Althoughwe didn't spend much time in the hotel, it was very friendly, convenient with a lovely German buffet breakfast. Free parking a the hotel in a private car park. If I'm in Monchengladbach again, I would certainly stay here

This is a super little hotel, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast.
Parking is good, either in the hotel car park, or outside.
The only thing to mention is that none of the local restaurants were open in the evenings. There is a Burger King, but nothing much else. You have to drive to find anything.

A quick stay in Munchengladbach with short notice so there weren't may options. but this turned out to be a good choice, only 5 minutes on a bus from the local station.

Hotel is ok. It is not perfect but very good value for money. The bar is open till 21.00 due to Corona but they could do with a vending machine for instance as there is truly nothing around. The room is large and convenient. The beds are a bit too soft for real comfort.

Schönes Hotel muss ich letztendlich sagen! Wobei man sehr sorgfältig die Einchecken Bedingungen lesen muss, da ich die Schwierigkeiten hatte, ins Hotel gegen 0100 Uhr nachts einzutreten. Hatte eher lange Strecke heim und nach 10 Stunden Arbeit musste gegen 5+ noch fahren. Hab mich an diesem Tag etwas kurzfristig entschieden, einen Zwischenstop zu machen, um zu schlafen. Hab das Hotel gegen 1500 Uhr gebucht und erwartet, dass es irgendwie gut organisiert werden sollte. Aber es war nicht der Fall. Das Check-in ist bis zu 2100 Uhr nur möglich. Danach gibt es kein Personal im Hotel. Nachvollziehbar...Aber man, sehend, dass die schon völlig bezahlte Buchung kam, konnte einen Schlüssel in den Tresor reinwerfen, und dann verstehend, dass der Gast vor 2100 Uhr an dem Ort nicht aufgetaucht hat. Jo. Ich hätte auch telefonieren und die Leute informieren können, dass ich erst gegen Mitternacht ankomme! Aber wegen Arbeit hat es mir nicht eingefallen und es war meine erste Erfahrung. Ich hatte schon mehrfach solche Fälle, wann ich, seiend in einer Geschäftareise, so spät gekommen bin, und es ging immer reibungslos, da entweder einer am Empfangtresen war oder der Zimmerschlüssel für mich schon parat war. Im Endeffekt wurde die Tür für mich geöffnet. Hab gegen 40 Minuten Zeit verloren, Dutzend Anrufe und SMS, aber der Schef des Hôtels hat mich verziehen und die nette Frau hat mich rein gelassen! Das Hotel ist gut! Alles war sauber, gut ausgestattet mit nem guten Komfort! Hat mir gefallen!

Hotel liegt in einer Gegend mit einigen Döner Buden. Vertrauenserweckend waren die Glasscherben von einem Autofenster auf dem Hotelparkplatz sicherlich weniger.
Empfang an der Rezeption freundlich, dafür das wir am Folgetag keine Zimmerreinigung haben wollten gab es einen Getränkegutschein für die Bar, die jedoch, wie wir inzwischen wissen, nur an dem ersten Tag geöffnet hatte, danach nicht mehr. Inzwischen wissen wir auch das es am Samstag generell keine Zimmerreinigung gibt, das hätte man uns auch sagen können, denn hier hatten wir ausgemacht das das Zimmer dann gereinigt wird - so hatten wir für 3 Nächte keine Reinigung - und einen Gutschein der nicht einzulösen war.
Das Zimmer selber war geräumig, ruhig, der WLAN Anschluß war absolut ok, die Fernbedienung war desinfiziert ( im Gegensatz zum Telefon ) - aber dafür gab es sogar ein Telefon auf dem WC ( nein, ich mag nicht wissen ob es desinfiziert war nachdem ich das Telefon im Zimmer gesehen hatte ) . Sky for free war ok, wenn auch bei uns nicht notwendig. Positiv: nebenan ist eine Bäckerei für ein günstiges Frühstück.
Fazit: Die Kommunikation war katastrophal und entsprechend der Service sehr schlecht ( Zimmerservice nicht vorhanden, Bar geschlossen ) . Für den Preis darf man nicht viel erwarten, aber so wenig dann auch nicht, wir waren enttäuscht und werden nicht wieder Gäste dort sein.
