Very friendly breakfast staff & staff helpful. Lower car park has no lift access, not easy to navigate on first arrival. No restaurant service in hotel, nearest restaurants take cash only!

Fairly straightforward check in. Bathroom had a leak which drowned the floor although it was quite dated. The hotel itself is fairly close to the town centre for convenience.

The overall appearance of the hotel is very nice and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and plentyful. The room i stayed in was very hot and the radiator seemed to have a mind of its own readjusting and it stayed very warm. My second issue is the bathtub / shower it was moldy and and also unsafe as the bottom is very slippery which makes it very dangerous to get out off. My wife had fallen and had a concussion and the hotel has still not chosen to address the issue.

This property has no atmosphere. The staff, while not unfriendly, certainly don't make you feel welcome. When this was the Montanus Hof Hotel it was several levels above. Gute Lage, ordentlich und freundliches Personal. Leider war das zimmer sehr staubig. Wir haben jeden Tag ein schild aufgehängt das geputzt werden soll. Aufgeräumt wurde es ordentlich, aber leider nie rausgewischt oder rausgesaugt.

Wenn das Personal sich da mehr mühe geben würde wäre das Preisleistungsverhältnis gut.

mein Mann wollte duschen und hatte gleich die ganze Armatur in der Hand. Wir haben aber sofort ein anderes Zimmer bekommen. Den zweiten Hotelparkplatz ( der *sichtbare* war voll) haben wir nicht gefunden, da er nicht ausgeschildert war. Da Wochenende war haben wir dann in einer Lieferzone geparkt obwohl wir den Hotelparkplatz bezahlt haben. Der Aufzug brauchte ewig und beim Frühstück wurde man durch die sehr lauten Gespräche des Personals, welches auch frühstückte, genervt.

Unser Zimmer sah genauso aus wie auf der Homepage, war sauber. Kostenlose Selters sowie ein zweites Kopfkissen pro Person standen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig, wir hatten eine angenehme ruhige Nacht. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und lecker, die Bedienung nett.

Ein großes Hotel, etwas in die Jahre gekommen.
Gute Betten, gutes Frühstück.
Leider keine Klimaanlage.
Leider laut im Zimmer, da auf dem Innenhof 24/7 die Lüftung des benachbarten Supermarktes läuft, plus Anlieferungslärm ab 6h morgens.
Das Bad ist unmodern.
Personal sehr freundlich.
Zimmerreinig nur auf Wunsch- fanden wir merkwürdig!

Wir hatten das Quiet Zimmer gebucht. Es ist schon wesentlich ruhiger, aber leider war das Hotel gut besucht. Wir hörten eine Gruppe betrunkener Männer in der Nacht, die ebenfalls Gäste im Hotel waren. Das kommt davon wenn man keinen Nachtportier hat, der für Ruhe sorgt Unser Nachbar musste wohl schon sehr früh am Sonntag aufstehen und die Dusche war zu hören. Der Frühstücksraum war extrem runtergekühlt. Die Wurst, Käse und das Rührei war ebenfalls kalt. Der Aufpreis für das Frühstück lohnt sich nicht.

Schmutzig, laut Anliefung von Kaufland an 4 Uhr, Wasser kalt, zu Teuer und wenn es dunkel ist sehr gefährlich (Judendbanden auf dem Gelände von Einkaufscentrum). Besser nach Neuss oder Kaarst in ei Hotel gehen.

Das Hotel liegt gut in der Nähe von Köln. Die Zimmer sind großzügig vom Platz. Jedoch Armatur im Bad ( Dusche und Waschbecken war defekt ) Hotel ist ein Nichtraucher Hotel,
vom Hof aus konnte man sehen wie Gäste am Hotelfenster standen und rauchten. Das Parkhaus was angeboten wurde war voll Müll und Laub. Es ist Sommer. Wie lange liegt es da schon ??

Viel zu Teures Hotel, sehr alte Zimmer. Das Wasser muß man 20 Minuten laufen lassen das es warm wird. Frühstück ist schlimm da für Geld zu nehmen, Personal freundlich. Personal beim Frühstück geht überhaupt nicht.

Mit mehr Sauberkeit sehr gutes Hotel

Die gebuchte Junior Suite war eher ein Zimmer für 4 Personen. Es gab 2 Schlafzimmer. Ich hatte eher ein Sofa mit Couchtisch oder ähnliches erwartet (so war es auf den Bildern zu sehen). Im Zimmer war überall so feiner Glitzer, auf dem Sessel, den Schreibtisch, dem Boden. Das Bad war sauber, sieht man mal von verkalkten Armaturen und Seifenspender ab. In der jetzigen Situation (COVID) gibt es leider kein Frühstück, sondern nur ein Lunchpaket. Das nette Personal und die Tatsache, dass alles im Zimmer gut funktionierte, sorgten trotzdem für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Erstmal ist beim Einchecken der Zimmerpreis auf die Kreditkarte gebucht worden obwohl schon vorher über Expedia bezahlt war. Dann wurde erklärt, dass die Rückbuchung so nicht möglich sei und es jetzt 2-3 Wochen dauert ehe man den Betrag auf dem Konto per Überweisung wieder gutschreiben könne.
Zweitens war das Wasser nur kurzzeitig warm und wir mussten teilweise kalt duschen.
Das Personal war zwar sehr freundlich und hat uns dann ein anderes Zimmer zugewiesen, jedoch war auch hier das Wasser kalt und nur wenige Minuten kam heißes Wasser aus der Dusche. Die Duschen selbst waren in beiden Zimmern defekt und spritzten aus dem Duschschlauch und in einem Zimmer war der Umschalthebel für die Regenwalddusche abgebrochen.

Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, in beiden Zimmern lief die Klospülung unentwegt man musste erst ein bisschen herumhantieren, damit sie aufhört. In dem anderen Zimmer dröhnte die ganze Zeit über der Badabzug der ließ sich in dem einen Zimmer leider nicht ausschalten. WLAN funktionierte leider nicht, weil man nicht darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass sich das Passwort geändert hat. Auf dem mitgegebenen Unterlagen stand leider ein falsches. Erst am nächsten Morgen haben wir an der Rezeption das kleine Schildchen entdeckt. Das ist ein bisschen ärgerlich gewesen.
