Room was good, slightly on the small side but was a basic room. Comfortable beds. The bathroom is a wet room so the water got on the toilet but otherwise fine.
Good pool that is not busy. Quite relaxing.
No lift - we were on second floor with luggage.
Friendly staff and close to the beach and main road with shops.

My low star rating was due to the room that we were given. Room #01, is probably the worst room in the building. The hotel needs to spend some money on this unit. We stayed here 3 nights, the bedroom window needs some a good sealing or better yet a new window. It was hard to fall asleep when you get woken up every night by a bunch of dogs fighting and barking over garbage.
Besides the room, the staff are very friendly and the restaurant next door (for the complimentary breakfast) is delicious. The location is ideal and we would probably stay here again but just not in this room!

J’ai passé un séjour absolument exceptionnel au Arch Studio à Langkawi ! Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli avec un grand sourire et une incroyable gentillesse de la part des réceptionnistes. Leur professionnalisme, leur disponibilité et leur attention constante ont vraiment rendu mon séjour inoubliable. Je tiens à les remercier du fond du cœur : ils représentent à eux seuls l’excellence de l’hospitalité !

L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, chaque espace est parfaitement entretenu et donne immédiatement une sensation de confort et de bien-être. Les chambres sont spacieuses, modernes, bien aménagées et décorées avec goût, offrant tout ce qu’il faut pour se sentir comme chez soi tout en profitant d’un cadre hôtelier de qualité supérieure.

Tout est pensé pour le confort des clients : des installations pratiques, une atmosphère chaleureuse et un service vraiment attentionné. On ressent que l’équipe met beaucoup de soin et de passion à satisfaire les voyageurs.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent séjourner à Langkawi. Merci encore aux réceptionnistes pour leur accueil et leur sourire qui font toute la différence ! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Loved this place. We were greeted with smiles and treated that way for our 2 night stay. It's in a wonderful location if you want to enjoy the beach and the night life. It's at your doorstep, however, there's no noise. Or room was on the pool deck, which was a haven in the heat. The room was fresh, clean, spacious and beautifully docated. Breakfast was simple and nice. Short Grab ride from the airport.

Wir hatten erst ein kleines Problem mit dem Bad und uns wurde sofort ein neues Zimmer angeboten.
Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, eher am Ende der Einkaufsstraße von Cenang, wodurch es etwas ruhiger ist. Abends ist direkt nebenan der Night Market, der sehr zu empfehlen ist.
Auch der Cenang Beach ist schön, gerade bei Sonnenuntergang.
Wir würden jedoch empfehlen für ein paar Tage einen Roller auszuleihen (45 RM pro Tag = ca. 9€) und die Gegend zu erkunden.

Rundum ein sehr schönes Hotel!

We really like this hotel. Close to beach access, small but nice pool, very friendly staff, good & fast hot water in the shower, daily towel service, breakfast pretty good with interesting upgrade options and bedding turndown service with chocolate and a kind card—nice touch!

The only possible areas for improvement might be a few things like closer bedside lamps for reading, bathing suit drying racks, stronger hair blower (perhaps ours was on its last leg!), better coffee at breakfast, mirrors cleaned a bit better & patching a couple places where cement had come off the walls. But this is perhaps being picky. This is a good place to stay.

The hotel and rooms are very comfortable and nicely decorated. My wife and I stayed for 2 days and then came back for another day after touring around Langkawi and going to a conference. Chenang beach is great fun and Arch Studio is only 100 m from the beach and dozens of restaurants, activities and shops. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, including calling cabs, keeping our bags before/after our stays, and allowing us to check in early. Wonderful hotel in a lovely location and for a very fair price.

Hotel is centrally located with many restaurants and shopping nearby! Room is pleasant spacious and generally well maintained. Love the paintings that are placed all over! Staff is very friendly and they also went the extra mile to surprise my son with a slice of cake in the room when they discovered he had a recent birthday.

Perfect Solo Getaway

Thank you for the kind hospitality.. Felt very welcomed when first arrived. Everything was smooth and fast. Staff there were friendly and always there when you need them.

The room was definitely clean and neat. Perfect location. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend Arch Studio!

Not forgetting, its surrounded by lotsa food and a great foot reflexology opposite.

It a must have and must try!

I could not have chosen a better place to stay for a few days in Langkawi! These rooms are directly across the street from the Oceanarium (gotta go there!) and a fabulous beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping here too. But I have to brag about the clean modern rooms, the extremely friendly staff and the posh comfy beds. Management is on its way to becoming Eco-friendly certified, using on-demand water heaters in their rain head showers, and clean refillable glass bottles of water instead of plastic, along with many other thoughtful touches. Bravo Arch Studios! I'll be back!

