage with a sliver of a water view (Bayside) if you looked hard to the right. It was very comfortable, clean and had a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. My only issue was that the electronic privacy shade was not operable. It would made noise but the shade would not go down. I sent a few messages at check in to the management company but did not receive a response. So I went to the front desk for help. The hotel sent up maintenance who confirmed it was broken. So we had to sleep in the unit with absolutely no privacy and tons of light (nighttime and sunrise). The hotel sent someone to repair it the next day. Should have been operating. Additionally the front door would not lock at all. Almost like the door was warped and would not catch the lock. So I used the security bar and put the bar stools in front of the door each night. The front desk told me to push the button to lock. However, it was a key lock system and not electronic.
Location is great. Free parking is great. We did not use any of the amenities (pool, dining, etc) and only made 1 coffee and took 1 shower during our stay.

Room was very dated and falling apart, hair in shower and coffee maker that didn’t work. No soap at basin, no shower soap/gel in shower. NO SOAP period. Balcony space barely fitted one chair, cigar smoke from room next door filtered in.

The Hotel is very good. The unit itself is outdated and needs serious maintenance repairs. The bathroom sinks got clogged. The sofa bed should not be described as a bed where anyone can sleep. The mattress is inclined upwards which makes it impossible to sleep on it.

I stayed at the Arya hotel and didn’t realize it was a condo renting from a private residence. Overall the room was very clean and the hotel was good as well. The only issue was getting towels and room service which I didn’t realize would not be done the entire stay. The hotel only provided fresh towels if asked which was annoying. Overall an acceptable experience aside from not cleaning the room during the stay.

What really made our stay here so stellar was the wonderful staff at the front desk. I am so sorry I did not get the names of the folks who were so attentive and reassuring. I have elderly parents who were probably quite needy and the staff were patient and generous with their time and assistance. Also the person who oversaw breakfast was above and beyond. At first, I resented paying and giving a tip prior to getting service. But after the first day, I had no hesitation. We will be back!!

The property was great. Hotel staff was amazing. Location and area was perfect. My only complaint was my room was a private residence, 1407-2, and the floor was very dirty. The only reason I know was that my bare feet turned black walking around the room barefoot. I would definable get a new cleaner. That floor hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Makes me wonder what else was neglected. If that is addressed it would be a great stay.
