The hotel itself is very clean, modern, and well presented, and the location by the harbour is excellent. Unfortunately, my stay was disrupted when housekeeping entered my room at 7:55am, which was extremely unsettling and not what I would expect from a hotel of this standard. This significantly impacted my experience.

Hier darf man sich als Gast rundum wohlfühlen!

Ich habe mich auf allen Ebenen sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Zimmer auf den oberen Etagen war geräumig, die Aussicht genial sowie die kostenlose Minibar mit den ausgesuchten Getränken. Vielen Dank für die zuvorkommende Betreuung, sei es durch die Mitarbeitende Vanessa beim Check-In oder das freundliche Personal beim Frühstück. Hier gibt’s wahrlich nichts zu bemängeln.

It was simply not good. The walls are not isolated leading to a lot of noise. There were also fireworks at 3am in the morning. The organisation of the parking is quite amateuristic and we were not allowed at the hotel skybar despite staying there. The skybar also looked like a renovated shisha bar

Lots of dust.

The room was extremely dusty. The overhead vents were filled with dust, the blinds were filled with dust, under the bed was covered in dust, and the AC vent was covered in dust. And this was with vinyl floors, that are suppose to be more hypoallergenic. I ended up with a sinus infection.

The access to the river walking paths was perfect along with the views. the windows in the room will open. The English speaking staff were top notch and provided perfect service. The morning breakfast at top floor is the only way to start the day. Cheers

The staff is friendly. The location is just around the harbour and easy walking distance to promenade and Rhine tower. I would have liked more if the lounge view sky restaurant also had a restaurant section overlooking the harbour/ river. Unfortunately the restaurant section only has city view, so if you wanted to enjoy an evening with harbour view then you would have to opt for drinking options as that section is different than the restaurant section.

A depressing hotel. Lacks any personality or level of hospitality. I stayed alone on a work trip and felt alone. The reception team couldn’t even look up from their screens to say good morning etc. Hotel already looks tired and worn in places. Top floor bar and restaurant had the same vibe as a back street 3 star hotel restaurant. I couldn’t wait to leave.

View was directly into the staircase of the building next door, which happens, however, the hotel doesn't have any private area's in these room type, so you need to make sure the blinds are down, most of your time in the room. Also there's 2 sets of blinds, one electronic that doesn't go all the way to the bottom which means light is always coming in slightly at night.
A couple of mornings for me were noisy from the room above, I called reception and was quite bluntly told they will send housekeeping and hung up on me mid sentence.
Separately housekeeping came in without knocking twice, even with the do not disturb notification hanging outside.
Overall, I'd choose a better 4*.

Did you spend the night alone?

Hotel was amazing , skybar and restaurant are experience for itself, it would have been one of the best experiences , if they would not ruin it at the end, when they asked me if I was sleeping alone ( if it was someone with me in the room). I was alone and that is probably pretty easy to see on the cameras or elsewhere... and when I asked why they have asked me that , I didn't really get an reply. Was super disappointed and will most likely not return.

Had an enjoyable 4 night trip for the Christmas markets,only had one issue as the bar was closed for private parties so would advise to check around this time if you like to dine/drink in the hotel.
The hotel have addressed the issue and apologised that we were not informed during check in.

Wonderful! Brilliant, funky hotel in an amazing part of Düsseldorf. Gummy bears on the pillow upon arrival! Breakfast buffet outstanding. Only criticism is that it was not soundproof - could hear people in nearby rooms. Pillows were too soft, however I did not bring this to the attention of staff during my stay.

This hotel was overall disappointing and did not meet expectations and I definitely did not find this value for money.

The location is good but the room and facilities are below par. I found it unusual and disappointing that there are no coffee making facilities in the room, especially for a 4* hotel! The WIFI is also terrible and I had to end up paying €6 extra a day just for decent connection. The bathroom products were not replenished either on 2 occasions which I thought was a bit bad. The bathroom sink was also located in the bedroom which I though was unusual but maybe it is supposed to be modern.

The staff did not seem bothered by feedback upon check out either.

Overall I would not recommend this hotel for the prices they are charging.

Worst managerial service ever.

The hotel had a booking problem so they asked permission to downgrade my room. I did not mind and was told I would be charged accordingly. Turned out they gave me a 30 Euro discount per day, but after checking online the price difference between the rooms was 50 Euros. I wrote two emails to the manager before one of his staff bothered getting back to me saying I was wrong. After I insisted he agreed to refund the additional 20 Euro per night. No apologies. Very nice hotel, terrible managerial service.