I like the features of the hotel coz its relatively new.
Bad things abt the hotel is that construction is going on and disturbs the sleep as early as 9 am.
No in room telephone, so u gotta use ur own phone if u need any room service but u didnt use any.
Tv has only youtube and netflix and connection damn slow.
No breakfast. However, hotel provides complimentary breakfast but its not a wow kinda breakfast.
Room was invaded on the first day of stay, didnt know that there is a sign behind the window if u wish to get ur room clean or not.
Ammenities. No comb provided. And hairdyer.
Distance of Tv and bed is so far.
Not suitable for smokers. So if u wanna smoke, need to go outside. So for those who wants privacy i guest this hotel is not suitable for u.
No designated parking lots for hotel guest. But u can park ur car outside the hotel along the pathway.

Overall stay was ok.

Great comfortable rooms beautifully designed and thought out. Location is awesome to the main tourist hub and a walk across the road to the beach! The property have clearly addressed the signage issue as mentioned in other reviews as it was easy to find the property. The staff were very welcoming and kind even letting me have a very late check out so I could enjoy the day in Langkawi and shower/use the room facilities before a late night flight. Although the rooms are not completely sound proof and and you can hear other guests this did not take away from the fantastic stay at Arch Studio Cenang. Thank you!

Property was a bit hidden from Main Street, but the unit itself was very new and very well designed. I didn’t have any issue locating the office, but during my stay there was a couple that thought the check in counter was out in the corridor where renovation is in progress. Maybe an extra signage or directional sign.

Everyone in the management team was very friendly, including the lady the clean the room. Top notch :)

But if u hv issue with stairs, you might want to rethink as the bed is located on a mezzanine floor.

The property do not have pool or gym. But if u r in Langkawi, u should be on the beach and be exploring the countryside. So I don’t see that as an issue.

The property is on one end of the popular Cenang beach area, which is not an issue. Lots of eateries close by. Plus it’s not that far to walk from one end to the other.

Arch Hotel truly is a tourist attraction on its own. It’s stylishly designed, extremely clean, located in a super central area in Chenang. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay in arch hotel so much that we ended up spending a lot of our time resting in the hotel! We’ll be back in langkawi again next time and will definitely stay at Arch hotel again. Hopefully, next time round, we can motivate ourselves to spend more time outside the room!

Love the location of the hotel, but it can be abit confusing to find on the 1st attempt. I went round twice by car and twice by foot before finding the hotel. Condition and service is good but need abit of improvement to the shampoo and soap quality. Don’t really like the shampoo and soap. Happy with my stay

Clean and Spacious Accommodation. Staff is very kind that allow us early check in and help to keep our bags. The accomodation is walking distance to the Cenang Beach, great beach and it is right opp the Langkawi UnderWater World. We had enjoyed our stay.

The Address given is slightly away from the exact location. A tips for other travellers, it would be best to pin the address on the chapter suites & hotel. It will be a more accurate drop off.

This property was great! So close to all the action, they also provide water sports activities which you can book through them. The two guys who manage the property (Nash & Momo - I hope I spelt that correct) were amazing! They took care of my girlfriend and I so well. I had to leave a day early and they took of my girlfriend really well after I left too. The room itself was beautiful! The walls are really thin but it wasn’t really an issue for us as we are both heavy sleepers. Truly very beautiful place and beautiful staff who take the time to ensure you’re enjoying yourself and all your needs are catered to! Thanks for having us guys!

Room was very clean and the service very helpful, except one waitress at breakfast cafe. She looked angry all the time, she didn’t smile and she was rude ti customers. Breakfast tasted goo evey time (we had six days) but we didn’t feel ourselves welcome there because of this waitress.

Do not use the flatiron! Do not use the flatiron! Do not use the flatiron! Why? My skirt got burned with a big hole.

When talking to the reception for solution, they were like well you should lower the temperature… When asking for sowing kit, they couldn’t provide neither. When asking anything you could do as I am here for only two days and I don’t bring any other clothes with me, all they can say is sorry. That’s my fault. What else can I expect to a hostel.

Thank you, Arch Studio Cenang. Never ever in my list.

Стоимость высока для номера с раздельными кроватям

Местоположение можно сказать идеальное все рядом, океанариум, дьютифрии, есть кафешки, рядом по вечерам открывается уличный рынок или как правильно назвать в общем толпа машин приезжает к 5 вечера где недорого готовят и достаточно вкусно. Минус номера с двумя раздельными кроватями в том что маловат и нет стульев и стола. В моем номере не сильно холодил кондиционер, который расположен над кроватями. На мой взгляд стоимость номера завышена.

Absolute Empfehlung!!

Kleines und sehr sauberes Hotel. Unsere Zimmer wurden im Dezember '19 fertiggestellt. Alles ist sehr stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Sie haben sich bei allem extrem viel Mühe gegeben.

Das Hotel ist einen Katzensprung vom Strand entfernt. Man hat um sich herum alles, was man braucht.
