Very sleek hotel design, friendly staff and 24/7 reception. Parking was easy but then we arrived very late at night. Didn’t have breakfast so couldn’t comment on the quality but I know they don’t cater to vegans as I contacted them previously about it. Other than that it was a great stay at a reasonable price!

This hotel is a lovely place to stay. The hotel is very modern and was very comfortable. Our room overlooked the stadium which we were pleased about.
The breakfast was really good, plenty of choice.
When we booked the hotel, hotels.com quoted €30 a night parking but there is free parking on site which is a 2 minute walk away.
We used the sports bar quite alot and the atmosphere was really good. We ate there twice (currywurst both times!) and the service was quick and friendly.
There's a subway, aldi, lidl and a petrol station within walking distance for supplies.
Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again excellent.

A very modern hotel adjacent to the stadium. Ideal for the soccer fan. Primarily a soccer fan hotel. Breakfast was very nice and rooms very appropriately decorated.

A very nice hotel next to the football stadium. Very comfortable rooms, a great gym, but the evening restaurant serves mainly 'bar style' meals. The main town is about 3km away, so transport is needed for the main restaurants etc.

Das Restaurant bietet abends eher simples Stadionbesucheressen als eine breite oder gar sportlergerechte Auswahl.

Obwohl ich zu den Frühstückszeiten an Heiligabend da war, wurde mir der Zugang mit der Begründung verweigert, da man erst ab 8 Uhr externe Bestellungen hätte, hätten Hotelgäste eben Pech gehabt. Musste mir dann ein externes Frühstück in der Stadt kaufen, da ich noch Termine hatte. Die Heizung hat nicht richtig funktioniert, dass ich mir sogar eine Erkältung zugezogen habe und es war viel Ungeziefer im Zimmer, obwohl ich es bereits im Oktober dem Hotel gemeldet habe. But something is wrong with the hotel lately.
My parents stayed in a luxury room and they had problems with AC.
And this time we stayed in room 307 and the AC didn’t work.
I think all rooms in the row around room 307 has serious issues with the AC. Every room had opened the windows.
It was awful. The temperature outside was a nice 25/27 degrees, but in the room it was sweltering.
We called the receptionist and they tried to fix it. But it stayed hot.
In the end we opened the window.
But the sun came up and we woke up to early.
When we entered the room at check in the shades was open making the room even hotter than it should. The hotel should close the shade in the summer to keep the room and hotel cooler.
Anyway it spoiled our stay. We should reconsider staying here again during the warm months. Sad because before it was always a great stay in any weather.

nun denn, ich war das Zweite mal geschäftlich dort, hatte das gleiche Zimmer wie vorher, frische Handtücher ja, Mülleimer nicht geleert, Staub überall, Kaffeeecke nicht gefüllt, fraglich was gemacht oder nicht gemacht wurde. Auch wenn niemand vllt. über das Wochenende im Zimmer war erwarte ich sowas bei dem Preis.
Wenn ich eine Wahl habe, dann buche ich eher nicht mehr.

Der Preis für ein Wochenende ist schon etwas üppig, allerdings für Borussen Fans zum Heimspiel ein Muss. Tägliche Reinigung ist prima aber ob immer die Handtücher gewechselt werden müssen? Es hat etwas aus dem Ablauf gerochen daher einen Stern Abzug aber ansonsten prima, Frühstück perfekt. Wir kommen wieder.

H4 Hotel in Mönchengladbach
Mir hat es grundsätzlich sehr gut im Hotel gefallen. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich und die Anmeldung super schnell. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, ansprechend eingerichtet und das Bett war wirklich gut. Kaffee und Tee gab es auch auf dem Zimmer und mein Blick ging auf einen Rasenplatz. Die Lage des Hotels ist so ruhig, dass ich mit offenem Fenster geschlafen habe. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Essen und die Cocktails in der Sportsbar waren auch lecker. Aber leider war die Reinigung des Zimmers nicht zufriedenstellend, was sehr schade ist. Denn für die Hotel Klasse sollte diese besser ausfallen.