Affordable hotel in the city, was lucky to receive an upgrade by signing up as rewards member. Breakfast spread was nice and served at the rooftop with fantastic view of the city.

If there's one complaint that I have that stops me with a five star rating is the service from the rooftop restaurant in the afternoon. There was an ongoing dance lesson but guests and bar goers were still allowed into the bar area. The three gentlemen serving at the bar however had no interest in serving and were at times retreating to the back kitchen altogether.

4 days for work in Düsseldorf. Very nice location in the Media Harbor. Great restaurants (not perfect if you are looking for traditional German cuisine, but otherwise, pretty much a bit of everything in the area).

The breakfast at Meliá is always good. I liked the breakfast at Meliá Düsseldorf (near Nordstrasse) a bit better due to even more selection, but the Innside was nothing to scoff at. Very nice view from the 16F lounge/restaurant.

Very modern place, would definitely stay again.

Free mini bar - ask for a wifi voucher.

We had a lovely stay at INNSIDE, lovely clean room and very friendly staff. The inclusive breakfast was also great with a good selection available, it was nice to have this available on Sunday morning up to midday after a big night out.
There is actually a free mini bar in each room but this isn't advertised other than a small card hidden at the back of the fridge. If you want you bar replenishing then you hang the card on your door before 10am each morning.
The wifi was available but it disconnected me many times and required that I log in again on an hourly basis. As standard you can only have one device per room but on departure we were told that we could have picked up a voucher for 3 devices.
The gym and Sauna is very, very small, 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical, 1 peckdeck and a balance ball. You could fit 2 many 3 in the sauna at anyone time. I did pick this hotel with the hope of using the facilities but as a group of 4 this wasn't practical so we just took to the streets for a run instead. These were the only down points to our stay which was lack of communication as to the facilities.

Nice Hotel Close to Rhine short walk to Old Town

Generally positive mixed experience of staff responses from amazing to not so good. Lovely and clean room and surrounds found not having bathroom facilities separate challenging as sharing with a friend would have like more privacy.
Amazing views.
Breakfast very good. Disappointed with bar as it seemed exclusive at busy times and comfortable seats seemed to be reserved. We had hoped to be able to relax comfortably after a bust day but were put of after our first visit.
A comfortable area where we could sit in the hotel would have made it more comfortable and saved us from having to go out in the evenings.
The filling up of tea a coffee was a bit random and when asked for more were reluctantly given some more. mini bar excellent with complimentary soft drinks

Our stay in Dusseldorf!

Spent a weekend here in October. Great location on the rhine,short walk down the river side into town and to bars/ restaurants. Also only 10 min taxi ride from airport or main city train station. Rooms exceptionally clean only disappointment was there was no bath only shower in bathroom!! Bar and restaurant at hotel on top floor with amazing views, good selection on breakfast buffet.

Not an everyday tourist hotel

Innside is NOT a tourist hotel when visiting Dusseldorf, more suited to those involved with the nearby media haven.
it is a long taxi ride from the haptbannhof and an even longer tram ride.
In our room the lights failed three times requiring a member of staff to arrive and and re set the the trip-switch.
The passcard for the lifts requires a deftness of touch not possessed by most ,it was not just us, many had problems. and other journey back to reception to ask how to to use the lifts.
Our room looked out directly on to next doors design studio , which required the blinds to be drawn
to avoid embarrassing the neighbours with shows of more realistic body forms by us to the trendy young things next door.
The Staff of Innside did their best to help ,which was all we could ask .

I used few times this hotel for business purposes. And my only concern was about quality of the bad and pillows. For me it the bad is too soft and pillows are too low, so 3 nights of bad sleep plus all three nights i was bothered by different noises from different sources that i cannot even detect. It was 10th floor. I told to reception about some technical noises and they promised to check, but the issues did not disappear. So at the moment I decided that will never ever stay in this hotel to avoid risk of bad quality sleep which is very important during business stays.

In diesem Designerhotel mit der ausgewöhnlichen Aussenfassade ist fas alles perfekt. Der Ausblick von der Bar / Frühstücksraum ist perfekt. Nicht alle Zimmer haben einen schönen Blick auf den Hafen. Der Service war vorbildlich. Hier kommt man gerne zurück.

