Hotel très calme, aucun bruit la nuit. Chambre spacieuse et ultra propre. Équipée sèche cheveux, fer à repasser et bouilloire, bouteille d'eau gazeuse. Une tableeye serait la bienvenue dans ls salle de bain car il n'y a rien pour poser les affaires. Excellent petit dejeuner et le parking tres appréciable. Loin de tout mais tramway à 10min a pieds pour aller ds le centre de Düsseldorf. Je recommande cet hotel

Im allgemeinen eine sehr zweckmäßige Unterkunft. Haben dort wirklich nur die Nächte verbracht und gefrühstückt. Zimmer sind sauber, allerdings fehlt beim putzen der letzte feinschliff: Bei Windstößen sind die Wollmäuse unter den Schränken/Regalen hervorgekrochen. Auswahl am Frühstücksbuffet war begrenzt aber gut!

Hotels,com konnte das gar nicht verstehen…und sowas habe ich auch noch nie erlebt. Wen das nicht stört, der kann günstig übernachten…ohne Service, ohne Frühstück.

Wir hatten ein Standard Zimmer gebucht, alles vorhanden was man so braucht, aber leider nicht auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen, Einzelbetten!!!
Selber die Betten getrennt und dann das böse Erwachen!!! Schmutz, undefinierbares Getier, Taschentuch mit Blut, Haare, Kissen abgelegen, Tischlampen ohne Funktion, Badezimmer keine Rollos usw, eine Katastrophe!!! Bis jetzt waren wir immer sehr zufrieden mit den Bewertungen Hotel.com, aber diesmal war es wirklich ein Reinfall!

Hotel wollte mir das Geld zurück zahlen. Ich hatte die Zimmer frühzeitig gekündigt. Selbst auf eine Mail kam bis heute keine Antwort. Sehr traurig.

Im Zimmer war das nötigste vorhanden und das auch in einer guten Qualität. Das Zimmer war schön sauber und schlicht modern. Sogar eine einfache Klimaanlage war vorhanden. Aber es sah alles sehr kahl und nicht besonders gemütlich aus. Die Flure haben eher an ein Gefängnisflur mit Teppichboden erinnert. Eine Minibar oder Wasser war nicht vorhanden.
Allerdings sehr unangenehm war es, dass man das Zimmer von innen nicht extra verriegeln konnte!!! Jeder der einen Code für die Zimmertür gehabt hätte, hätte zu jeder Zeit zur Tür rein kommen können. Man sollte immer eine Zimmertür manuell von innen verschließen können.
Sonst war das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mit Kleinigkeiten die verändert werden könnten, könnte deutlich mehr Komfort geschafft werden.

Sauberkeit: Leider gab es im Waschbecken und in der Toilette Haare. Zudem habe ich zwei Spinnen entsorgen müssen. Sonst war es sauber.
Personal: Es gab ein Mitarbeiter am Empfang, den ich am nächsten Tag erst gesehen habe. Der Empfang ist etwas versteckt. Als ich nachts angekommen bin, habe ich nichts gesehen. Eine bessere Schilderung wäre angebracht. Der Mitarbeitet war sehr nett.
Einrichtung: Man darf kein Luxus erwarten. Für den Preis war die Einrichtung allerdings top. War stylisch eingerichtet. Ein Wasserkocher und ein Bügelgerät stehen zur Verfügung. Allerdings fehlt ein Bügelbrett. Man hat hier aber nicht zu Ende gedacht. Wo soll man denn bitte bügeln? Auf dem Tisch oder Bett? :)
Umgebung: Ruhige Lage. Etwas dunkel. Allerdings top Lage um schnell nach Düsseldorf zu kommen. Ich war in 12 Minuten schon im Zentrum.

Es ist also eher ein Bürogebäude Feeling anstatt Hotel. Es ist so wie ein AirBNB anzusehen. Super ist, dass man kostenlos parken kann. Viele Parkplätze auf der Strasse. Wichtig ist, dass man ein Auto hat. Nahverkehr habe ich nirgends gesehen.
Personal: Es gab ein Mitarbeiter am Empfang, den ich am nächsten Tag erst gesehen habe. Der Empfang ist etwas versteckt. Als ich nachts angekommen bin, habe ich nichts gesehen. Eine bessere Schilderung wäre angebracht. Der Mitarbeitet war sehr nett.
Einrichtung: Man darf kein Luxus erwarten. Für den Preis war die Einrichtung allerdings top. War stylisch eingerichtet. Ein Wasserkocher und ein Bügelgerät stehen zur Verfügung. Allerdings fehlt ein Bügelbrett. Man hat hier aber nicht zu Ende gedacht. Wo soll man denn bitte bügeln? Auf dem Tisch oder Bett? :)
Umgebung: Ruhige Lage. Etwas dunkel. Allerdings top Lage um schnell nach Düsseldorf zu kommen. Ich war in 12 Minuten schon im Zentrum.

Bindikten sonra yarım saatte şehir merkezine ulaşıyorsunuz.bina normalde otel olarak yapılmamış bence sonradan otel e çevrilmiş resepsiyon her saat açık değil. Odalar geniş güzel rahat ve temiz. Güzel Sakin bir semt de bulunuyor. Kısacası memnun kaldık

Sehr freundlicher und bemühter Hotelier, der versuchte Anlaufprobleme in den Griff zu bekommen: Klimaanlage bei 29 Grad Außentemperatur ausgefallen, ansonsten mehr Kleinigkeiten wie ein nicht funktionierender Fernseher oder eine Nachttischlampe ohne Glühbirne. Die reduzierte Zimmerausstattung (Bett, Tisch, 2 Stühle und offfenes Regal) war soweit neu (leider kein Haartrockner im Badezimmer). Ansonsten erfüllte das Hotelzimmer seinen Zweck: Ruhige Übernachtung in einem sauberen und geräumigen Zimmer (auch wenn die Zimmerreinigung an einem Tag mal ausblieb).