Smack in the middle of the trendy Hafen area, spectacular views of the city or surrounding area, the top floor bar is trendy. Great restaurant too and wide variety at breakfast, never crowded. Very new hotel, so immaculate condition.
Rooms are very modern but slightly on the small side, and can be noisy.

Innside hotel is a modern and classy hotel with ultra modern room decor. Overall our stay was comforting and pleasant. The views from our room were breathtaking and picturesque of the entire city and the river. The hotel is situated a good 30 minute walk from the main shopping district, however, rhine tower is only 10 minutes away. If you are looking for a modern hotel, I will certainly recommend this.

This hotel has been touted as a must stay place and its ok. I haven to be one of the few that MUST have a bathtub, so for me it was no good. The decor was a bit industrial, and the access was a bit weird, no real lobby, etc, so while I am sure it will appeal to others it was just not to my taste

Architecturally unique

The hotel is one of Dusseldorf's iconic buildings featured in many pictures of the city. The modern architecture is certainly pleasing to the eye. The hotel's rooms have a modern feel and are comfortable. Our room was on the 12th floor and the view over the Rhineland industrial landscape was spectacular.

The hotel's staff were its greatest asset, polite, helpful and giving just the right amount of space and attention when serving at breakfast or dinner.

The hotel is pretty new and isn't really working properly. There were only two English language TV channels, no pay per view and dial-up speed wifi. We also had a nice fire drill at 8:30am! On a positive note, the room was comfortable and there is a nice bar.

Wir sind als Gruppe von sieben Frauen mit zwei Kleinkindern angereist und treffen uns nur einmal im Jahr. Daher war es uns besonders wichtig, abends gemeinsam Zeit an der Hotelbar zu verbringen, während die Kinder schlafen. Bereits über eine Woche vor Anreise haben wir telefonisch nachgefragt, ob Bar und Wellnessbereich geöffnet sind. Dass sowohl Bar als auch Restaurant geschlossen waren, wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt. Diese fehlende Transparenz hat unser Wochenende erheblich beeinträchtigt und Kosten verursacht. Wir konnten die Zeit miteinander nicht wie gedacht schön und friedlich zusammen genießen leider.

Auch im Wellnessbereich gab es Probleme: Für die Sauna waren weder Bademäntel noch Slipper verfügbar – nicht einmal gegen Aufpreis oder im Premium-Zimmer. Für ein Hotel mit Wellnessangebot ist das absolut unverständlich.

Besonders inakzeptabel war, dass trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage kein Kinderbett bereitgestellt wurde. Eine von uns musste ihr Kleinkind ohne Babybett im Erwachsenenbett schlafen lassen.

Die Zimmer sind insgesamt sehr schlicht; das Premium-Zimmer bot zwar eine schöne Aussicht, war aber nichts Besonderes. Für einen besonderen Anlass stimmt das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht.

Noch enttäuschender war der Umgang mit unserer Beschwerde: statt lösungsorientiert zu reagieren, wurden Ausreden gesucht. Die Lage ist gut, doch es gibt sicher bessere Alternativen. Für Gruppen und Familien mit kleinen Kindern nicht zu empfehlen

Die gebuchte Suite war stylisch und gleichzeitig praktisch eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und vor allem die clevere Aufteilung im Bad genossen. So gab es trotz 3 Personen keinen Stau im Bad.
Das Hotel ist in perfekter Lage vom Medienhafen, nicht unweit von tollen Restaurants. Definitiv weiterzuempfehlen.

Etage hin und herpendeln durfte - und entgegen der Suggestion bei mir keine Tiefgaragenplätze (mehr frei?, mir wurde hier nichts erklärt), sodass ich etwa 750 Meter entfernt in einer öffentlichen Tiefgarage parken und mit meinem Koffer einen tollen Abendspaziergang unfreiwillig antreten musste- das gleiche dann am nächsten Morgen nochmals (auch ein pures Vergnügen, wenn man geschäftlich dort nächtigt und entsprechend um 5 Uhr zu seinem Auto muss). Überdies starke Beeinträchtigungen durch die aktuell laufenden Baumaßnahmen. In Summe also: Danke, aber nein, danke

Eine bitte tauschen Sie die Klobrillen die vergilbt sind aus. Egal wie sauber das Zimmer ist, da vergeht einem wirklich alles am Anblick.

Sonst hat es eine schöne Lage.
